Fantastic experience: As someone who has had many mixed experiences with dentists in the past, I have been most impressed by the dental care and smile makeover I have received from Dr Germain. I am very pleased with the look of the veneers, which blend in perfectly with my teeth. She has a strong attention to detail and state of the art facilities. Beyond the outcome, it is also the process that sets Dr. Germain a part. By carefully walking me through each step of the process and including the possibility to course correct at different stages, I felt I was properly guided to make the right decisions and felt in control of the process. Fantastic experience: I have needed a number of dental procedures this year - an implant and crown, a crown for a root canal, and fillings for a couple of broken teeth. The service that I have received from Dr Germain, and her team, including Dr Koyi and Dr Davda, has been outstanding. Fantastic experience: I came across Dr Germain through a Google search one day. I hadn’t been to the dentist for quite some time due to a bad experience, but my previous white fillings had warn away and I had to bite the bullet and get my teeth sorted before they got any worse. Dr Germain and her team made me feel very comfortable and not ashamed I had waited 18 years to be seen. Dr Germain and her team made me feel at ease straight away and reassured me throughout the whole process. I had x-rays done, 3D scanning (so I could actually see all my teeth in colour on a screen), my teeth cleaned, and top two wisdom teeth out. It was a full MOT essentially. I had some old glue residue on a couple of my teeth left over from when I had my braces finally removed, I needed to have some cavities filled so I opted for inlays (a new type of filling-digitally printed ceramic filling). Very clever, you can’t even tell I have them in. I was contacted on a regular basis by Hailey, Dr Germain’s PA checking in and Dr Germain also personally checked in on me from time to time to make sure everything was feeling as it should with the new inlays and had no issues which I really appreciated given my fear of dentists previously. If I had any fears or concerns Dr Germain took the time to actually listen rather than brushing me off and rushing which I really appreciated, I felt valued and wasn’t treated as ‘just another patient’. I would definitely recommend her and I am finally happy to say I have a dentist I look forward to seeing on a regular basis and not in another 18 years time! Thank you so much.

Due to dental circumstances out of my control (hypodontia) I was told in my teenage years no second teeth would come through and I’d have to accept it (not something a self conscious teenager wants to hear!). After 2.6 years of braces in my early 20s, the issue was still not resolved and I was back to square one. I had lost hope. After having a consultation with Dr Germain, she was able to do the work that others wouldn’t do. I now have a beautiful smile and if I knew about Dr Germain a few years ago, I would have told my teenage self not to worry and it would be sorted! It only took 6 months of treatment!!! Dr Germain and her team have been taking great care of me. Communication with the practice is effortless, by phone as well as e-mail, and the premises are pleasant and welcoming. My appointments were all scheduled well in advance until.... I was woken by a severe tooth-ache. I e-mailed the practice with my symptoms and had an appointment scheduled for a root-canal procedure with Dr Molina the next day. Dr Molina worked his magic, the procedure was pain-free, with minimal discomfort afterward. Amazing. I was very impressed by the quick turn around, but even more by the skills of Dr Molina. Dr Germain, Dr Davda, Dr Koyi and Dr Molina. A great team, I can't recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: Due to an accident ten years ago I had to have many, many treatments and surgeries with extremely good Harley street dental surgeons and dentists. Each time a correction was made the dentist treated ‘the problem’ and I was left with teeth that were different shades/shapes. When I mentioned it I was ‘pacified’ with ‘you’re lucky’ after my accident. Extremely patronising practices. So, 25k+ on the ‘best dentists’ who did not think about the end result as ‘a whole’. My teeth looked liked slabs. Not natural. Different shades. Dr. Germain is incredible about seeing the whole picture, made the biggest difference to my face, teeth and I’m incredulous more dentists are NOT like her but wow! I am LUCKY to have found her. She is incredibly tenacious about getting results you are happy with. Her ethics are second to none. The people she co-ordinates with are incredible. Her team are wonderful. She works for you. I now have my gum lines fixed, a set of straight, all natural looking teeth (I showed her my picture before accident so I look like me again!) and my whole face looks fresh. Taken years of me. I can smile!!!I wish I knew about her at the time of my accident but so, so grateful to have found her. Plus I love her as a person. Her energy is incredible. I was pregnant and seeking a second opinion as another dentist had urged me to get an expensive procedure done ASAP. She took another look using impressive technology and advised that there was no urgency at all, and I've been happy with the quality of care since then. Dr. Germain provides thorough explanations for what is being done, and she's gentle.

Fantastic experience: Excellent dentist with a wonderful sense of humor, patient-focused, available and sympathetic. I had total confidence visiting the office multiple times during the pandemic. Fantastic experience: This is hands down the best dentist experience I’ve ever had. Dr. Germain is not only does a great job, she is also funny, personable, and is extremely attentive. Unlike most dentist who just get on with the job, Dr. Germain took her time to explain what she was doing, where exactly I could focus on in brushing, flossing, etc. She also took extra time to show me my X-rays despite nothing wrong (she just wanted me to be educated when seeing them). Her office is super clean, modern, and sophisticated. SO HAPPY TO HAVE FOUND A FABULOUS DENTIST IN LONDON!

Fantastic experience: I am extremely pleased with my treatments with Dr Germain who is clearly passionate about her work. Most of all I trust her skills and judgments. She has the ability to welcome you, make you feel so at ease. Her practice is clean and I feel taken care of. Like many of us, I do not like dentists and hate the pain - despite this, Dr Germain is a good listener and will do all that is required to put you at ease - without any pain! Fantastic experience: For my first appointment, Dr. Germain extended her working hours to help deal with an urgent issue and she was incredibly helpful in explaining the situation and the best course of action, as well as letting me decide on other optional treatments. She fixed the problem quickly and efficiently, and when I had a minor issue a couple of weeks later, she made time to see me within a couple of days and corrected it immediately (on top of all, free of charge). Together with her team, she has created a very welcoming environment and it's amazing to see how much they care about their patients, providing the right treatment and making them feel comfortable. Fantastic experience: Best dentist in London! I am pretty picky being American, and searched long and hard to find a dentist I was happy with, and am super pleased with Dr Germain! Originally I was just looking for a dentist to do a good cleaning and checkup, and then I ended up doing Invisalign and bonding as well as I really felt Dr Germain got what I was looking for and knew how to achieve it. She really cares about her patients, has amazing attention to detail, and will be very realistic with you about what makes sense for you. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Just finished my Invisalign treatment with Dr Germain and Dr Davda and I would highly, highly recommend them. They have impeccable attention to detail, you get a real sense that they want the best for you and your teeth and I truly believed they went above and beyond what they had to do even for my treatment that (thankfully) didn't require too much work! My brother had Invisalign treatment at a different practice and it really wasn't the same. I am over the moon with my teeth now and would happily go back to Dr Germain's practice for future work. Fantastic experience: I never write reviews, but in this instance I was compelled. Here's a description of my recent set of non-chance experiences at the 130 Harley Street building: "It's like that Katy Perry video - 'Last Friday Night'" Now I'm not sure where Corey Feldman, or indeed Hanson (remember 'MMMBop?!), fit into the analogy, but there's definitely a weird mix of extreme orthodontics and a whole lot of fun going on! Since those heady days of bloodletting and pulling teeth, dentistry has come a long way. 'Harley Dentist' are cutting-edge (pun not intended) on the tech side of things, and it's always pretty exciting to see what the next instrument they pull out of their hats is going to be. No lightsabers yet, but given the advent of Covid, they're now all sporting matching overalls and Boba Fett style visors so I remain hopeful! As far a competency goes, Dr Germain and Dr Davda are the best I've had in my life - I wouldn't be 'penning' this note otherwise and they thus have my recommendation. Dr Germain's level of interest / enthusiasm wrt. to others' aesthetics is truly delightful, and what's best is that this truly must be a part of her make up as given I'm probably patient#: 5912562, by that number there'd be no chance of keeping up any such pretence. To ensure objective balance, I should add that: "they may occasionally make your teeth hurt!" ..such is the nature of the beast, but 'no pain no gain', and given that some people do apparently pay good money for that aspect alone, one could call that a freebie - and everybody loves freebies right?! Lastly, their air of positivity has effectively dissolved any anxieties I once had about visiting the dentist, and I feel that the turning of that tide is a near priceless feat in and of itself - thank you!
