Negative experience: Very disappointed. We achieved 10 shades whiter but after an hour it faded drastically and I notified them but because my shades did increase a bit they wouldn't offer further help apart from an at home whitening kit I'd have to pay to travel for. (Bearing in mine ive traveled there twice and paid the actually whitening price). I have asked other whitening clinics and they've confirmed this is not normal. The guy who did then was great though. Just a shame it didn't last I am not sure what went wrong. Maybe a top up was needed for me. Since writing this review. Emma who must be on the admin side has emailed me to say I have lied. Because I left an honest review of my experience. Horrible company. Avoid and go else where for the same price if not better!!!

Negative experience: Deserved 0 star. Booked me to the wrong location and asked me to walk to another place. I said I don’t have that much of time because I have something planned after. Redeemed my Groupon voucher which I didn’t even use. And said I wasted their time and money. How fun is that. very poor customer service and rude.

I was very grateful they took the time to explain and answer all my questions. When I arrived at the clinic, which was very close to the station, the dentist was very welcoming and explained every step of the procedure and risks. I can honestly say, after having had the same treatment at the local dentist several times, this was the most thoroughly done dental cleaning I have ever had. I also want to add that I really appreciate that they advised me against having teeth whitening as a breastfeeding mother due to side effects not known, whereas other people would have done it just to take the money. Thank you to Dr Dumitru and the team. I will book again. I can wholeheartedly recommend.

Negative experience: Disgraceful behaviour from staff for a number of reasons: 1. They booked my appointment and then bombarded me stating that I must arrive 15mins beforehand to fill in a form that took no more than 2mins to complete. They called about 10mins before my appt and complained that I should be in 15mins before. I'm still baffled as to why I wasnt informed of this during the booking?! Or at least book my appt with 15mins leeway? 2. The dentist is within another clinic and there are not clear instructions on how to find the building. Wasn't informed it was in the basement of a five story building with no lift. There is zero signage. 3. Lastly, I informed the receptionist prior to arrival that I was pregnant. Upon arrival, they explain that they can't work on my teeth due to my pregnancy! It was a complete wasted journey. I understand that everyone makes mistakes but so many in such a short period? They don't care to rectify the situation either. The main issue that followed is that they still have not refunded me - I have had to contact them (haven't receieved a response). I'm not holding my breath. In case you haven't realised, I DO NOT recommend.

The day before my appointment, I received an email reminder, which was helpful. When I arrived, I was greeted by Aidrian, who was very courteous and welcoming. He explained the treatment process to me in great detail and checked in on how I was feeling throughout. The music played in the background was calming and soothing.
