I recently had a filling done, and both dr nafeesa and the assistant were patient and attentive, making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I highly recommend this dentist.

Fantastic experience: Been travelled 27 miles today for hygienist appointment, my gums were really bad, DT Nafeesa puswal and her assistant were so kind, gentle ladies i never seen before in dentistry they explained me so well offered me glass of water as i was freaking nervous did my cleaning very gently i couldn't even ask more i was holding hand of assistant during this whole process she was absolutely okay with that highly recommended this place especially DT nafeesa puswal and her assistant ♥️

Fantastic experience: Had been sent today through 111, the guy was amazing, the tooth needed to come out but with some explaing and understanding as to why with being such a big infection that needs to be dealt with before extraction. Once infection is undercontrol we can then move on to next step. I have been in many dentist hate to admit that but I have and the way he explained in detail about teeth, waiting list and what is the best option for the patent but as well as quickest was in great depth thanks to both of you for your time today

Negative experience: I went in for a tooth extraction to this cowboy so called dentist and the male dentist who works there is a disgrace and needs striking off he did absolutely nothing to help me and he was very patronising and rude from start to finish like he didn't want to be at work very disrespectful in the way he spoke to me he fobbed me off I will not be going there ever again and I advice anyone else needing a dentist to stear clear of this joke of a firm the place needs shutting down and the dentist needs sacking disgraceful

Negative experience: Regarding Unprofessional Staff Conduct and Poor Dental Treatment Experience Dear [Clinic Dalton Dental Care Rotherham / Management], I am writing to formally express my disappointment and concern regarding the unprofessional behavior and poor treatment I experienced during my recent visit to your dental clinic. On [insert date if you remember], I visited your clinic for dental treatment. During my appointment, the nurse was highly inattentive and appeared more focused on her mobile phone and personal messages rather than assisting the doctor properly. The doctor repeatedly asked her to hand over certain tools and items, but she was not responding professionally or promptly. This unprofessional behavior not only caused delays but also added to my discomfort and pain during the procedure. I was already in severe pain, and the lack of proper assistance and care made the experience very distressing. The staff member (the nurse, possibly named A or something similar) demonstrated a clear lack of professionalism, which reflects poorly on the clinic’s reputation and patient care standards. I kindly request that you take immediate action to review the conduct of your staff and ensure that only trained and professional individuals are employed to handle patients. Please address this issue seriously, as I am considering leaving a formal review about my negative experience if this matter is not resolved appropriately. Thank you for your attention. I hope you will take the necessary steps to improve your service quality.

Fantastic experience: Called up on 16th October with and brocken tooth and got a appointment for the same day and I went for the appointment and the gentleman looked extra and removed the tooth and in no pain now and bin for a check up today everything good and grate serves amagerncy appointment

Negative experience: These guys told me they couldn’t remove my tooth and that I had to go on a three year waiting list or go private, Guess what the tooth is out not a problem for my new dentist.. Dalton dentist is dirty and very poorly staffed, There equipment laid out on a plastic table with surface rust on them says a lot wants shutting down again !!! Yes again they have already been closed once and will be again….

Fantastic experience: went here has an emergency on a saterday at 7pm was seen by gentleman upstairs , problem was sorted and prescription given told to go back monday to have it checked fast in and out appointment all was good . Thanyou

Negative experience: I got sent here from 111 for an emergency and I will never return. The places is not sanitary at all, got newspaper up to half the windows in the dental room, blinds broken and all hanging down with yellow stains all over. Chairs in reception was cover with black marks from I presumed is where people have put there feet, no metal tray was used for utensils just a old yellow stained white plastic one, I was offered a tooth extraction and I passed I was scared I may have walked out with more of an infection then I went in the first place, the dentist never washed his hands just put sanitiser on then gloves no fresh utensils was open now I’m not saying that they was not cuz they could have been opened before hand but they was already laid on an old dirty looking try when I got in. The dental nurse who was in the room was sat in reception prior To my appointment and again never washed her hands before putting on ppe and just very unprofessional, 3 ladies stood on reception chatting doing nothing and when I come down to get a stamp for my prescription the lady was on her mobile phone talking to someone not very professional either. And I’m still unsure the 2 different lots of antibiotics I was given are safe to take together till I see a pharmacy as the dentist wasn’t very clear he sort of muted and danced around with words. Someone should definitely look into the hygiene standards there as it looks nothing like the pictures presented on the website. Just to add I’m no way a snob or expect it to be gleaming but just standard normal hygiene wasn’t there at all.

Fantastic experience: I rang 111 for an emergency appointment due to an infection that’s been ongoing for a long time, the lady who I saw was absolutely amazing, she was so patient and understanding and after getting the infection under control and having numerous follow up appointments to check on it, she did a tooth extraction, I was made to feel at ease, the staff were so friendly and it made the whole experience less scary. Fantastic experience: After many months of pain, I rang 111 and got in at this dentist. He took some x-rays and explained the options and procedure. I was prescribed antibiotics before having a second consultation for a tooth extraction with a third consultation for a checkup. I can't thank them enough for their fast service.

Fantastic experience: Love my experience here. Had such a lovely man. Iv never been so scared to go to dentist then I met him he made me feel so relaxed. He was able to have a joke with you and make you feel so calm honestly wouldn’t recommend a better dentist than him. No one else I would trust. Amazing at his job!!! I had a broken tooth and iv never been good with needles but he was able to speak me through everything and kept me so calm throughout the process. 100% recommend this dentist!

Negative experience: This is the second time we are using this practice. The first time last yr,I went with my 7 yrs old son and I met 2 ladies,they were really amazing. And today my husband went with our 15 yrs old son.He met a very rude Indian dentist,the worst he has ever seen.He tried greeting him 3 times and he didn't even respond.He only asked the boy to lay on the couch and examined him and never explained anything to the father. I was really appalled by such behaviour..... 25/10/2024 I am adding an edit I visited the practice last week with my son again I met two lovely ladies and they gave me royal treatment.They were excellent.They explained everything to me and even gave me health education on my own oral care and booked me in for follow up appointments.They were really kind to the young boy even the extraction was smooth. That was such a good visit for me and my son.Thank you Dalton dental care.

I have a phobia and don't deal well with treatments and the team could not have been kinder or more understanding. Everything was explained thoroughly, every step was taken at my pace no sense of rushing they had all the time in the world for me. They were so reassuring and knew exactly how to deal with someone like me. If you end up with an emergency appointment and you've never been here before know you are in the safest most caring hands possible! I cannot thank them enough!

I was prescribed antibiotics and asked to go back 5 days later to have my tooth removed. I was really anxious but the dentist put me at ease and did a brilliant job. If I ever need a dentist again in the future I will be phoning these. I'm well chuffed with the treatment I recieved

Fantastic experience: I went through 111 with toothache, the dentist is out of this world, I have been petrified for years and left the pain till it was unbearable, I got this dentist and had a wisdom tooth extraction, it was pain free and the dentist himself put me at ease straight away! I even asked if I could join as a regular patient but unfortunately they have a four year waiting list, and after my last visit was genuinely sad I couldn’t go back, thank you to all the staff, it really was the best for me and you should all be proud for how you treat your patients!!

Fantastic experience: If I could rate Dalton Dentist a 100 star rating I would! I was referred by 111 with an infection, in absolutely excruciating pain. Mr Khan went above and beyond to put me at ease, provide amazing pain relief lol and even after care. You know how when you go to Flying Scotman they can pull a tooth in 10 minutes and send you on your way (effective but not great for nervous patients like me!). Mr Khan took his time with a side of humour and I have honestly never felt so relaxed having a tooth out. Do you ever meet people who you know were born for their profession? - whatever that may be, nurse, teacher, shop assistant. Mr Khan was absolutely born for this. The reception staff are also very welcoming and when I was in pain they didn't rush me to sign stuff. I can't thank you guys enough for everything and for helping me with Mum. The dentistry sector is under fire politically and through all the bureaucracy and everything else, good old fashioned kindness and a sense to serve a community still remains Thank you x

Fantastic experience: I recently moved to Yorkshire and registered at Dalton Dental Care. I have now seen Dr Sara Riaz several times and each time she has been great, explaining everything in detail, showing me exactly what is going on in x-rays etc. She is very clear and friendly. The receptionist seems to be very organised, polite, clear and to the point both in person and on the phone. I have had no issues booking appointments, and appreciate the very useful text reminders. I feel very satisfied as a patient and no longer have anxiety about going to see the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Very warm, patient, and accommodating. I hadn't visited the dentist in almost 15 years, and I knew I needed a lot of treatment. The previous time I went to the dentist, I had a negative experience since the dentist was awful to me, highly judgmental, and only interested in money. The dentist reviewed several choices with me and did not try to pressure me into purchasing expensive procedures. They were quite patient with me as an autistic person and explained everything properly. Excellent customer service. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I was seen as an emergency with toothache & had to wait less than 24hrs to see a dentist The dentist I saw was kind & considerate As I have a fear of dentist but he put me at ease straight away. Telling & showing me exactly what the problem was & what he needed to do. I needed to have 2 teeth out. He kept making sure my pain wasn't unbearable & top up my numbness when I needed it. He also wanted to see me the following day to make sure everything was fine. Previously with other dentists I've just been told to ring if there was a problem after an extraction. He made an awful situation do-able & is a credit to the profession. If he does retire in March It is a loss to the industry Now on the NHS waiting list at this practice Excellent service If I could give more stars I would.
