Fantastic experience: Dr Marwan gave me an outstanding & comfortable experience. I came in needing a tooth extraction and composite bonding on a cracked tooth, and the care I received was exceptional from start to finish. The extraction was painless and done with such precision that I was comfortable the entire time. The composite bonding looks completely natural— you’d never know the tooth was ever damaged. Dr Marwan explained every step clearly, made me feel at ease, and showed incredible skill and professionalism. I’m truly impressed with the results and grateful for the level of care I received. My teeth and gums were in a terrible mess before starting, so I did in-depth research into what it involved and had a few different consultations from different practices around Liverpool. I chose to go with dental excellence as Dr Harrison Child Explained everything thoroughly to me and made me feel very comfortable he explained that the health of my teeth and gums were the highest priority at this point. I am now halfway through the Invisalign treatment and I’m already so happy with my teeth. Everybody I have come into contact with at dental excellence has been amazing They are very professional and are always on hand to give Advice if you were worried. I would highly recommend dental excellence If you are considering Invisalign.

Fantastic experience: My second time visiting Jack at Dental Excellence and I couldn’t be happier. I initially came here for a consultation for Invisalign treatment after having consultations elsewhere at several other dentists and no where compared to Jack at Dental Excellence. Jack was so friendly, welcoming and was more than happy to answer any questions about the treatment I had. I was nervous whether this was the right treatment for me but with the level of detail of the consultation ( which no other dentist compared too) I knew I was making the right decision and I had found the perfect dentist for me! From showing me the Aligners, explaining how it works, timeframes, showing me images of what we expect my teeth to look like after the treatment, I couldn’t fault a thing! I visited today to have some fillings before I start my Invisalign treatment and again I couldn’t be happier with how it went, Jack always made sure I was comfortable and talked me through everything to make sure I was aware what was going on. He made me feel completely at ease and explained everything clearly, so I knew exactly what to expect on my journey towards getting composite veneers. My second appointment was with Harrison, who’ll be doing the actual treatment, and it was just as smooth. His attention to detail and the care he took throughout really stood out. Fantastic experience: I’ve followed Dental Excellence on Instagram for years and always admired their work. After being passed from pillar to post with other dentists saying I needed braces to fix my uneven front teeth, I went to Dr Harrison Child who talked me through all my options and advised that composite bonding was actually best for me. Fantastic experience: I had a problem which basically had been caused by another dentist. From the first contact on the phone, a woman called Riya, to the dentist- Craig and his nurse- Beth, the service and care have been truly excellent. Riya was so pleasant and helpful and gave me an appointment on the same day, which was this afternoon. Craig was so helpful, kind and super efficient and Beth was really thoughtful and lovely too. Craig explained every step of the way during the treatment, and appears to have solved the problem. I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Harrison is a very calm and caring dentist especially with a nervous patient. Both he and his dental nurse, were very empathetic and I left the surgery feeling very cared for. I do hope I can stay under their care, as I have had problems in the recent past with continuity of care (although all the staff though have been very supportive).

Fantastic experience: I went to Craig for a double extraction today and was obviously a little nervous before I arrived, however I was quickly calmed by his professionalism and the skill he demonstrated. Reassuring throughout, what has been a test of endurance in the past, was this time an absolute breeze. 6 hours later and I feel hardly any discomfort or bleeding. This really is dentistry at its finest and I’m now looking forward to a full smile remodel.

Fantastic experience: I started my journey with dental Excellence back in 2022. I'm terrified of the dentist yet always wanted my teeth doing as I've hated the way they look for as long as I can remember. I fell pregnant inbetween treatment with horrendous sickness which resulted in me cancelling and delaying alot of appointments. They were extremely patient with me and reassured me that we can just resume as normal once my baby had arrived. I'm now coming to the end of my braces being on. And I have to say my fear of dentists have been flipped upon its head. Craig and his assistant Beth are so calming, talking you through every step of anything they do and tell you what to expect. I went to her with quite a complex case and was really unhappy with a lot of things about my teeth. She proposed a treatment plan that would give me everything I wanted but also felt like the safest and most appropriate plan for me and one that would give me the desired result whilst looking after my natural teeth in the best way possible. From the consultation to the end both Craig and Beth have been so patient with me. Craig talked me through all my options and what best treatment I should have. Then every single appointment I felt at ease. Both Craig and Beth were friendly and made me laugh. Some of the treatments I needed were lengthy ones, but Craig made sure I felt no pain and would always check to see if I was OK. Today was my last treatment with Craig and he made sure that all was OK. I will be staying on at this dentist, just guttered that it won't be Craig or Beth that I will be seeing for my check-ups. So if anyone is considering this practice, I would 100% ask for Craig and Beth.

Fantastic experience: I visited Craig over 3 years ago after seeing multiple dentists who told me that they couldn’t do anything for my crossbite and that it wasn’t ‘obvious enough’ to fix. Craig was the first dentist to listen, understand, and provide a solution. He warned me that my dental plan might take ~3 years and since I had a complex case, he referred me to a specialist to stabilize the joints in my jaw, insert a palate expander, and provide the initial orthodontic treatment. At the end of my orthodontic treatment, I returned to Craig to receive whitening and bonding. Craig fully took on board my wish to keep my smile natural while also making sure that the results were visible and a great improvement. Craig conducted some flawless work by levelling out the balance and shape of my teeth, meaning that he was able to make things more symmetrical. Both Craig and Beth were amazing, and I couldn't fault their service, dedication, and patience while making the final tweaks. I love my new smile - thank you again.
