Negative experience: Horrible service, definitely avoid especially if you’re nervous. Awful experience which has now caused even more fear about going to the dentist.

Negative experience: In desperate times don’t make my mistake of trusting this so called place known as a dentist, will be looking to complain higher shouldn’t be allowed to practice

Negative experience: Visited the practice for the first time today with my very anxious 18 year old daughter for a routine filling , on arrival the place was in darkness and we were shouted at from upstairs is that the girl ? Come up she’s said , when we got in the room I explained that my daughter was very nervous and she simply replied yes it says that on the file , as soon as my daughter got in the chair she was asked had she eaten and she replied no , her immediate response was oh well you will probably faint ( definitely nit what I would say to a scared person ) when my daughter asked her for a minute she pulled her head back and said right let’s freeze you up my daughter at this point trembling said can we wait a minute and asked her to explain the fainting comment she was very abrupt in her response and I said would it be possible to reschedule for a day when she can have food prior only to be met by her sighing saying well that’s £150 that won’t be coming in and that she would book her in for a quick one next time I told her to forget it and that her attitude stinks and it was clearly all about the money Very bad experience for someone who has never had any dental work done with no compassion whatsoever

They give good advice and I know that Yvonne will only carry out a treatment if it is necessary. She will fit you in quickly in an emergency. I also appreciate the reminder call before an appointment is due.

Negative experience: Horrible dentist shouldn’t still be open I put up a review when this happened but it’s still affects me to this day! She pinned me down in my chair when I was 9 weeks pregnant terrified me and her assistant shut the door and stood in front of it it was only after I started screaming did they let me out! I did report it to the health board and police but they denied anything happened like I would lie about this type of thing! Horrible people

I felt very welcome here. I was promptly guven an appointment, found everyone friendly and caring. The patient's interest feels to be the primary focus, rather than perceiving the practice as a money making machine, as was the case for a practice I used temporarily in Chester. I was later seen on the day I experienced a problem with a broken tooth. A big thank you to the team.

Negative experience: The receptionist is soo rude! Did not want to help me told me to ring 111 and had put me on hold to answer the phone to someone else. That receptionist did not want to help in anyway! Would not be going to that dentist. Wouldn’t even waste your time phoning up to ask them anything!

Dr Hopkins was very good at making me feel at ease and telling me what she was going to do next as well as being good at her job. I joined her practice after moving last year and am glad I did.
