Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Dr. Keshana at my recent dentist appointment. She was incredibly gentle and took the time to explain everything clearly before starting any procedure, which really helped me feel comfortable and at ease(especially for someone like me who is naturally anxious!). You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and wants you to understand what’s happening every step of the way. The whole visit felt professional, calm, and reassuring. I completely trust Dr. Keshana with my dental journey and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dentist who combines skill with kindness.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional. As a new client I was in the waiting room 10 minutes prior my appointment. Listened throughout to early morning office gossiping and without excuses was called 10 minutes late, from top of the stairs for first appointment of the day. Even initially called wrong name. Disgraceful customer service so I left to take my business elsewhere where customers are valued!

Fantastic experience: An outstanding Dental Clinic. A problem with my bridge, which had fallen out. Lady on reception, superb. Although really busy, they made an supreme effort to fit me in. Usual friendly welcome on arrival. Called through on time. Dr Urem Topcu was exceptional as always. Went through what was going to be attempted. If any issues, would reassess. Fixed expertly without any issues. Felt at ease throughout. Did a final check and any further issues, suggested remedial action. Dental nurse superb assistant. A superb team, who perform outstandingly every time. Thank you. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Just fabulous! Dr Aurelija Korsakaite is the best dentist I have ever visited. I was in the chair for an hour and 40 mins just now and I can honestly say I felt so relaxed and safe while she replaced 2 huge childhood amalgamate fillings. Everyone at the practice is so kind, friendly and professional, I can’t recommend highly enough.

Negative experience: My kids had Ryan as their dentist who did an amazing job. Since my son was 5, he has always had some tartar problems because of excessive saliva, which makes him bleed, so we get his teeth a bit cleaned every 6 months. Ryan told me to bring him back, but unfortunately, we were given a new dentist who literally gave 2 minutes to each child and rushed their check-up. Before I could say anything, she told me that we have to pay privately for the children's cleaning. When Ryan only cleaned his teeth 6 months ago on the NHS. I even rang to complain about her and asked for another dentist, but unfortunate we were told that we have to stick to this new dentist. The receptionist told me she would speak to the manager, but I never heard back from them. It's really disappointing that dentists are trying to make money from children as well.

Fantastic experience: The Mews is a first class dentist. The staff are all brilliant and i travel 50 miles round trip every time! Recently I had an implant fitted by Jonathan Avanessian. The whole process was handled with extreme care and attention. The pain was kept to a minimum and the attention to detail was first class. The crown was attached to the implant on 29/4/25 and I’m delighted with the results! I would have no hesitation in recommending Jonathan.

Fantastic experience: Have been coming to the Mews Dental Clinic for many years (incl. their previous location at the other end of the high street) . I had had a couple of bad experiences with dentists and Andrew restored my faith. The receptionists are welcoming, the dentists are very good, and the new hygenist that I had latest visit is friendly and efficient. Update 2023: Since Andrew retired, my new dentist, Aurelija, is lovely, and gentle! My new hygenist, Justyna, is great, helpful and explains what I need to do very well. Also love the new water jet cleaning method. Update 2024: Fitted in for an emergency appointment the same day, important when you have serious toothache!

Fantastic experience: I met with Nathalie Shah regarding treatment for gum disease. After an extremely thorough examination she explained in great detail the intricacies of gum disease in a clear and concise way and put together a treatment plan tailored for my particular problems. She is clear and concise and confident in her explanations and I felt very confident in her hands. Her assistant was also extremely empathetic.

The dentists, hygienist, nurses and receptionists are all delightful and always helpful. All in all a great dentist surgery and one that I would not want to leave. I'm going through an implant process at the moment and the care I've received has been impeccable with every step explained very clearly. I would definitely recommend the clinic to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I cannot fault The Mews in any way. I live in Godalming but was still registered at an NHS dentist in Reading and couldn't get a quick appointment when I was in absolute sudden agony with a problem tooth. Several local private dentists couldn't help very quickly (they were quite dismissive) but the Mews team were wonderful and saw me the same day I called. The reception team were so sympathetic and accommodating and have since always been so lovely to interact with. Dr Irem is a genius at what she does. The pain was gone within 24 hours and soon after she extracted the problem tooth (as it couldn't be saved but she did her best to refer me elsewhere to try and save it with root canal but it had to come out). I was told Dr Irem is a pro at extraction.... and they were not lying! Pain free, and it healed nicely due to her expertise. I am now being helped with some other teeth before they become a problem. I won't be going anywhere else for help with my teeth, The Mews has been incredible at every level.

Fantastic experience: A couple of weeks ago, I had two appointments at the Mews dental practice, for the first time both went smoothly, and from there, I booked an appointment to have some treatment. On the day there was a little confusion as to what was supposed to be done (completely my fault). Irem and Zoe put me at ease talked me through options and most emphatically said not to do anything if I wasn’t sure. I wasn’t sure, so I left the appointment, wasting an appointment for them. I do applaud them absolutely because they put me first, I will most definitely continue with the practice as my dentist.

Fantastic experience: Myself & my family have been visiting The Mews Dental Practice from its time at the bottom of the High Street to the present day. It is such a friendly, professional Practice & I would recommend to anyone. Routine checkups are carried out & if any treatments required, options are discussed & further appointments made as soon as possible. All staff - the receptionists, dental nurses & Liz Reeves (I have not had need to see the hygienist or Andrew although my husband does) are welcoming & attentive however busy they are. I have just had to have urgent treatment following a fall & cannot fault the speed with which I was fitted in & the efficient & sympathetic treatment afterwards. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: Great dentist! I was able to arrange an appointment with Andrew very quickly after a filling fell out. All treatment has been amazing and the staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Negative experience: I would like to start off by saying that Liz Reeves is a lovely person and the clinic is nice, clean and they don’t keep you waiting too long to be seen. However, after seeing her for s year or more with no problems, she said s crow needed replaced. I went along with it; after all she is the professional here. Procedure seemed OK, no pain - quite good colour match but she did hint that the tooth had undergone lots of work and next time it would be an implant,not s crown that I’d need. The crown fell off after teo weeks, as I suspect she knew it would. She totally washed here hands of me said I needed a specialist. I duly got one, Dr Ayub of Wimbledon an amazing chap. He said “ we are supposed to be in the business of SAVING teeth” and wouldn’t hear of any implant. £2000 later I had root canal surgery and a new crown and here I am 8 years later still fine. So,sorry, I cannot rate this dentist very highly at all.
