For a person who has a phobia of dentists since Childhood this was a pain free, easy going experience. Thank you to the whole team

My daughter absolutely loved her visit to the dentist - she even got a cute sticker. They made it so special for her first appointment. Negative experience: I had a referral to this practice for a root canal. It was the worst experience I have encountered. I was kept waiting for an hour and when I was called in there was a muttered apology from Bruno Costa and no further chat. I admit I'm not the best going to the dentist and waiting an hour didn't improve how I was feeling. In the room the respective birth date, if etc was done. I asked a couple of questions about crown and filling which were curtly answered, that was up to my dentist. I then requested that I didn't have an injection, I would rather see how it goes. My usual dentist had previously tried the procedures and I had no lignocaine and I never have it with fillings. He told me it was not their policy to do anything without injection. When I asked why that was he couldn't give me an evidence based answer just that it is a painful procedure and he would be concerned I would be in pain. I said if I was in pain I would let him know. He told me if I don't want injection then he wouldn't proceed. I then consented. The second injection was right through the abcess and was excruciating. When he asked if I was ok I said no in not. He then proceeded to tell me that with that attitude he can't proceed. I was off the couch so fast and told him he had kept me waiting so long and showed no empathy. Not a very professional experience at all. He was probably pleased I left as he was back running on time. Will never set for in the place again!!!

The clinic is equipped with modern, high-quality technology that made the treatment efficient and comfortable. The dentist Bruno and the nurse Stephanie were thorough, gentle, and ensured I was comfortable the entire time. The procedure was efficient and surprisingly painless, and I’ve since had a smooth recovery. I highly recommend this practice for anyone needing dental treatment

Then I spoke with Emma, the receptionist, she was nice and helpful, I lived her cinfidence and her calm tone of voice. Amazing lady! Fantastic experience: I cannot begin to tell you how very nervous I was when I was referred to have a root canal .. the minute I walked in the lovely receptionist put me at ease and then I met Bruno Costa! what a lovely man also I really wasn't convinced that I would not feel any pain however he proved me wrong! The dentist, Bruno Costa, was very professional and seemed to have no trouble carrying out my treatment. He was tentative in asking if was okay several times throughout. I hope I never need specialist dental treatment again but if I do I'd be happy to return here.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Pembroke Dental from my dentist for specialist treatment and I’m so glad I went here. Friendly receptionist and she remembered my name when I came out the treatment room which was a nice touch. The procedure went really well, I was explained the procedure and after care. I was even seen on time, which makes such a difference especially when you’re a bit nervous!

Fantastic experience: Really friendly and well ran dental practice. Receptionists friendly and knowledgeable, Nicole and Gabby in that day. Lucia my dentist saw myself and my 3 year old and was great all round. My daughter really felt at ease with her and she managed to preform the whole dental check up routine, with a little sticker for her afterwards, which she was very proud of. Would recommend this dentist, especially for families as they give a personal and professional service and clearly work well together as a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience

Fantastic experience: Pembroke Dental is the most professional and caring dental clinic I have ever visited. From the reception staff, to hiegenists, and dentists everybody is welcoming. Unfortunately, I have had many dental emergencies lately due to work done many years ago and I am aware I am not the easiest patient due to being quite anxious with dental work, however, Bruno has always been available to see me and provide the best treatment. I do not have anxiety anymore when coming to the dentist. Thank you Bruno :)

Negative experience: ‼️‼️CRAWLEYS WORST DENTIST‼️‼️Absolutely disgraceful one of the worst Dentist I have ever visited by far very rude and disrespectful receptionist. very small claustrophobic dirty practice with hardly any of the right up-to-date equipment I’m sure they use Play-Doh for fillings due to lack of funding the Dentist hired their do not have any knowledge about teeth or experience they don’t know what they are doing nor do they care about your well-being or Finnish the job to a professional standards they make you feel uncomfortable and have no sympathy for you and do not offer you proper care you are very lucky if you are able to get an appointment waiting time is absolutely horrendous for an appointment they just leave your teeth to deteriorate rather than resolving the issue there and then like most other Dentists.If you’re thinking about visiting this practice, I wouldn’t even think about wasting your money on this ran down shamble of a Dentist

Fantastic experience: The receptionist, Gabriella went absolutely above and beyond to help us find time for a quick checkup within 24 hours. She called us back twice with suggestions and we managed to be squeezed in within 24 hours, which in today's climate before a bank holiday weekend is just incredible. The practice is clean and easy to find with parking too, I would like to recognise Gabriella for her excellent customer service and for going the extra mile.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic dental practice. All elements of the practice are exemplary from the warm welcome on the desk, to the clinical services provided. I have had brilliant treatment and sensible advice, not always recommending treatment, but following a cautious approach where suitable. My teeth are in the best condition ever and I am very grateful.

I’m not a great fan of any dentist, but the whole experience from beginning to end was pain free and completely comfortable. The only sharp scratch was the numbing injection. Clean and respectable premises and lovely staff. Recommend 10 / 10.
