Positive experience: The service is very friendly and efficient.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient with this practice for many years and would recommend. All the staff, dentists and hygienist are very approachable and welcoming. My appointments are always arranged around my work and family and I feel nothing is too much trouble. Attended my hygienist appointment Yesterday and as always very professional, didn't wait too long to be seen and afterwards had no problem making a dentist appointment for my son which is always arranged automatically around mine and my sons schedule

Fantastic experience: I visited the practice for the first time yesterday with my 5 year old son who was scared of dentists due to a bad experience we had before at a different practice.His anxiety was so bad that he wouldn't even go near the chair or open his mouth. Dr.Romina Carabott was so lovely and patient with him that in the end he managed to do both. I feel like finally we found someone who cares. All the staff we met was kind and friendly, everything was explained well and I have nothing negative to say. My son woke up this morning and said : ,,Mummy can we go to my new dentist today please, I am going to be so brave I will jump on the chair straightaway and open my mouth really wide.'' He was a bit disappointed that his next appointment wasn't today . And for this I really can't thank you enough ❤️

Positive experience: As always a very friendly and efficient visit, a relief that no remedial work was needed, and in such a relaxed environment. I met Rowena for the first time and she was really very nice and offered some good advice.

Fantastic experience: The staff are absolutely amazing. Really friendly and helpful; and really easy to get an appointment. The clinic is clean and tidy, and I feel very safe in their care. The only neutral thing I could say, is that their initial billing can be confusing, but the quality of service so far, more than makes up for that. Very happy to be on their dental plan to return every six months! Thank you all at Llantarnam Dental.

Positive experience: Nice practice with good staff. Regular contact with regards check ups provided. No issues regarding treatment with private care. Not sure if they have NHS treatment. Not sure about costs but I think on a par with others in the area. I think the charge for dental hygiene visits are high compared to the amount of time I'm in the chair. Probably the same for all dentists.

Fantastic experience: I’m disabled and use a walking frame and Llantarnam Dental is the only accessible dentist in the area. They’ve always been professional, courteous and helpful regarding my mobility and health issues - the dentists, nurses and receptionists are all wonderful! If I have an emergency they’re always able to get me an appointment quickly. I was there just yesterday for a check up - and the best thing is that they have a new accessible car park with a disabled space! Yay!! The only problem I have is that the seating is far too low for me as a disabled person - but that’s just a personal thing. They now take care of my whole family - husband, children and their partners and grandchildren! I would definitely recommend them! Thank you Tim and the team for all the years of help and care!!!

I’ve had awful tooth and gum pain ever since having work done (by a different dental practice) and at Llantarnum they’ve been so helpful trying to pinpoint the cause, even making a splint/gumshield really quickly to help prevent further damage and pain. They’re also great with my two year old, who likes their extra sticky stickers!
