Fantastic experience: Alex was fantastic I went for extraction of a broken tooth I didn't even know he had taken it out. I haven't been to a dentist for 12 years I am definitely using this one. The after care is great. Shame the front of the building does represent the great decor inside. The staff are very friendly and pleasant which is a good thing to keep you calm. I guess you can tell I don't like the dentist but I shook hands with Alex great man

Fantastic experience: Needed to be seen urgently on my doctors advice. Appointment given for same day, thorough examination of my mouth, full scan of mouth and teeth done and the dentist even manipulated and checked out my jaw to make sure that wasn’t the problem. Excellent professional treatment and they were able to rule out any problem coming from my teeth and concluded it was the salivary gland causing the issues. Highly recommended

The whole process very straight forward with Alex explaining the process very clearly, with several options.The actual work was done without any delay and I was comfortable for the whole period of time he was doing the work. Fantastic experience: I have an extreme phobia of dentists, following a very bad experience some 30 years ago. This resulted in my having to have full dentures. FHP Gwersyllt and Dr Trica have been brilliant. The care, treatment and understanding I received were second to none. Every step was explained and taken slowly to ensure I felt at ease. Negative experience: Totally hopeless with my wife S..extraction s ok no problems but fitting new 4 lower pallet teeth just going to throw it away after about 6 or more fittings. Costing £1200 .can not wear them ,do not fit and painfull We travel 30 miles each way as we went by good reviews and a waste of money.Now trying to find someone to help and cost more money which we can ill afford at 83 YRS old

Fantastic experience: At 8.40am my wife lost part of a tooth whilst eating breakfast. Luckily my wife did not swallow the tooth so when I phoned the surgery at 9.15am that day and told them this we were invited to come in at 10.30am and Mr Guest re-fitted her tooth there and then in his usual effecient and very pleasent manner. IT DOES NOT GET BETTER THAN THAT!

Fantastic experience: My normal dentist recommended to FHP Gwersyllt to carry out a complex wisdom tooth extraction that they believed beyond their capability and I did not want to wait on nhs. Like most, I dread the dentist and knowing this was going to be a complex process I was anxious. Whilst not a process I want to repeat the dentist was great, pain/discomfort was really minimised and the dentist was really reassuring from start to finish. I would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone, all the staff super friendly and very professional, hope I don't need them again too soon, but if I do, I will definitely be back! Fantastic experience: Went in for an emergency tooth extraction for an upper molar tooth. Everything went really smoothly, kind ladies at the front desk making it feel very welcome, I didn’t quite catch the man’s name who removed the tooth or his lovely assistant, but everything went super smooth and quick. All problems was explained to me and pain is completely eliminated from my mouth. Will be back again for sure!

Fantastic experience: Went to see Alex yesterday 18-04-24 as my filling broke he put a temporary crown on but all night and morning I was in so much pain I never slept couldn’t eat not Alex fault it was the tooth so phoned next day for a emergency appointment. As couldn’t cope with pain no more Alex wasn’t in so I seen Ahmer Ali it the first time I have been to him he was so lovely kind considerate so funny made me laugh and he took the tooth out never felt so great full to him the staff and so lovely the dental nurses are lovely couldn’t ask for a better dentist I was so petrified of dentists would only go if i was in pain. But since I have been here I go straight away I never thought I would ever be like this. But they so lovely with you and put you at ease wouldn’t go anywhere else now sorry I didn’t start with these from day one I can’t thank them enough and definitely recommend to anyone looking for a dentist

Fantastic experience: As always another simple visit for a tooth that was doomed 4 years ago but was to nervous to have out due to a shady emergency clinic that attempted a removal without proper numbing. No issues here tho simple in out no problems

Fantastic experience: My visit to FHP Gwersyllt Dental Care was a good experience. It was for an annual check up. I was impressed with the new set up of the building, and the equipment. The staff assistants were all smartly dressed, polite and efficient. Molly the hygienist worked really hard to clean and polish my teeth- very impressive work, The new dentist- Anwar? - was friendly and professional and I quickly realised that I would be very happy for him to provide me with dental treatment should work be needed in the future.
