Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing dentist Dr Waghela, the fact that they closed the surgery so I could have an operation there was amazing. They take extra care of you and make sure you are looked after from going in to leaving and then after care is amazing. This is the best dentist I have ever had. Fantastic experience: very nice, went to get my gap closed with composite bonding, process was super quick and the staff are very nice. I often get nervous going to the dentist because many dentists can be hostile or even rude, but all the staff at natural smiles are amazing. a big thank you to Anmol Bal for making my composite look so natural.

Fantastic experience: I had the best results from teeth whitening and a tidy up of old crowns and bridges, a total smile makeover, the service is second to none, really happy with my results, the team there are all so lovely, helpful and nothing is too much trouble, Dr Waghela very thorough and I was totally at ease, I would highly recommend this practice and if I was to require any dental work in the future, I wouldn’t go anywhere else !

Dr Bhavnish Waghela inspires total confidence from the very first meeting, and I have to say has lived up to all expectations. He explains everything thoroughly, I felt totally involved in all the decisions for the treatment plan and am thrilled with the result! I can also say that I felt no pain at any stage as Dr Waghela ensures that the amount of local anaesthetic is just right. The whole team are friendly, welcoming and add to the personal touch. The estimated costs were completely accurate with no hidden charges - and there is parking directly outside of the clinic! I have no hesitation in recommending Natural Smiles for implant treatment.

Fantastic experience: I've been scared of dentist ever since school dentist. After deciding to go to Natural Smiles they have all been amazing at putting you at ease. Dr Anmol Bal has been brilliant she explains everything every step of the way, you decide the pace of treatment needed to be done. She will always ask if you are ok during treatment and if you wanted to stop for a minute or so. Its been such a positive experience after the treatments and now my next appt is for a check up. I still have a fear of dentist but they are very supportive and don't dismiss the fear which is very reassuring. I would highly recomend going to this dentist.

Fantastic experience: I contacted Natural Smiles after decades of being afraid to smile because of the condition of my teeth and gums plus my fear from previous bad experiences with other dentists and of being judged. Fantastic experience: After abandoning another practice due to uncaring staff and attempts to force procedures on me that I did not need or want, I found natural smiles locally. I had an Invisalign consultation here and the feeling is totally different. I felt welcome and valued as soon as I entered the practice. All the staff are superb, friendly and welcoming and Anubha who did my Invisalign consult is absolutely fantastic and explained everything to me and I’m really excited to start my Invisalign with her. I also spent some time with Kizzy who is exceptional and she talked me through lots of options and answered all my questions, I found her very informative and kind and not at all pushy and her enthusiastic energy gives you confidence and excitement about your treatment! Edit: Just to update that 2 years on, I am still absolutely thrilled with the work done by Anubha and the team!!

Negative experience: Would NOT recommend getting Invisalign with Natural Smiles. Had a very delayed process; when I started I was told my dentist would be working one day a week which would’ve been fine. Very quickly and without anyone telling me, he cut down to one day a month. Add on top annual leave and illness, it ended up being months before I could get an appointment mid treatment. After bringing up my level of dissatisfaction with the clinic I was told that I would be looked after by the customer service team, the very next thing that happened was they failed to notify me when my next set of retainers came in and again I was left an additional month without being able to proceed. By the end of treatment I was not fully happy with where some of my teeth had sat but was told that nothing more could be done and, frankly, I did not want to keep going through the same hoops I had been for the last two years. I agreed to end my treatment but without being fully happy with the results. Once my treatment was finished and I needed some finishing touches doing up, they gave me a price which was way over I was willing to pay but they said this was for the best. I went to a nearby dentist to get another quote which was half the price, was able to be completed immediately, offered great customer service and I am THRILLED with the result. I only wish I had gone to this other dentist to begin with. I’d recommend looking at other local practices before booking in Invisalign with Natural Smiles so you don’t have to go through what I did.

In the last few months I have had routine scale and polish, stain removal, fillings, composite bonding on 4 front teeth, and received retainers to hold my now perfectly aligned teeth in place. Fantastic experience: Friendly and professional dentist who removed all my old amalgam fillings and did a lot of work on saving my teeth from tooth decay that was overlooked by other dentists. Reasonable pricing for the service provided. Thorough in diagnosis. And you get to watch TV while having work done I highly recommend. Follow up: I had a tooth that couldn't be saved, felt like it was overly sensitive and eventually the nerve began to die. I had to have it removed in emergency by a local dentist. I recommend if people have work done, do it in parts to see how teeth adjust. This one the filling was quite deep and the nerve was compromised but that's what you get with a large cavity.

I wish I had, I choose this dentist because I was reassured by the dentist dr bhavnish waghela could fix my problem but it has been made worse by him ago I was lied to as he said he’d put a glaze over my tooth whatever that means? but it was to cover my tooth he couldn’t fix! I called the practice a number of times & was told I had to pay again!!, If I could give this practice a O star i would ,I’ve had nothing but trouble, I’ve been lied to I’m still so upset with the service I’ve received & in a lot of pain! & they don’t want to know now!!!!
