Negative experience: This clinic has provided one of the worst healthcare experiences I have ever encountered. Despite sending several emails regarding ongoing pain and concerns, we have been completely ignored. The staff refuse to take responsibility or even attempt to correct the issue. Their only response has been, “it looks good,” which is incredibly dismissive and shows a complete lack of understanding or empathy for the patient’s suffering. Dental care should be about trust, professionalism, and compassion—qualities that are entirely absent here. I strongly advise anyone considering this clinic to look elsewhere. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and pain.

Fantastic experience: This was my first ever appointment with DentEuropa and was very well looked after by Dr Ahmed he is 100% the reason why this won't be my last he was so kind, knowledgeable and professional and did an amazing job with my teeth he I was shocked with the results and the care that I was given. Negative experience: Avoid at all costs! I went in for a simple check-up that was quoted at £27, but they charged me £100 after pushing unnecessary X-rays without informing me. The owner also exaggerated issues to pressure me into buying their private services since they aren't licensed for NHS treatments. To make things worse, one of the staff touched my mouth without wearing a mask or gloves. Absolutely terrible experience—never going back! - 5 stars if I could!!!
