I was greeted with a warm welcome and made to feel relaxed throughout the whole procedure. Sarah went through the issues and best way to resolve it. Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend this service. My husband had severe toothache over August Bank holiday. We contacted the 247dentist and were given an appointment within 2 hours. The tooth was extracted after an x ray and the service he received was first class. Zoe the receptionist was so friendly and caring and the dentist, Bilaal Mirza was brilliant and explained everything at each step of the procedure. Following the appointment I contacted Deki by phone and she was so helpful and friendly. This really is a caring and professional dental service and is very good value for the fee, which was very reasonably priced. From beginning to end, an excellent service.

Fantastic experience: Deki who helps with the Poole clinic has been SO helpful to myself and my 88 year old mother this morning. We really felt listened to as she advised us of our options and clearly explained everything and offered relevant advice in a kind and professional manner. Fantastic experience: I visited 247 dentistry in Poole several nights ago. I had a tricky wisdom tooth extraction…. Now when I say I’m nervous about the dentist you can understand that this is my biggest nightmare! Sarah & Ash had the tooth out in a matter of minutes, and I can honestly say I didn’t feel any pain at all (none whatsoever) Sarah explained my options before we started extensively and whilst it’s not my ideal environment on a Friday night I can say it was the most pleasing visit to a dentist surgery in my life. Sarah and Ash, thanks again girls! I would highly recommend this practice for anyone that has an oral emergency, it’s great value for money for the service they provide.

Fantastic experience: Can’t thank them enough! I was seen by Ellen and Ruba and I had the best experience I’ve ever had with a dentist. I had a terrible infection and was in severe pain and discomfort. Due to being a Saturday my routine dentist was closed and I could not wait till Monday. They saw me the same day and got me sorted in no time. They explained everything so well and I felt so comfortable there. Will definitely be using again if needed in future. Negative experience: I joined this practice 1 year ago. On the 1st appointment, the dentist report was that I had some work to do ,the equivalent of 1200£ . I booked an appointment for a hygienist, my appointment was at 14:30, it was 14:42 when I walked in to be told my appointment was canceled and I had to pay 30£ to rebook. "That's fine", I can understand, but it upset me, so I went to a different dentist who did a check-up and reported no other problems rather than a hygienist and polish all for 120£!

Fantastic experience: Went in for a tooth extraction, Ayesha and Natalie were fantastic. Friendly and professional from start to end and even went the extra mile to check I was OK after I left.

Fantastic experience: Had the worst toothache ever and ended up in A&E as taken to much high strength pain relief. Rang and got a Sunday appointment in Moreton on the Wirral and received five star treatment from the initial call to the Treatment I received from them in the surgery. Very informative and compassionate. I found the service very reasonably priced for an emergency service. I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Called today a Saturday as I had so much pain from a loose crown. After a simple conversation I was booked in at 5.15pm. Both Deb and Briony were so welcoming and I was seen straight away. After an xray I had my tooth extracted by Briony with hardly any pain. Fantastic experience: Was going on a cruise from Southampton and woke the day before in excruciating toothache. Was unable to even get a dentist where I live so contacted 247dentist as we were travelling to Southampton the day before our cruise and got an appointment for that evening! Saw dentist Dan and nurse Ruba who were fantastic and really helpful. Then the next morning I felt I needed to go back before going on the ship. This was actually Easter Sunday but when I rang not only was Dan and Ruba prepared to see me again but came earlier as they knew I was getting the ship. Can't praise them enough as because of them I was able to have a fantastic cruise pain free!! Highly recommended 247dentist Southampton. Thank you both!

Fantastic experience: The service was excellent, as my dental abscess got worse by the minute, the receptionist kindly stayed with me on the phone as I filled in the forms, and the dentist and dental nurse were professional and kind and sorted me out immediately. Tooth extraction as bearable as could have been.

Fantastic experience: Briony and Deb brilliant. On time no fuss and most importantly no upselling. All modern dental equipment. Time was taken noting the history of procedures I had had on the tooth in the past. Advice was given to enable me to get through to seeing my dentist in a few days. Waiting room exceptionally clean. No hesitation recommending 247 poole. Oh also it’s wheelchair friendly.

Fantastic experience: I required emergency dental care on Friday 30th May. I rang the surgery and spoke to Wendy, the receptionist who was very understanding and helpful. She arranged an appointment later in the day with a lady (sorry, didn't get this lady dentists name) who was excellent and sorted my problem out which I am very grateful for. Negative experience: Totally disappointed with the very bad service.On 11th of may my wife got her crown teeth refit, after some time she felt its not fitted properly and it was moving, she started feeling pain in it. I called for recheck up but they asked me to pay again for the job which they didn't do properly. How come we pay again to be checked for the same issue. First they are so expensive, second they did a VERY BAD job , third they are asking to pay again to be checked for the bad job they did. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Fantastic experience: I can not rate this service enough, i had been suffering with a toothache for days and couldn't get into an emergency dentist anywhere. So when i rang 247(by chance) i was amazed at how quick and helpful their where,i got a same day appointment in waterlooville and was greeted by Sophie who was from the start so kind and caring and kept me at ease and Talked me through all my options. After finding out i had an abscess i had the tooth removed. Sophie kept talking to me explaining everything that was going on. She really was fantastic and she's put my faith back into dentists. Fantastic experience: I’ve been wait in for an appointment with the nhs for 8 months in agony with a tooth that has a huge cavity!! On top of that I used to be a heroin addict and was seriously thinking about using again to get rid of my pain and I told them all this when I cried on the phone it’s been horrible. I called the 24/7 dentist and taking into account I had been told a normal dentist couldn’t help me and I’d have to be admitted to hospital these guys were amazing they were professional kind and they instantly checked the tooth came up with a plan and took it straight out if you have an emergency call these guys 100% Thanks so much guys it changed my life it’s been horrible!!!!

Fantastic experience: Excellent service. Last week an upper tooth had split and I was sure would need extraction. I could not get my NHS dentist or a private dental appointment for weeks, by which time it would have been badly infected. On recommendation I phoned 247 this morning and got an evening appointment in Plymouth. Comms and costs were very clear, online forms sensible and thorough. Tonight I had a painless extraction with first rate dentistry (I've experienced dentists around the world and across UK) from Dentist Rebecca and Dental nurse Rachel. They were kind and reassuring, as well as efficient and professional in all respects. I was impressed, and very grateful. The painless extraction was a bonus, but above all, I was grateful for the speed of attention and professionalism, preventing infection and complications. I was less than 30 minutes in the chair, including X-ray and time for the three anaesthetic injections to work. A painless process in all respects, including cost, which was fair and compared well to other private dentistry. Highly recommended. Happy to go back!

Fantastic experience: I’ve not been able to find a site to review 24/7 dentist at Poole, so I’m hoping that this finds its way to the right people that helped me out when I was in absolute agony. I was treated by Sarah and Deb at the Poole dentist under 24/7. I phoned the 24/7 dentist helpline the night before my procedure and was booked in for the following afternoon, without delay. The treatment I needed was identified by X-ray as an extraction due to a fracture and a bad infection of the root. Sarah gave me a good explanation of what was required and proceeded to administer first, a nerve block and secondly sufficient anaesthetic to carry out a painless extraction. After a pause to let the drugs take effect, it was decided I needed more as this was going to be a complicated extraction. Work began and I’m pleased to say I felt no pain whatsoever, which given the complexity and amount of time taken, was amazing. I was in the chair for 90 minutes as the last piece of tooth had quite a large ball of solid infection at the base. Once everything was removed, the socket was cleaned out, packed with a collagen dressing and sutured with about 5-6 dissolvable stitches. I was extremely impressed by the professional way the whole procedure was handled. I had a week or so of discomfort following the procedure, but nothing a few painkillers and antibiotics couldn’t handle. I’d like to say a big thank you to both Sarah and Deb in the way they dealt with my emergency and sincerely hope they get to see my review.

Fantastic experience: Went due to having significant tooth pain. Cant remember the name of the Dr or Nurse that helped me, probably because of my nerves but cant thank them enough and it was at the Worcester Branch on the 30 March. Explained everything in detail and reassured me throughout the process. Explained the extraction process and did not get frustrated when I needed a second does of anesthetic for the extraction. I would recommend 24/7 Dentist for any one who has a dental emergency and a massive thanks -

Negative experience: Absolutely shocking, they say twenty 4 7, but they're closed. They only operate in normal working hours which is completely misleading. My twelve-year-old girl had an abscess, she was incredible pain. We were trying to find a dentist out of hours and yeah, there answer machine service clearly indicated they only operate during office hours. So why do they call themselves 24/7 never ever recommend This company to anyone absolutely shocking

Fantastic experience: My 9 year old son went earlier today. Phoned in the 8:30 AM (didn't realise I could phone at any time) and got an appointment at 6pm. Simple to phone up and do. It was an excellent service. I was worried they wouldn't be as good with kids and I come from a mum who has to be sedated even for a filling. However they were patient, so friendly, let my husband phone me a couple of times to talk about choices and what they had discussed etc, got my son to go around and see the xray, drew him pictures of what has happened, talked with him about his interests. He didn't need anesthetic as he could deal with the pain for a particular section of it, so not sure how he would have reacted if needed injections... However he told him to lift his hand at any points and he'd stop straight away. Of course he was v. nervous but it has given him a positive, even happy experience and as a parent I'm very thankful. Just hope it's fixed now!

Fantastic experience: I received excellent service! I called at 8:30 PM and was given an appointment for 10 PM. Ellen, the dentist, and her assistant were very professional and welcoming. Negative experience: Absolute cowboys, don’t go anywhere near them. I booked an emergency dentist appointment, desperate and in pain. After waiting in the rain for 30 mins someone finally let me in, without an apology I was directed through to the dentist. I had pain in the whole lower left hand side, in the jaw, ear & throat. He took an ex ray of just two teeth, not including my wisdom tooth and said there was a mild infection and charged me for antibiotics. This was over £320. Less than 24 hrs later I was in unbearable pain still and had to book another emergency dentist appointment with a real dentist not in this surgery . There was a cavity and a crack in my wisdom tooth that was sat right on a nerve, explaining my symptoms. The second appointment was £26 including treatment with an emergency nhs dentist. This dentist should be struck off. He didn’t examine the area properly, and prescribed antibiotics that weren’t needed. No duty or care to patients in need at all. The only thing they were efficient at was charging me. AVOID

Fantastic experience: Broken tooth, infection and a fear of dentists. Not a good combination. But! I got an appointment for the that evening and great communication put me very slightly at ease. The dentist and his clinician were absolutely wonderful. Explained choices, pricing, I was almost relaxed! I had to have the tooth out but I cannot fault any part of the process. Positive experience: After being in pain for 4 days and 0 support from 111 neither GP I came across 247dentist Bristol, from start to finish within an hour i was sat in the chair. I felt like I was in the best hands even though I had a few tears knowing I needed 2 extractions Ali and Danielle looked after me very well. Negative experience: Hello, I had terrible pain on the right side of my face over Saturday 25th January and Sunday 26th January. The pain seem to centre around my right ear. I made an appointment with the247dentist for 6.30pm on 26th. I pointed out the pain seemed to be centred around my right ear but pointed out a tooth on my right side that had recently seemed sensitive to touch. I was told by the dentist that ear and jaw are very much connected including anything dental, which made sense. The dentist took a x-ray and did an examination. I was told that the results showed the pain was not dental. The total cost was £160 which included approximately 20 minutes with the dentist. The pain continued to be bad on Monday and Tuesday. I contacted my dentist on Tuesday morning and explained the pain I was in. They told me to come in that afternoon. The dentist took an x-ray and carried out an examination. I highlighted the tooth that was sensitive. The dentist determined that there was a nerve dying in the tooth. He carried out a procedure and now I'm pain free. the247dentist examination result = not dental = £160

Fantastic experience: Yesterday was the second time I have used this dentist for a tooth extraction and I was lucky enough to have the same dentist and nurse as last time. , Uzma is a brilliant dentist, my tooth had crumbled and there was very little left but she was able to extract the three roots of the molar with great expertise and I was given antibiotics for the infection to go home with . Deb was a very efficient and friendly nurse and together they make a great team.

Fantastic experience: I’m really hesitant when it comes to new dentists but I have an infected tooth causing me pain for the last 4 days and today it was just unbearable. I called 247dentist and the lovely lady on the phone reassured me on everything from start to finish made sure everything was clear from the get go. When I got to dentists they were so welcoming and reassuring! They performed a tooth extraction which was completely painless and they offered advice on how to get a speedy recovery with tips and tricks! If anyone reads this and isn’t sure on this service - you should be now!

Fantastic experience: I needed an emergency tooth extraction and my normal dentist couldn't see me for 2 weeks! Because of the pain I was in I decided to look elsewhere and I came across The 247 Dentist. I made contact, and an appointment was made for me later that night. Dan the dentist and Ruba the nurse were fantastic and they set me at ease straight away. The service was efficient and professional, and the troublesome tooth was out double quick time. After being in severe pain for 5 days with a dead tooth and no support from 111, I found 247 Dentist on a quick Google search. Apprehensive to book, as I was worried if it would be similar of other places, paying for an appointment for advice and no actual treatment. I went ahead and booked a Sunday appointment. From the initial booking on the telephone, to seeing the dentist to the aftercare, brilliant. The dentist I saw was Ellen, and she was unbelievably kind, gentle and reassuring, informative and always making sure you’re okay. My tooth was extracted and I feel absolutely incredible, no more pain!!! Thank you, thank you & thank you so much! Yes it’s private, so it can be a bit pricey but it’s defiantly worth it. Compared to what I was quoted within my area. This was the cheapest by far.

Negative experience: Very bad clinic, please don’t go ! 75£ just for booking and 60£ for talking plus 25£ per x-ray plus 20 £ if you need any prescriptions.Just take care about all this payments not including any treatment , in my case was just first stage of root canal 185£ on top of .In conclusion I left them clinic in pain with no treatment but with 135£ less just for 10 min talking.They send you an email about they not accepting any offensive treatment and of course 99%of people are so disappointed and try to argue for their money. Crazy , they just believe if you in pain they can trick you.So disappointing .

Fantastic experience: I was in a lot of pain and couldn't find a 24h emergency dentist in Portsmouth. So we did a Google search and found “the247dentist”, which was my salvation. Fantastic experience: Went to the Reading branch this evening had a tooth out . I’m a nervous person when it comes to the dentist but the staff made me feel calm .

Fantastic experience: Had a broken tooth and another giving me severe pain. Called at 8am Saturday got an appointment for 12pm at Sheffield branch, I have a terrible phobia of dentists after bad experiences but was made to feel completely at ease. Oliver (dentist) and his nurse (sorry didn't get her name) took time with everything and explained all options. Had the two teeth out and a traumatic time was made in to a happy experience.

Fantastic experience: I was in excruciating pain out of ours on Saturday night, so phoned 247dentist first thing on Sunday morning. I was given an appointment within 4 hours. Uzma and Deb in Poole were amazing and put me at ease straight away. Uzma identified the tooth causing the issue and was able to resolve the problem within 45 minutes, after which I was totally pain free. The service provided was exceptional and money well spent. Fantastic experience: Thankyou Richie and Ash in Poole. I was having treatment near home and needed an emergency dentist due to the pain i was having whilst away for the weekend. I have never had good experiences with any dental work, but, to say this was as pleasant as it could be was an understand. Not once did I feel like they were rushing to get me out, I finally left at 0030am, they were totally understanding and took their time with everything to get me virtually pain free and able to get some sleep that night. Every step and process was explained and all options talked through prior to and during the treatment. Super up to date clinic and equipment. I wish I lived closer as I would be straight back to see Richie and get the rest of my dental work completed. Thank again.

Fantastic experience: My lower back molar had cracked over the weekend, and the pain was excruciating. An appointment was set up in minutes and the treatment completed same day. Fantastic experience: My wife is very nervous when it comes to visiting a Dentist. She has a fantastic Dentist, but had to see someone out of normal hours on a Saturday as she had become very anxious following a partial tooth extraction. The 247dentist was recommended by her own Dentist in case of issues whilst they were closed. After I phoned the 247dentist, an appointment was arranged within 3 hours. Knowing how anxious my wife is when visiting a Dentist, I was allowed to accompany her. I can only say WOW, the excellent care and attention from Dentist Ellen and Nurse Ruba at the 247dentist in Southampton was BRILLIANT. My wife was immediately at ease and her fears completely disappeared as they addressed the pain she was encountering. I don’t normally write reviews, but I have to say a massive thank you to both Ellen and Ruba.

Fantastic experience: Ellen and Ruba were exceptional this morning! I had been up all night with throbbing toothache and the thought of going to the dentist always fills me with dread, let alone a different dentist to my usual one. From start to finish both my husband and I were incredibly impressed. Booking was easy, prompt and very friendly. Ellen was very welcoming when I was feeling so anxious and Ruba was calm and kind. The whole process was seamless and it is the best dentistry I have ever experienced. I am terrified of needles and dentists so this really was a challenge for me but I could not have had a better experience. The whole thing was explained thoroughly, costs made clear and the process was explained step by step. My root canal was as painless as possible and nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic experience: My wife's filling fell out on Friday night in Swanage, a long way from home in London. We were referred to 247 Poole by Denplan. My wife got an appointment early Saturday afternoon. Uzma (dentist) and Agi (nurse) treated my wife and inserted a new filling which meant we could resume our holiday. They were professional and caring, offering free backup treatment if the need arose. An excellent service.

Fantastic experience: I can’t sing enough praises for the 247 dentist! After a truly unethical treatment from an NHS dentist I was looking for an emergency appointment for terrible tooth ache. I rang 247 dentist in the morning in quite a state from the pain and was met with such a lovely compassionate response, with all my questions answered. I was able to get an appointment the same day In the Bursledon office at 7:15pm I was seen early so didn’t have to wait around which was great as I was pretty nervous. The treatment was professional, everything was explained so well in a kind manner. The tooth problem was identified and treatment finished in the space of 20 minutes. I can’t thank them enough and would recommend to everyone!

Fantastic experience: My 16 year old son was attacked and had his two front teeth knocked out. We came from the royal berks hospital in Reading Berks and saw Ruba and Dimitrious as an emergency at 2am on sat 20th April. As the dentist in Reading wasnt answering the emergency call out!!!!!!!! Firstly, i want to commend their compassion and care not just to my son but to myself and my daughter after such a horrific evening. Secondly, the dentist’s expertise, precision and promptness also explaining everything that he was doing to try to save the teeth. Thanks to everything they did in cleaning and wiring the teeth in the best they could we were then able to see our regular dentist on the monday. It is looking more positive that the teeth may be able to be saved, but the level of care was quite frankly phenomenal and had they not have seen us we would not have had any chance of saving them at all. What absolute assets to your business they are. I really would like to have this feedback filtered to them directly. If i were more local i would move myself and all of my children to any dental practice that they regularly work at. I would actually travel again for any dental emergency in the future just to see these two wonderful, supportive professional human beings Thank you so very much Marie

Fantastic experience: I was in agony with a tooth ache for days, a filling had come out and tooth broken. I had no luck with any nhs dentists being able to help so called these guys at around 4pm. Got booked in for an appointment at 7.15 in Gloucester. Which I thought was amazing! James and Antony were really nice guys. I felt at ease when I arrived. James gave me various options of what they could do with the tooth, rather than what they couldn’t do! I felt releived and thankful that they could help me . I opted to have it removed and the whole process was pretty straightforward, from making the booking to leaving. Would recommend. Thanks guys

Dimitrious and Ruba - were very welcoming and took me through the procedure and explained my options, had a tricky tooth extraction close to my wisdom tooth, both worked closely and kept reassuring me every step of the way. Fantastic experience: I was in pain for 3 days. tried all local NHS dentists with no help, even went to A&E North Hants, and was fobbed off, my last resort was private dentist, My daughter shopped around several private dentists and finally got an appointment with 247 Reading for 20:00, by then the pain (dental abscess) was at a scale of 10/10, Anjali Singh and her Assistant were absolutely brilliant, they gave so much reassurances the minute I stepped in and relieved me off that excruciating pain within no time, an extraction and drainage of the abscess, I felt alive again, Thanks so much for filling the massive void left by the NHS Dentistry.
