Fantastic experience: Really great dentist! I had some awful work done by a dentist in Canada, had to have all my fillings redone as they weren’t packed enough, the dentist did a great job. The hygienist at Inspired is also really great and because of her advice, I have stepped up my oral care and my mouth is so much better for it. I have moved out of area, however I travel back to go to Inspire. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Negative experience: I have had my hygienist appointments at Inspired Dental for the past few years, but my recent visit cost £198 for half an hour so I doubt I'll be back.

Fantastic experience: Can’t describe how amazing is the experience with Dr Andre . I have done my orthodontist treatment with him and I haven’t expected one day I would have this smile. The staff are too good when it comes to communication. It always feels so positive when I have an appointment there. This clinic is completely perfect and I strongly recommend it . Amish explained everything clearly and thoroughly during my first consultation and the treatment I received during my second appointment from both Amish and Winnie was faultless. I received three fillings, experienced no discomfort throughout the whole appointment and came away pain free. Cannot praise highly enough.

I had not been able to find a suitable practice that would cover all my needs in Plymouth, for combined orthodontic and cosmetic work. From the outset the reception staff, treatment coordinators, André, and any other Inspired colleagues I have been in contact with have been highly professional and efficient. I had a very bad experience with a different practice in Plymouth, resulting in failed work, a forced root canal procedure and subsequent issues, and I had lost all confidence. My case was not simple at all, but Andre presented my options from the start and kept me updated as we went on, and has been nothing but professional and supportive throughout my journey. Negative experience: A few months ago, I had a bad experience. I canceled my direct debit while switching banks, a day before booking a hygiene check, which I was initially told was free. To her credit, she hadn’t noticed I had canceled my direct debit, but this apparently terminated my membership. Conveniently, the notice was received just an hour before my appointment, and I was only informed afterward that I no longer qualified for the free check. You would think that paying for a month's membership would still entitle you to services until the next payment is missed, but she insisted I had to pay, even threatening to involve debt collectors. I checked the terms and found nothing stating that canceling a direct debit cancels membership. I resolved the issue by contacting the payment company, but it was a horrible experience, and I’ve since canceled my membership. If I had paid the £75, I doubt I’d have gotten that money back.

Fantastic experience: I would thoroughly recommend IDC to anybody considering Invisalign. If you're from out of the local area (like me), it's really worth travelling. Andre and his team are very knowledgeable and skilled, no issues at all despite starting with very overcrowded teeth. I would say trust the process (attachments, IPR, elastics ect.) because you'll be in very safe hands! Appointments are quick, thorough and fuss free. I have recommended friends to IDC too, and they have also been really impressed with their treatment here. Friendly staff, comfy waiting room sofas , and consistently reliable orthodontic results.

I organised to have Invisalign treatment here on recommendations online about Andre and I can confirm both he and the service here is fantastic. I work long hours and they are a busy practice, however they go above and beyond to make appointments as easy and convenient as possible. One of the receptionists (shame I can’t remember her name!) was incredibly helpful one time when the only appointment time I’d been able to get was not ideal. She said she’d see if she could change it, however I didn’t hold out much hope as I know they are busy and my time is limited, however she called me on my way home and had fixed it so I could go in a really convenient time! Over and above, like previously mentioned. Highly recommend the service here, whether you are there for routine dental services or a product like Invisalign.

Negative experience: We're promised enough time for a full treatment, we weren't late for the appointment, however the doctor said we "just ran out of time for the treatment" by couple minutes. I am writing this comment from a new clinic we're the doctor took a proper x-ray and there the doctor found more problems with teeth that wasn't found in Inspired dental clinic, so I we spent 160£ and wasn't even given proper treatment, won't go there again.

Fantastic experience: From start to finish, I have had really good experience with my Invisalign, if I had any problems, they were very efficient to help, they are very kind. I would highly recommend this treatment to everyone, my life changed a lot and my mouth health too.

Fantastic experience: I looked around and explored all my options before choosing to undertake my orthodontic treatment at Inspired Dental Care. Andre advised me on the best dental treatment for me, not just recommending the most expensive option, cosmetic work, which I had my heart set on, but talking me through what was best for my teeth and what could be achieved without opting for cosmetic work. Other dentists that I requested quotes from were set on me spending as much money as possible for cosmetic work that was not required. Andre was the only dentist who was not just convincing me to do this for the money. I have had multiple treatments now including hygienist cleans, braces, X rays, whitening and ongoing treatment. The prices are competitive compared to other practices and the customer service has always been very good. It is hard to see in yourself the dramatic change and how good your teeth look after not smiling for years and covering my mouth when I speak but since having my braces out and completing whitening treatment I have been asked on multiple occasions how much I paid for my veneers and I take that as the highest compliment that I can have. When I explained that my teeth are my own they have asked what dentist I am with. Finance is available to everybody now so are things really that expensive in the long run. The customer service has been excellent, I have always always paid for treatments in my own time, never been rushed to make payments for my treatments in advance or in a rush, I settle my payments quickly but they have never said to me when I’ve booked a treatment they need the money now. The whole service has been great throughout my treatment. I would recommend this practice to anyone whether they need basic or extensive dentistry and I have been with them for over 2 years now. The location is very convenient as I then take the opportunity to get anything I need in the city centre. I have read reviews about being charged for lateness. I am a poor time keeper and they always try to squeeze me in or re book me very quickly if I am a little late, I’ve never been charged for lateness or needing to rearrange an appointment last minute. I don’t know why people are saying in reviews about being charged for lateness or not being seen if they’re late. It is normally me running late not them and in my old dentist I have waited 30, 40, 50 minutes for my appointment but didn’t care, at inspired I have never waited more than 5 minutes and they always apologise if even running a minute late.

Fantastic experience: After going to IDC a year and a couple months ago through recommendation of a friend to enquire about Invisalign, I’m pleased to be done with straightening and moving onto the whitening phase. Found the process overall straight forward and easy enough, also the best deal I’ve seen anywhere (I’ve had friends quoted much more elsewhere.) Shout out to all the brilliant staff, dentist, nurses and receptionists and a big thanks to Andre who’s my dentist at IDC. Thanks guys!!

Fantastic experience: I have recently had Invisalign and composite bonding with André at Invisalign, and couldn't be happier with the results! I was a little apprehensive about the whole procedure, but immediately felt at ease after my first appointment. The Invisalign process was very straightforward and appointments were easily arranged around my schedule, and the whole process (to my surprise) took much less time that I'd planned for. After the alignment process, André did the most amazing job with my composite bonding! I was amazed by the results, and literally can't stop smiling!! All of the dental nurses and reception team were also wonderful, and it was always easy to communicate and get advice/appointments. I cannot recommend this practice enough!

Negative experience: SHOCKING!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE!!! Reading all the 1 star reviews of this practice, reassured me that I’m not out of my mind. I was booked for an hour appointment for a scale and polish dental hygiene after a first dental check by Dr Amish, despite me asking to book a shorter appointment as I appeared to have very good teeth health. During the check, the doctor said that I only had some build up on my back teeth (which showed on the X-ray). On the day of the appointment, I was called in at 11:07 - Please bear in mind that if you turn up late even for 5min to the appointment, YOU WILL BE CHARGED half the price of the appointment and not be seen, I had soft tissue examination and a 60 min dental hygiene. My appointment ended at 11:50. I approached the lady at the desk, asking if I could have a refund as I was booked for a 60min appointment, although I was only there for less than 45min, which is what I wanted to book in the first place. The lady said that I was booked for an appointment up to an hour, they didn’t apologise for them being late and wasting my time, they didn’t refund me for not having the 60min scale and polish as stated in the receipt but only a 30min one. They then asked me if I was ready to book the next appointment. I thought it was a joke, but it wasn’t. This clinic appears to have very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, no ethical approach and a money-squeezing service, given the overpriced fees. You’ve lost all the clients coming from my family and friends. I WILL ALWAYS RECOMMEND PEOPLE, to STAY AWAY from this practice. And I have cancelled all the foreseeable appointments for me and my family.

Negative experience: Extremally rude dentist. The dentist is clearly annoyed and said 'Jesus Christ' right in front of me just because I asked him to clarify the possible consequences of doing a teeth surgery.

When the kit arrived the procedure was fully explained to me, and I've found it very easy to do. I would reccomend Inspired Dental Care.

Negative experience: Greedy and unsympathetic. I was sick the morning of my appointment and immediately phoned in around 8:30am to let them know. They charged me a £75 cancellation fee as a "gesture of goodwill" (apparently their standard practice is to charge half the total fee, in this case ~£105 as they charge £220 for a filling). I phoned to politely ask if they could waive the fee. I explained that because of my financial situation I'd be unable to afford the filling if I was charged, that I'd not missed an appointment before and that being sick had been out of my control. They didn't care. The person I spoke to said they'd already applied a "heavy discount" (perhaps, on their salaries, they genuinely believe £75 is a small charge)? They told me they might make a loss paying the dentist for the time -- they're a profitable private dentist with exorbitant fees, where's their discretion and understanding as a healthcare provider? Because they insist you pay half of the appointment charge upfront they simply pocketed my money. I get to keep my sore tooth and an empty wallet. Needless to say I'm now urgently looking at other dental practices.

Fantastic experience: I first visited Inspired Dental Care hating my smile. I was put under the care of Andre who suggested that in order to improve my smile, I would need to have Invisalign for the bottom teeth and four veneers for the top. The whole process took less than a year and I cannot fault anything. The staff are very friendly and Andre did an absolutely amazing job. I now love my smile and would highly recommend them as a practice. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: I finally made the decision to straighten my teeth in May 2021 and was recommended to Inspired Dental through word of mouth. They did not disappoint! The help and guidance along the way has been fantastic, they are very accomodating on appointments and my teeth have never been so clean, healthy or straight. 15 months later and I'm actually smiling in photos now, which is huge. Fantastic experience: I’ve been using Inspired Dental for just over a year now, being an extremely nervous patient due to past bad experiences I cannot praise the staff at this clinic enough. From the reception to the dental staff, you are treated like a human being and nothing is too much trouble. Negative experience: I know why they’ve called themselves “Inspired”. Because they are inspired to rip you off in the most financial benefit for them! Called to get an emergency appointment because I’m having pain and was told that the earliest available “new patient” appointment was 15th May. However, I could an “assessment” for my pain on 19th April to just look at the problem, but the work would not be done in that appointment for the mere cost of £120

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a few appointments here now, including wisdom tooth removal this morning which went so smoothly! Tooth out in less than 5 minutes and the whole time made to feel so at ease by both Andre and the best nurse ever, Brittany Pittham. Although I wasn’t nervous going into the procedure, I still was reassured the whole time and told exactly what to expect and what was going on. It helps that Andre is quite the joker and is so relaxed! Him and Britt make a great team working together. Couldn’t recommend more :)

Fantastic experience: I approached Inspired Dental Care having looked into many options for teeth straightening and I am pleased I chose them to go with. The service I received from the very first contact I made via Instagram has been great. Everything has been fully explained to me and all my questions were answered honestly and quickly. Very accommodating to my erratic schedule with plenty of late and weekend appointments available. I felt very at ease with Andre as he is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. Elle is always super helpful and friendly making the whole experience very positive. All members of staff I came into contact with, hygienists, receptionists etc were very polite and friendly. I am so pleased I decided to seek my treatment from Inspired Dental Care and I would recommend them to anyone wanting a top quality dentist.

Negative experience: How rude of your receptionist to hang up on me after explaining that a scale and polish is £130. What a joke of a place. Don’t get mugged off by their fees here.

Fantastic experience: This dental practice is without doubt the best I have ever been a patient at. From the moment I enquired about how it would be possible to improve my smile I felt very welcome and comfortable. The initial consultation was with Andre, who is hard-working, thorough and highly skilled. After “shopping around” for the right dentist for quite some time, this consultation proved I needn’t look any further. The information I received on how my smile was to be transformed was very comprehensive and easy to understand. Any questions I had throughout the process were quickly answered by the team in a professional manner - I thank the team (especially Elle) for their patience with me, I was very inquisitive! Everything was planned out to the day. I was always kept aware of how I was getting on with my Invisalign treatment and what to expect at my next appointment. I cannot recommend Inspired Dental Care enough. For people who are hesitant about improving their smile, it has already changed my life (my treatment finished less than a month ago). I was thinking about Invisalign for many years, but I cannot explain how lucky I was to have my treatment with IDC. If you are trying to decide between multiple dentists, you don’t need to stress anymore about whether or not you will get the highest quality of treatment, IDC will take care of you. Fantastic experience: Staff are wonderfully friendly, kind and patient. Very professional and did great work on my tooth. I was well looked after and the safety of their staff and patients are very high during these times. Would heavily advise purchasing a membership(?) To the practice after the work I had done a couple of days ago, teeth cost a lot after all and the cost seems affordable.

Nothing was ever too much trouble. From start to finish, Elle would explain everything and answer any questions, making sure you are fully comfortable with what will be happening.
