I always see Rebecca who is so warm and welcoming, and very upstanding. The service is always amazing from her, the nurses and reception.

All the staff I have dealt with are exceptional; Helen the receptionist always makes you feel welcome and works hard to provide flexibility when making appointments and Becky is a fantastic dentist, extremely professional and caring who importantly takes the time to explain the procedures. I have been with the practise for about 8 years and the communication between patient and practise is the best I’ve experienced.

Fantastic experience: I don't like dentists at all and I have a phobia for Dentists. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and felt welcomed. The dentist was professional and explained everything to me. He actually listened to me. He put together a great treatment plan, that listed everything out, so I could understand it. They are very friendly and professional and would recommend them to everyone.

Fantastic experience: A fabulous dentist. The receptionist always greets us with a warm smile. We have been seeing Becky since she started and thanks to her I no longer have a fear of dentists. My daughter is so comfortable around Becky and her dental nurse, Rachel. She looks forward to her appointment. The clinic is spotlessly clean and has plenty of parking (caldicot) First tooth extraction for me and it was painless. I didn't even realise it was out. Becky talked to me throughout and I felt relaxed. EDIT 18.02.2025 Called today for an emergency appointment and was seen by Adam within a few hours. Temporary work carried out and appointment with Becky to have the necessary work completed.

A filling fell out in the morning, I did not contact them until 11.30 asking for help, because it was a Friday the dentist's were only there until 1pm. Advised that if I got there by 12.45pm the dentist would do an emergency patch. I managed to arrive by 12.35pm, was shown straight to the dentist who was waiting for me, instead of an emergany patch up, a full filling was fitted to save me having to come again and also to avoid a 2nd charge. I was so grateful for the dentist for what she did, not only saving me money but also so time as well. A TOP QUALITY SERVICE OFFERED WITH FRIENDLY HELPFUL STAFF. recommended to all. Many thanks.
