Fantastic experience: Friendly welcome from Jade and Shannon one could not be anxious in their presence. Sammy made me feel at ease and secure, took the time to catch up on any concerns. Sammy is excellent in her role ,very thorough with detail cleaning and my teeth feel great after my visit. If anyone is anxious go to Sammy as it’s not just her kindness she is very calming and caring and seems to pick up quickly on persons personality and what is needed. Thank you Sammy

I am sure they are all excellent, but in my experience Jade, Shannon, Adnan, Loretta and Sammi really put you at ease. And I really appreciate their clear communication so I understand my dental health and what I need to do to support it. I feel confident that a visit to them means I’m in safe hands. Here’s two examples of their work I really appreciated. First, I was so nervous for my very first new patient consultation - but chatting with Jade really helped me feel welcome and relaxed. Honestly, that really meant a lot to me and was an excellent first impression that has lasted. And secondly, they very kindly kept my appointment even though I was running very late just before doors closed. And my wisdom tooth extraction with Adnan and Loretta went very smoothly! I felt so worried as it was my first ever major dental procedure, but I needn’t have as they took great care in their work even thought it was the last thing in the working day. Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Oceana Boulevard Dentist for around 10 years now! I’ve always been an extremely nervous patient, but with each visit, I find myself feeling less and less anxious. My 8 year old daughter also goes to the same practice and absolutely loves it here. She’s had a few procedures, and we’ve never had any issues. In fact, she’s always excited to come, even for something like a tooth extraction! That’s how comfortable and at ease the team makes her feel. I think I’ve now been seen by every practitioner here, and they are all amazing—always welcoming and very friendly. They don’t make you feel silly for being nervous, they explain in simple terms what they’re doing & why and every single member of staff are really caring, helpful and friendly. I recently had 2 extractions (which I was dreading), but they talked me through it, listened to my concerns, helped me stay calm and made it much easier than I had anticipated. I’ve had some very difficult experiences at previous Dentists, so to find a practice where I am listened to and cared for is a real game changer for me. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: I found this practice when I needed a filling in a hurry. So much better experience than any previous dentist, especially NHS. Very reassuring and professional staff. I was happy to have treatment done which I would normally have shied away from. It is a private only practice, but so worth the cost. If you are able to afford it then I heartily recommend them

Can't say I enjoyed it, but I was very impressed with the care which was taken at all times by everyone involved. A special thanks to Jess who mopped up my tears more than once! Fantastic experience: Ian has been taking care of my teeth for around 20 years and I couldn't wish for a better dentist. I don't have the best genetics when it comes to teeth, and I had some very bad experiences with other dentists before I met Ian, but my experience with Ian has always been excellent and I still have all of the teeth I had when I first met him. From a dentist's perspective, I think I am a challenging patient but Ian has always been very calming and professional and done such a brilliant job, whilst somehow maintaining a good sense of humour whilst I'm in the chair. Ian designed and fitted 4 veneers on my upper front teeth about 20 years ago and I've never had a single issue with them. He perfectly matched the colour to my other teeth and they look very natural and inconspicuous. The whole team at Dentistry @ Oceana Boulevard are friendly and welcoming, the premises are very nice and the rooms are fitted with state of the art equipment. I would recommend 100%, I really don't think you will find a better dentist.

Fantastic experience: Just had a hygiene appointment and i was quite nervous. However, my hygienist Sammy was wonderful, first she just talked to me about my dental care and any sensitivity i have. She listened to my concerns regarding previous experiences and was so understanding and empathetic. Throughout procedure she would notice my facial expression and adjust the treatment in the sensitive areas. This was the best hygiene appointment I have ever had and first time in my life i am actually looking forward to the next one. Thank you Sammy for being so fabulous at what you do.

Fantastic experience: By far the best dentistry experience of my life. Jade got me booked in for an extraction for the week after I initially called and showed nothing but compassion and care. Dr Kendal and Jess the anaesthetist nurse both made me feel at ease throughout the extraction and understood my fears and treated me like a friend as well as a patient. My dad who was sat in the waiting room was also treated like a guest being offered tea coffee and biscuits whilst being updated after I had finished. Fantastic experience: I have completed 2 out of 4 stages for my root canal treatment, and it has been amazing so far. Never had I ever felt so relaxed in a dentist's chair! Dr Ian is highly skilled (not a flinch of pain incurred), professional and informs you of every next step in the procedures. Can't recommend him and the clinic enough!

Fantastic experience: I recently visited this dentist for a check-up (after avoiding the dentist for roughly 8 years!) and the staff could not have been more lovely! They were very kind and patient, and the dentist Amy made me a treatment plan which included 2 fillings and a hygienist appoint. The hygienist Sammi was brilliant, i ended up needing 2 appointments and now my teeth and gums are so much better and less sensitive! She also did y two fillings last week and I can't even tell they are there. Nurse Jess is also wonderful to have distracting me from whats going on :) Also can't forget the welcoming receptionist Jade! Thank-you everyone for a great experience and getting me all sorted again :D

Fantastic experience: Request the "little sleeper" or Quick Sleeper. Highly recommended. Especially if you are afraid of needles! In past experiences traditional injections never work properly on me, takes forever for mouth to go dead and then my jaw hurts for days on end. Now I just request the "little sleeper" wand at Dentistry @ Oceana Boulevard. Only your tooth gets instantly numbed! I walk away feeling like I never just went to the dentist and had a broken tooth repaired. Ian and Jess were great and kept me informed all the way through and Jade helped me get an emergency appointment. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I came for my first appointment on Tuesday and can honestly say this is the best experience I've ever had with a dentist appointment. I hat to bring my baby with me and whilst I was having my examinations done they kindly kept my 4 month old entertained. I can't remember the two ladies names but they were amazing and explained everything I needed done and we made a plan. I highly recommend to everyone but especially nervous people. The receptionists were also amazing and very helpful.

Negative experience: I don't doubt that the treatment is good if you are fortunate to have an appointment. As I have found out today however, emergency treatment is impossible to access when the dentist is closed. Even if like me you are lucky to have the direct mobile number of the dentist but the messages and calls are unread/ unanswered. Very unhappy customer

Fantastic experience: I signed up and purchased a smile white whitening kit, part of this process is arranging a dentist to do a general checkup and create moulds of the teeth for the whitening trays. I had never been to a private dental practice before but the experience was incredible. The ladies behind the reception desk were so lovely. The dentist was thorough and informative and the whole process was seamless. I don't think I could go back to an NHS dentist after that!

Fantastic experience: Literally not enough stars for this place! They are incredibly friendly and caring. They did everything for me to get me seen asap when I called up saying I needed a route canal and currently have an infection that my previous dentist couldn't clear up. Raquel and Jess were amazing with me, kept me calm, took their time, let me know it's ok if I need a break, explained what was happening and reminded me to concentrate on my breathing when my anxiety illness shows up. Jade on reception always greets with a smile & bubbly attitude which instantly has a calming effect! I no longer dread the dentist thanks to these superstars!

Everything was explained in great depth and when I left I had a lovely new filling which matched my tooth. I also had a crack repaired that I didn't know was there.
