Fantastic experience: A pleasant and positive experience in visiting the Dental Clinic. Was worried I may only get temporary relief or care for my broken tooth as short notice appointment for which I was most grateful. The Dentist kindly repaired the broken front tooth to perfection in one sitting! The receptionist whom initially took my emergency call from Berlin where I was visiting, reassured me I’d be seen on return fitting me in when possible..after a moment or two I was offered a time on return to be seen as to what needed to be done. I was pleasantly surprised when the Dentist kindly repaired the tooth in one go and painlessly! I am grateful to belong to this NHS practice and to have such professional and pleasant staff looking out for me. I recommend this NHS Dental Clinic without any hesitation and feel very fortunate to be a patient under their care.

Fantastic experience: All round good experience - receptionists and dentist staff are friendly, they explain the procedure and costs well, very calming atmosphere (for a dentist!) Sometimes it’s hard to get a hold of by phone but emailing is really useful.

Fantastic experience: I lost a front crown and I really wanted to have it replaced as I can’t have a plate because of a carcinoma removal so Dr Sharma examined it and suggested a number of options and the costs. I opted for her suggestion of private root canal and she would do the crown. At the same time I had also lost an upper molar. Again Dr Sharma explained my options and again I went with her advice. I have complete faith in Dr Sharma. She explains treatments very well and will, when asked, give clear advice.

Negative experience: They was about to take out more teeth and do more work , untill I saw a proper dentist who said that I did not need too, ex dental nurse here avoid , bad customer services and treated me very badly after I explained why I could not make an appointment ( I was going to court ) which is national news now . Bad times and was very unsympathetic.

They have given me peace of mind. I have visited them twice over this year and I am impressed with them; they provide excellent service. Fantastic experience: Wonderful service from the reception staff and also Dr Sharma and her dental assistant. Extremely friendly and clearly explained all the procedures. Throughout the root canal they showed exceptional care and made it a good experience. I haven't had any pain since, and appreciate everything they have done to help fix an ongoing problem that my previous dentist couldn't.

Negative experience: I had the misfortune to go into this dentist by mistake (my fault completely) thinking it was the nhs dentist on the carfax that i had registered with....i checked in at reception told them my name and appointment time and was told to take a seat...receptionist chatting and listening and singing to music....after 45 mins i get a email from dentist i should be at 2 doors down saying i had not turned up for my appointment so no longer could receive nhs treatment! I asked these two incompetent receptionist what was going on to be told...ohhh you dont have an appointment here! Did you sign in... Yes i did but your incompetent receptionist didn't even look at her screen to see..too busy having a laugh and through that i lost my nhs dental referral. As i said my fault going to wrong dentist but your receptionist staff need to do their job!! Disgusting

Fantastic experience: I called to register as an nhs patient, the receptionist was friendly and efficient, enrolled me & booked an appointment for 2 weeks time. Unfortunately, I had pain from an infected tooth, the receptionist found me an earlier appointment which was great and kept my existing appointment as well. (Great foresight by her, as the infected tooth is beyond repair, so it will be extracted on this appointment). The dentist checked my teeth, took necessary X-rays & explained the treatments I needed. She also gave me a prescription for the infection and some high fluoride toothpaste and advice on brushing regimes.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend the dentist Mr. Hamza Ahmad enough! He is incredibly dedicated to his work and genuinely cares about the best interests of his patients. I had a broken tooth that other dentists said needed to be removed, which I understood to be the standard solution. However, Dr. Hamza took the time to thoroughly evaluate my situation, explained a method to save the tooth, and successfully fixed it. The results exceeded my expectations, and I’m so grateful for his commitment to prioritising his patients’ well-being.

Fantastic experience: The best dentist I’ve had… I needed a dentist after being taken off the books off my original one as I didn’t go for quite some time. Not a fan of the dentist, something is alway put off. After seeing this dentist advertise for new patients I thought I’d register and get my teeth sorted. I went for a check up quite nervous, but never needed to be. The best experience, relaxing and so comforting knowing there was nothing to be nervous about. One of my teeth has snapped ins half, so it was suggested by Hamza that the tooth had a filling to complete the other side, he gave me the options and details of all so I could make up my own decision. Yesterday I had another appointment to have the work done, wasn’t nervous at all felt very comfortable. Brilliant service throughout and will continue with my treatment to keep my teeth in better condition. Hamza is a good man, very polite, a credit to the team. And I’m glad I have found a dentist I feel comfortable with and continue to help look after my teeth. Thank you for everything.

Fantastic experience: Everything, the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out, the staff were super friendly (I have Asperges) but they don't know and they took one step at a time and explained stuff to me so that was nice.

Young, but seems to have good knowledge and superb patient skills. I get the opinion she is in it to help people, not because dentistry is basically a licence to print money.
