Tilgate Dental Clinic

Negative experience: Maham is the loudest, rudest, most incompetent dentist and person I have ever encountered. Wouldn’t trust her near my mouth or face - I honestly wouldn’t even trust her to clean a spoon properly - she is that severely inexperienced. The way she behaves next to patients is foul. I cannot believe she was at this practice, or any practice at all. The good news is she will never have her own practice despite her dreams, so the public is safe, thank God.

Fantastic experience: The dentist and her team are professional, fast, efficient and friendly. I have been going to this dentist for about 2 years now and she brought me from fear, and apathy about my teeth to a quiet confidence that anything she does will turn out fantastic. The best part is the upbeat atmosphere with laughter and fun which of course helps a lot when there is stress. Fun, friendly, professional and efficient that always gets a superb result.

Negative experience: They were very obtuse and passive aggressive towards me. Awful people. Best you avoid Tilgate dentistry! Was encouraged to have £1700 work done just before Christmas for something that antibiotics solved in the end. At first being told my tooth was totally dead and needed a root canal and work done to other good teeth either side to make a better bridge I believe, I had to insist on a prescription to see how it things went first. Least to say teeth are now great without this work! The experience worsened as the prescription given was for too many days than allowed to be given by a pharmacist. I had to return to the dentist and explain the problem. They then insisted I take a different antibiotic or leave it, they won't prescribe what my body has had before without issue. This new antibiotic she said she is making me use caused me to have additional lung pneumonia and evidently absolutely unnecessary, passive aggressive and very very poor "professional" practice. They are terrible!

Negative experience: One of the worst dental practices I have ever had the misfortune to visit. The staff are rude and uncaring and are only concerned with charging as much as they can get away with. They knew I had been in pain for 10 days and promised that they would call me back to discuss my infection, however, they failed to do so, stating that they were too busy. Avoid this Dental Clinic at all costs.

I've always found the practice to be friendly, honest and extremely efficient. When I needed it, the receptionist managed to get me an appointment at quite short notice, for which I am very grateful.
