Negative experience: Very disappointed needed an appointment- giving an appointment a week later with an UPFRONT PAYMENT of £80. Absolutely absurd. Ended up booking SCOTT ARMS instead with a small payment of £20 for a next day appointment. I get you want to ensure that new patients turn up- charging £80 on the telephone to just get the appointment booking is out of order. £20 would be sufficient.

Fantastic experience: After searching long for a reliable dental practice, I came across Fox Hollies Dental Practice and found the service to be outstanding. The staff are so efficient and helpful. Dr. Ray is an exceptional dental professional and highly passionate in his role, as well as being a friendly and kind individual. The outlined care plan along with the advice provided by him has substantially improved my oral health and routine in maintaining it. Additionally, I opted for the teeth whitening service. The instructions given by Dr. Ray were very clear and the process was straightforward; I am really satisfied with the results overall. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: 10 out of 10 service from the surgery, i.e. from communication with appointments, excellent service from Martin and Faith Woolf, and surgery staff who go out of your way to put you at ease! Both dentists have been easy to talk to. Appointments have always been readily been available. The facilities have been marvellous. Cannot fault the service we get from the staff and dentists.

Dentist and the hygienist were both clear and concise in how they relayed their information and were also happy to answer any questions i had as well.

Fantastic experience: I think this Practice is very professionally run and the staff are very personable too. Reminders about forthcoming appointments are excellent and the two way conversations with the dentist about the current health of my teeth and options to improve them are really useful. After a revamp, the surgery is reassuringly clean and high tech. I have no hesitation in recommending this Practice

Fantastic experience: My wife Kimberley and I have been visiting here for many years. Ian Hill recently retired and a new team of dentists and staff have now taken over. The surgery is now very smart and the staff are lovely and friendly. Kimberley’s mother recently passed away and she was surprised and delighted to have been sent a beautiful bouquet of flowers today. She wants to say a huge thank you for this thoughtful and caring gift.

Fantastic experience: I am so grateful for this Dental Practise. The receptionists are so lovely and caring and always go above and beyond. The Dentist are all excellent, but in particular, Ray. He is our family dentist and has shown such care and compassion for my daughter, who suffers with anxiety. He is patient, understanding and always quick to reassure. Words can't express how much I appreciate this and feel very fortunate to be patients at Fox Hollies. I wouldn't go anywhere else and can't recommend it highly enough!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this dentist for about 25 years now. Mr & Mrs Hill were excellent with my daughter, partner and myself. The new staff are excellent, the place is clean and friendly. It hasn't change. This is the best dentist practice and believe me I've been to a few due to my daughter at the time had a fear with dentistry but she loved Mr Hill and he was very good. I don't live within the area but I don't mind the travelling because they are very very good. The new staff are excellent. They explain everything to you. Love the new decor

Fantastic experience: I contacted Fox Hollies Dentistry when my usual Dentist could not fit me in for emergency treatment . The entire staff where more than helpful despite the fact the treatment needed was problematic . I was short of time due to being about to leave the UK for a month . Despite the difficulty this presented they managed to fit me in and performed the required treatment . Having returned and the problem still needing attention . This surgery has once again found space in the appointments to be of help . This is a level of care and cooperation I have not experienced with other an surgery . Very impressed

I find they explain the treatment and options in a down to earth way. Recently the surgery has had a major programme of works/upgrades that is modernising the facility which is great to see with the new owners.If you can get in as a patient then it is well worth the wait..... Fantastic experience: I have been visiting this Dental Practice for many years. I believe it has recently changed hands. The new dentists are amazing! So friendly and put you at ease instantly (not that I need it as I am a seasoned pro at visiting this practice) The new staff are lovely and welcoming and it’s really lovely to see the old staff too, a sure sign that the practice is being run in the correct way. Recent renovations of the building is lovely, and even offered tea/coffee when I arrived Dr Ray Panesar, who is looking after me at the moment is really nice, friendly and reassuring Would highly recommend to anyone!

His nurse in the room was Trish who was fabulous; she helped me to relax, reassured me and was a great support. Fantastic experience: I have been using this practice for over 40 years. I am very impressed with how Martin and his team have transformed the practice. I had cause to visit as an emergency patient this morning and could not have been treated better. Emily was lovely when I arrived and enquired how I was feeling. Ben was lovely and reassuring and said they would be able to help. I left with anti-biotics and options for further treatment. I was just so grateful they could see me so early this morning after a horrible night. Thank you to everyone concerned.

Fantastic experience: I have used fox hollies dental practice for over 20 years. They were always really good when Mr and Mrs Hill ran the practice and i was a little apprehensive when they left, but i had to go in for a tooth repair this week and they were exceptional. Martin was really friendly, calm and professional. He explained what he was doing, was extremely thorough and ive been really impressed with the quality of his work. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending this Dental Practice for a number of years. With New Owners taking over fully in September 2020. I can Honestly say how pleased myself and all my family are with Martin and his Staff. It has not been an easy start for him due to the Pandemic. However, Martin and his team work extremely hard to ensure that you are seen and treatment if required is dealt with efficiently and in a timely manor. A very friendly Practice who are always willing to help as much as possible. If you are looking for a Decent Dental Practice this is one that has to be considered.

Fantastic experience: What a positive experience. I joined the practice almost a year ago on recommendation and have found nothing but helpful staff that take time to listen and understand my needs. Martin completed my crowns and based on this initial experience I made the decision to have a smile makeover. It was something I had been debating for a while and decided this was a practice I trusted. Faith completed my composite bonding and wow my teeth look fabulous. I can’t stop smiling and what a confidence boost.
