Our dental practice in Heston is in the London Borough of Hounslow, West London. We are perfectly located to be accessible from Heston and surrounding areas such as Hounslow, Norwood Green, Hanwell and Southall. The dental practice is easily accessible from either Osterley tube station or Hounslow West tube station and a variety of bus routes.
The practice was aquired by The Smile Studios and has gone through extensive upgrade and renovation with specialist team members added. The practice was formerly known as the Dental and Implant Centre. The practice has existed since 1989. We are proud to be offering cosmetic and orthodontic procedures at the practice which encompass Invisalign, Dental implants, Smile Makeovers and Teeth Whitening.

Fantastic experience: Today I had a tooth extraction with Dr. Solai Biyria. He's a wonderful man who helped me with the pain I'd been struggling with for several weeks. Negative experience: I visited this clinic with a completely healthy tooth for a routine check-up. Without providing me with a full explanation, clear diagnosis, or treatment options, the dentist began drilling and performed root canal treatment, removing the nerve and placing a filling. Since that day, I have been in severe pain for over 6 months, requiring multiple courses of antibiotics with no resolution. This ongoing pain has affected my daily life and well-being. At the time of treatment, I was 24 years old and this tooth could have lasted many years if it had been preserved. I believe the treatment was unnecessary, inadequately explained, and has caused long-term damage. I strongly advise any patient to ensure they fully understand the reasons, risks, and alternatives before agreeing to any procedure at this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I am so glad I came back to this dentist. The treatment I have had has been outstanding. I have been wary of dentists as I haven’t always had good experiences at other dentists but as soon I came for my first appointment after a long time dentist Amal Al-Atrach made me feel comfortable and listened to all of my concerns. She listened to what I want and I can now smile with confidence. I have had a filling and crown and I am so happy that I am going to come back to get a another crown to further improve my teeth. She is an amazing dentist and a lovely person. The whole dental surgery is great and the receptionists have also always been helpful. Positive experience: Booked myself in for a hygienist appointment, felt it was very rushed to the point where she rubbed the polish inside my mouth with her finger which I found strange and then recklessly polished it so fast it rubbed my gums. When asked if she had cleaned all my teach including the back she insisted she did (skeptical) to which she replied “I have another client coming”. Never tell your customer that she has to rush because she has another client in tow. That’s not my problem. She asked me to book in again but I won’t be using her going forward.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service start from the moment you book your appointment. Everything from the friendliest receptionists to the amazing treatment by the oral hygienist. This was the first time I have not had any discomfort while getting my teeth cleaned, usually it’s the dreaded 6 monthly treatment. Fantastic experience: Would recommend everyone who is looking for a extremely good dentist practice to visit smile studio heston. The girls at reception are so welcoming and make your visit enjoyable. They are lovely to speak to and very accomdating to your needs. Neeluma the hygienest is one of the best I have ever been too, not only is she lovely but very gentle and professional. I have had some bad experience with hygienist but to say my fears are gone and now would keep up with my appointments after my experience.
