Fantastic experience: I was one of those people that hated coming to the dentist, due to numerous bad experiences at various dental surgeries. That was until I came across Dr Cherry. From my first appointment, she was so gentle and informative. Instantly my anxiety about coming to the dentist was put to bed. I have been with Dr Cherry for a few years now, and the dread of coming to the Dentist is no more. Thank you so much Dr Cherry, you truly are brilliant!

The team at Village Dental Surgery is professional, reassuring, and very attentive. I had a thorough cleaning recently, and today I had a wisdom tooth extracted. The procedure was done with great care and efficiency. I felt well-informed and supported throughout. They explained everything clearly and managed my discomfort perfectly. The aftercare advice was spot on, and I’m already feeling relief just a few hours later. What impressed me even more was how they accommodated my daughter. She’s going on a family holiday soon, and they kindly squeezed her in for an urgent cleaning of her sugar teeth to remove all the dark stains before she sees her grandma and extended family. They still managed to preserve her place in the upcoming family appointment too. That kind of flexibility and genuine care is rare. What a service! I’m really happy with the quality of care so far and confident about continuing treatment here for the whole family.”

Fantastic experience: I had tooth pain over the last couple of days phoned up for an appointment and they could fit me in today. Such a lovely welcoming greeting as the dentist calls your name. I was so nervous as I thought I would loose my tooth. It was examined and treatment was explained. I was so at ease in the end and felt I was listened to so became really calm as the dentist was very thorough with the checks. I didn’t loose my tooth and was reassured that there were options to solve my issue. Definitely recommend this dentist in the village.

Although I now live over an hours drive away and could go to dental practices closer to home , I prefer to travel the distance as I feel so comfortable with my dentist.

Fantastic experience: I am a nervous patient and Hiren Yagnik puts me at ease by talking to me. Receptionists are friendly as is the nurse who helps in the surgery. Everyone is always so nice. I have been having problems lately with a new denture(I feel awful as though it's me) but everyone is doing all they can to set me right.I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Hiron is absolutely THE BEST Dentist. He is very considerate, patient and actually listens to your concerns (which is unfortunately rare in doctors these days). Plus his sense of humour is fantastic, really puts you at ease. I would recommend him and the surgery to anyone, especially if you're a nervous patient.

Negative experience: Yesterday I went to the Village Dental Surgery and the doctor Vishnupurkar was kind enough to check each of my tooth and cleaned and corrected some of them. Two teeth requires major corrections which will be done later as per my convenience.

Fantastic experience: Dr Prasad Vishnupurikar is a complete legend and the perfect Gentleman I had two individual implants performed by himself and his fantastic assistant and I must say it was a complete success! I totally recommend the village dental surgery, and Dr Prasad Vishnupurikar as he is highly qualified and a genuine person who will walk you through every aspect of the procedure from start to finish. As for the staff in the reception area very helpful, a complete pleasure to deal with and always ready to help you with any questions worries or concerns.

Fantastic experience: Had some issues with my front tooth a chunk snapped away and was causing me problems, the 2 lady's in room 3 dealt with it didnt take them long. Was pain free they didnt rush the job and talked me through what was going to be done. They put me at ease as I was nervous to start with. Will be back soon for another tooth that's been causing me problems. Very happy and thank you both :)

Negative experience: Very unprofessional and rude. Was given a appointment when I got there I was told had no appointment. Staff was very rude to me , and did not except their mistake. Even thought I had a appointment card with appointment time and date written. Was told if I missed another appointment my name would be taken off system. Even it was obviously their mistake . It was also a emergency appointment had severe pain was told would get seen next week . Could not wait that long .I went to a emergency dentist sorted my problem out on same day .I would suggest you do not go here as they will let you down when you need treatment most. Thankyou

Positive experience: Went for a prearranged annual check up, got there a little early but was approx 10 minutes late being seen by the dentist. However dentist was very friendly, pleasant and thorough.

Fantastic experience: Went for check on my implant I had a few months ago all amazing so pleased with how it looks and feels great. the dentist was so apologetic when he found my bottom bridge on the right side will need to be changed as it is breaking have had it 37 years so it’s fine we’ll have to suck it up and deal with it. I am not looking forward to the cost but no other options and I Know I had no pain with the first implant so in safe hands Back today 12.5.25 to start work on bottom bridge so okx bridge removed has lasted 20+ years found the tooth is rotting so he took that out bless him tried to be gentle as he knows I am so scared cannot believe how gentle he is home now having time to heal before we start the next phase
