Fantastic experience: I have been very self conscious of my teeth since childhood . This really impacted my self confidence . In my 50’s I was starting to have issues with my gums as well as I was unable to clean effectively between my teeth due to spacing and overlapping .My experience with Ric has been amazing , I always felt supported in the process and although uncomfortable at times , it was really easy to wear the aligners and see progress every appointment which kept me motivated to wear the aligners as much as I could every day ! Due to damage on my front teeth I also had composite bonding on four teeth which I would highly recommend . Not only have I been left with an amazing smile but I can also clean between my teeth really well which has vastly improved my gum health . I would highly recommend Ric and parrys lane dental. I struggle to find pictures where I show my teeth before this process began , but now I smile with confidence every photo !!

The practices processes are very patient friendly - I left my last dentist (Westbury Smiles) because I felt like i was treated as a profit opportunity not a valued customer. Fantastic experience: I've attended the Special Dental & Implant Centre for the second time after being recommended by my Dentist. Each appointment has been prearranged without any problems, and excellent communication has been had throughout by either phone call, text message or email. After my first visit, a discussion was had about possible treatment, cost and expected outcome. My second appointment was today. Treatment was completed to a very high standard, and I was told throughout what was going to happen. I would highly recommend contacting the team, they are professional non non-pushy, very caring professionals.

Fantastic experience: I have had truly excellent service in the last week from Suzanne (as ever) and Dr Jane (whom I had not met previously but who undertook an extraction with great care and kindness).

Negative experience: "Just would like to confirm all my dental work been done in the UK with specialists just like yourself Brittany. In the UK." I understand you are breaching my guarantee of 5 years for damages to the fitted crown. My experience with perry Lane dental practice! I have chosen the practice due to previous unfortunaties with dentists in the past. The Perry Lane had 5 stairs on google reviews, and this was what made me choose the practice in first place. I had issues with LL6 that needed fitting a crown . My appointment was with Steve he price it all up for joust over a thousand pounds (£1000). Unfortunately, after fitting the crown, I've ended it up with infection that I've couldn't sleep in the nights due to the pain ! I've made another appointment due to the issue. The first thing Steve suggested was to get the tooth out ! This is a dentist response to the work he just accomplished! I've refused his decision immediately. Steve gave me a prescription for atybaiotyc, I end it up having toot infection more than 4 times and been taking antibiotics consistently. After doing my research I've ask the dentists to readjust the crown as it feel a lot higher than the rest of the teeth ! No response to my complins and suggestions! I had a meeting with Brittany, the manager, who came across a cross abrupt and dissmisal to me. I've felt so disrespected by the way she spoke to me. The receptionist also came a cross abrupt at many occasions. The place feels really like a school where you feel super uncomfortable abrupt and bitchy! I have been a patient for around 2 year with this practice I've sign up for the monthly plan that include 2 dentist check-ups and hygienist treatments. In a space of 2 years I've had 2 hygienists appointments instead of 4 as it has been paid for , unfortunetly they had no availability for appointments due to the fact they been fully booked. While I've manage book my hygienists appoitment 6 moths in advance, ( at one point, they have councel my appointment as they had no hygienists working for them ) Both hygienist treatment was very poor as I've left with stains on my teeth for the first time in my life !!!!!!! Afyer second treatment , I complained about the hygienist leaving stains on my teeth ! The hyginist suggest deep clean due to the saint teeth ? What a hyginist not remove stains on the teeth ? The follow up appoitment was with dentist who scaraped some stains with the steel tool looking like a hook , while not taking in consideration the fact of damaging the enamel of my teeth !!! I've left the practice with stains on my teeth after my complaint I would not recommend this price or their dental plan as all seemed like a rip-off and really uncomfortable visits with abrupt service with very high cost ! AVOID AT ALL TIMES !!!

Positive experience: My dentist (Peter Whyte) is excellent and I would go to him with any dental problems. But this practice is now far too expensive, even taking inflation into account. You look to join and they charge £100 for an initial assessment of your teeth (overheard whilst in waiting room). Recent treatment from another dentist resulted in a recommendation for (unnecessary) treatment in the region of £800. I will stay with the Practice until Peter retires. I will then most likely look to move elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: The staff are lovely and always very friendly, and dentists seem very competent but in recent years there seems to have been a large turnover in dentists. I met my most recent one the other day only to be told they will be on maternity leave at my next visit, so technically unless I need something I now won’t see this new one for 12 months. These things happen, but when you have slightly more complex dental needs it’s a little unnerving to have to keep meeting new people. Happy with the general service and competence though.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ric is simply fantastic,knowledgeable,understanding,reassuring,kind and gentle and very very patient. I am going through such a hard time replacing my veneers I did in my hometown which were too bulky, leaky and been bonded with cavities underneath. I searched the globe you can say from Dubai to Brazil for someone to replace them who doesnt want to butcher my teeth even more and (Ive seen the big guys )after a very bad dentist did them for me as if she was putting a load of washing on ( yes that bad) . I was searching for someone working with whom I think is a highly skilled lab tech from Germany . He recommended me Dr Ric and I couldnt be more happy to have met Dr Ric. He is a life (teeth saver) On the verge of really letting go , crying non stop on how to fix this mess without killing my teeth after being butchered for nothing :(( I am under a big trauma and have loads of probably repetitive and reassuring questions ( sorry Dr Ric ) I continuously ask and he never once lost it at me and is a very passionate dentist who doesnt just do it for the money but because he truly cares about the patient themselves mentally and emotionally. Positive experience: Appointments generally on time. Georgina kept me informed of what she was doing and checking that the painkilling injection was working. Final charge was less than quoted due to the second filling being easier than expected - very welcome.

Fantastic experience: Helpful, polite receptionists greeted me in a welcoming, clean waiting room. The hygienist explained the treatment carefully and helped me to improve my cleaning technique. She also gave me samples to try for flossing. My teeth are much cleaner and fresher after my treatment.

Fantastic experience: Been visiting the practice since I was a small boy, and that's a long time ago. Very friendly and professional staff. I've never had a single problem with the practice to be honest. Quite expensive these days but I guess all Private Dentists are. But its important to look after your teeth and oral hygiene.

Fantastic experience: Had a wisdom tooth extracted by Dr. Steve Clareboets, didn't feel a thing with the injections or extraction, in and out the chair in 20 minutes, cannot fault the service I received.

Fantastic experience: I had a painful periodontal abcess. Rang reception at 8-30 and got a same day emeergency appointment. I thought I might loose the front tooth or at least be on antibiotics. However, Inesa took great care to drain the abcess and no further treatment was necessary. The pain stopped almost immediately and my mouth appears to have completely healed. The price was very reasonable by current dental norms.

Fantastic experience: A crown of mine fell out a few days ago. Luckily I did not lose it. I called the practise and was given an appointment the following day. The dentist managed to clean up the crown and refit it. And for a fee that I thought was reasonable for the work involved. A good service.

I have been a patient at the PLDP since the last century and I have always found everything to have been of the highest possible professional quality. The premises are spotless; the reception team helpful and friendly (their day before appointment telephone reminders particularly useful). Dr. Peter White has kept my aged teeth working, and his Assistant, Linda, sets a standard that would be very hard to beat in friendliness and care for the patient's comfort.

Fantastic experience: I switched from an NHS practice to Parry's Lane last year. I have had a traumatic experience at my previous practice and had anxiety issues every time I visited. A change of practice was needed. Since the switch I have had to see some of the specialists... Dr Boone who has helped with tooth wear issues and crowns, Dr Bury who has helped with menopausal gum symptoms before passing me to Suzanne for regular hygienist care who also has an interest in menopausal gum issues. My regular dentist is now Dr Petrenko who is currently treating me for root canal treatment. She has been very patient and supportive, understanding my anxiety giving me breaks, explaining what was being done etc. I am so glad I have made the switch. I feel I am getting the care that I need.

Fantastic experience: I have been with Parrys Lane Dental Practice for a few years now, and I always find them professional, kind and sympathetic when dealing with you. I have recently had some emergency work carried out, which was booked in promptly by the reception team and dealt with efficiently by a very competent dentist and her assistant. Prior to the treatment, I was fully briefed on what was required and the scenarios which could arise along with the potential costs for the various options. All went well on the day of treatment with Inesa calmly talking me through each procedure, advising me of each step of the dental work being undertaken, confirming what was predicted and any minor changes required to give me the appropriate treatment for the situation in hand. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough, always there for you, whatever the occasion, including arranging prompt emergency treatment. I also use the dental hygienist regularly and cannot fault their professionalism either. Overall a very good practice from being greeted by the reception staff through to completion of the activity / work required.

The hygienists are all thorough and professional and I have been thrilled with the excellent care I have received through my invisalign treatment from Clare McNamara . Courtney the Treatment Co-ordinator has gone above and beyond to reschedule appointments when needed and to offer reassurance and advice. The reception staff are lovely and approachable and efficient. Communication is care is first rate.

Fantastic experience: Today, I had a surgical extraction, This involved cutting the tooth up and cracking it in half, and stitches in my gums. I never felt a thing aside from the initial knumbing, which is less pain than a stinging nettle. I don't know why I was so nervous, if you are too, please don't be. There is really no need. Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending Parry’s Lane Dental Practice for over 30 years and throughout this time the treatment I’ve received has been exemplary. From regular check-ups and hygienist appointments to routine fillings and a crown service has been too-notch. On a couple of occasions I’ve needed to see a dentist quickly - broken tooth or dislodged filling - and they’ve always found a slot for me. The reception staff are friendly and professional and help make a visit a pleasant experience all round
