Fantastic experience: I recently had a root canal done and couldn’t be happier with the care I received. From the moment I walked in, the team were welcoming, reassuring, and incredibly professional. My dentist explained every step clearly, checked in regularly to make sure I was comfortable, and carried out the procedure with real skill and precision. What I appreciated most was how calm and painless they made the whole experience — something I absolutely didn’t expect from a root canal! The aftercare advice was clear and helpful, and I felt genuinely well looked after throughout. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist who combines expertise with excellent patient care. I’m very grateful for the treatment and the fantastic service.

Fantastic experience: A very professional dental practice with skilled practitioners. I’ve had (unfortunately!) a lot of visits here and seen three different specialists for various work including root canal, crown and periodontitis treatment. All the staff are really helpful and the specialists are exactly as you’d want - calm and reassuring and they take the time to explain exactly what the procedure they’re recommending will involve and give you options. It isn’t cheap - but dental work isn’t these days - and the equipment they have at this practice is modern, very effective (and probably also very expensive!) Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Sam was very kind and professional. I felt a little nervous at but soon relaxed, she did a very good job cleaning my teeth. The only thing I didn’t have was my dentures cleaned which was usually done at the end of treatment. Everything else was great including the nurse who was nice.

Fantastic experience: Previously hygienist visits caused me extreme anxiety…. My course of treatment with Dr Katie McAuslan has been a significantly different experience - mindful of the reasons for my nerves she has worked with me to help me manage pain and relax, and is always calm, clear and informative with her questions and feedback on the work and the next steps. The treatments are never going to be a pleasure(!) but Katie (and her team)’s kindness and effectiveness have ensured I have persevered with my treatment plan and necessary return visits

Fantastic experience: Very smooth operation from the beginning: reception, health check, quick service. Dr Lewis Hazelton was very carful with the anaesthetic injection, and kept me informed of every step for the removal of the tooth. The nurse was very good at dealing with the suction and cleaning.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dr Mehul Patel for some periodontic treatment. Upon meeting him he was professional and attentive and explained the whole treatment process thoroughly. He has a natural affinity with people that cannot be taught. He genuinely cares about his clients; which nowadays is very rare. Even though my treatment was quite intensive he made the whole process more managable with compassion and humour. Fantastic experience: I visited this practice recently for a Periodontal deep clean of my implant area. I was expecting to have a very uncomfortable procedure, followed by pain and discomfort for a week or so. In fact, it was the complete opposite, no pain or discomfort and I was eating the same day. I highly recommend Mehul Patel if you ever require this type of treatment.

Fantastic experience: Updated post treatment 4th June 2025 From the very beginning, the entire team has been incredibly welcoming at every appointment. I’ve had multiple injections at other dentists in the past, and they were honestly horrific—but Will administered several during my treatment plan, and they were by far the most gentle I’ve ever experienced. At every visit, I was kept informed of exactly what was happening, which really helped put me at ease. I can honestly say I’m so happy with the end result! Tarryn has been so friendly and kind in the aftercare directly after treatment and calling to check in the following day. Everything is explained in detail, she is an asset to the centre

I have never liked going to the dentist and have always been really nervous but Mehul, the specialist periodontost was so kind and gentle I nearly fell asleep during my appointment. Fantastic experience: I went in to see Dr. Jaimini Mehta for gum assessments and removal of my wisdom tooth. She was nothing but amazing! Not only did she fit me into a busy schedule because I was in pain, but also went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable during the process because I had been super nervous the morning of. She was very patient with me, walked me through the details of the procedure, and gave me detailed after care instructions. She even reached out afterwards to make sure I was feeling better. Not everyday you meet doctors who are nice about anxious patients! Highly recommend.

I have had amazing treatment from the receptionist to the care co-ordinator, periodontist,implantologist and dental nurses. Today I had my implants completed by Dr Ahmed. What a joy to finish treatment and have teeth that I feel confident with. So thankful to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I have received a gum disease treatment with Dr Jaimini Mehta. The mid-term evaluation shows that the treatment has taken effect. I found significant improvements of my affected teeth. Dr Mehta has been very supportive. I am especially impressed by her professionalism and a strong sense of responsibility for patients. Fantastic experience: I have received gum grafts at this clinic and have received outstanding treatment. Dr Patel was caring and empathetic from the moment I had my consultation. He was careful and took his time to make sure my treatment was pain free and successful. I trusted him straight away with my care. After each graft I was given excellent aftercare instructions and had a number of a care coordinator who was also caring and empathetic and whom I was able to ring/message if I needed any advice or if something was wrong. I followed my care instructions and my grafts have healed and have been successful. I highly recommend them. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I have been seen at the practice by Rohini for Invisalign. I went to this practice after other practices said they couldn't do Invisalign for me. Rohini did a great job and the best results were achieved. I consulted with Dami for cosmetic work post Invisalign. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. Tarryn co-ordinated appointments, and made sure everything was going to plan with regular appreciated communication. All the staff I came into contact with at the practice were friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Dr Bozis greeted me pleasantly and warmly. He clarified/confirmed what we both agreed was the reason for my appointment and then patiently explained what would take place. He also set out potential outcomes dependent on the results of his examination. A very friendly guy who came across as someone who really knows his business.

Fantastic experience: I am an extremely nervous patient due to a bad experience at another dentist surgery, around 10 years ago. I needed a wisdom tooth removed and had been anxious for days, but to my surprise it was nowhere near as bad as I had thought. Lewis Hazelton took the time to explain each step to me, what to expect after & didn’t rush the appointment. I am in no way ‘cured’ and will likely still be nervous, but he really has changed my feelings towards the dentist. Thank you again!

Negative experience: I had an implant placement at Herts. Dental Clinic this week. Quite a lengthy procedure but Mr. Ahmed was very precise & careful. He was demonstrating to a young dentist and I much appreciated his skill and consideration for both of us. Also a big thank you to his assistant for her welcomed support & encouragement. Fantastic experience: This is the second time I had root canal treatment by Dr Apostolos Bozis. Like before, I was very happy with the treatment and care I received. Dr Bozis really lives up to his philosophy of patient care and takes the time to explain each step of the treatment. He is also very re-assuring and made me feel less nervous about the follow-on treatment which involved the extraction of a wisdom tooth. Thanks to his recommendation and the skills of Will Murphy this turned out to be a quick procedure with not too much discomfort afterwards.

Fantastic experience: I have had enough root canals in the past to have lost count, completed by different endodontic specialists and general practitioners alike and so prior to the my first appointment I was quite nervous as I expected given the location of the tooth and my previous experiences with great dentists that this would be a little bit of an ordeal. Well, not for Dr. Apostolos Bozis! I was genuinely flabbergasted with the speed and precision of his work, I couldn’t believe it when he said he was finished! He barely broke a sweat and I could tell when he showed me the X-Ray after that it was top notch work. I know this isn’t as easy as he makes it look! He and his assistant (I’m sorry, I forgot her name) are exceptionally professional and made me feel very looked after, within about 5-10 minutes in my phobia had vanished and I totally trusted that I wouldn’t be hurt in any way by a whoopsy daisy moment. I can’t tell you how much that makes a difference knowing you’re in good hands and I can tell that Dr. Apostolos is an expert in his field with a mountain of experience. His services are worth every penny. In fact, I left my second appointment thinking I got a level of care way beyond the price I paid. If you are reading this considering root canal treatment with Dr. Apostolos and are not sure if it’s worth it I can hand on heart tell you it is.

Fantastic experience: Great experience with my first root canal. I’m an anxious patient with past bad dentist experiences that added to my anxiety. Apostolos Bozis and the nurse Tania (I hope I got the names correct , so sorry if I did not ) made me feel very comfortable from the first appointment, I’ve had my first treatment today and it was nothing like I imagined it to be. No discomfort, no stress, easy and fast work. Friendly environment, I was very comfortable. Not afraid to finish my treatment at all, I know I’m in good hands.
