Negative experience: While their past performance was commendable, their current conduct is characterized by extreme rudeness and unprofessionalism. I was compelled to reschedule my appointment due to pressing personal circumstances, specifically my responsibilities as a father to an autistic child, compounded by the ongoing half-term break. Today, a member of their reception staff contacted me and, in a highly discourteous and arrogant manner, informed me that they would no longer be scheduling appointments for me. Despite my attempts to explain my situation, the staff member abruptly terminated the call, which clearly demonstrates a significant deficiency in their customer service. Furthermore, the staff member declined to transfer my call to senior management or a physician. This behavior is profoundly disappointing and regrettable.

Negative experience: Avoid This Practice The worst dentist I’ve ever attended. The staff and dentists here are incredibly rude. On multiple occasions, I've had appointments confirmed, only to arrive and be told "nothing is apparently on the system." This level of disorganization and disregard for patient time is unacceptable. After repeated negative experiences, I have been forced to move to a different dental practice. I highly recommend avoiding this clinic.

Positive experience: Disappointed the tooth couldn't be removed either the need for gum to be cut (dental surgeon) or lack of time to complete. Also only one injection of local was administered at first which gave me discomfort whilst attempt of removal of incisor. Later another another was injectereto help with pain

Negative experience: I do not recommend this dentist. My 11-year-old daughter's experience was disappointing. I had made it clear that it was her first visit to the dentist, but she showed no gentleness or instruction. The scaling made her gums bleed. It was only after I pointed this out that the dentist responded, saying it was "normal," and simply handing her a tissue. I had to ask for a cup of water myself so she could rinse her mouth, even though everything she needed was within reach, but nothing was offered spontaneously. My second daughter, aged 6, who witnessed the incident, started crying and refused to be examined. During my own appointment, the lack of communication was blatant: I had to answer only "yes" or "no," without explanation or discussion. It struck me as quite rude and unprofessional. I find this very regrettable, especially from a health professional who is supposed to reassure and support, particularly with young children.

Fantastic experience: I love this dentist. I travel 50 miles round trip to still go to the dental practice I've always attended. Devastated today to find out that my dentist will be leaving come January. I wish him all the very best - he deserves it. Thank you to the kind receptionists and thank you for the fabulous service I have always received. One more check up in December and I will myself be looking to change near my home town. Once again... great people, great service.
