She takes the time to check on me and offers the best options to ensure comfort and quality care. The young lady who assisted her was also very helpful and supportive, and the receptionists were friendly and welcoming. Fantastic experience: Both of my very elderly parents have used Regency House. Most recently, my mother who has dementia needed some pretty urgent treatment. The staff were all extremely kind, and Dr Ali was absolutely wonderful with my mum who was very anxious. I was slightly sceptical as to whether my mum would be calm/still enough etc but all treated was completed happily and when we got home she commented on what a lovely day we’d had. Although she’d forgotten we’d been to the dentist, the feeling she had was obviously extremely positive. Fantastic experience: My case wasn’t straightforward and the last dentist referred me to the well known specialist team in central London, however I wasn’t impressed with the initial consultation and felt there was too much focus on treatments that were not the priority at the time. My experience with Regency House Dental Clinic was positive from the start and I intuitively felt I was in safe hands. After the initial consultation I promptly received clear treatment plan which involved extraction, bone graft, gum reshaping, implants, veneers. All procedures were done with impressive attention to detail and I am very pleased with the final outcome. I couldn’t recommend the Regency House dental team any higher. Thank you to dr. Fantastic experience: I was cared for exceptionally well by Dr Hatam, his dental nurse and the receptionists. I am currently undergoing much hospital and medical treatment for Metastatic Cancer and my local dentist discovered that unfortunately I needed root canal treatment and referred me to Regency House. I was cared for extremely well. It took just over 2 hours as there was a complication, but the staff were compassionate, diligent and very thorough, both in explaining things, working carefully and even checking my other medications for contraindications. I was quite anxious, but they could not have made me feel more comfortable and I felt I received treatment of the highest standard. Since visiting Regency dentist which came about after another bad dental experience and booking in as an emergency appointment after horrendous tooth ache, I’ve been converted. Paula fitted me in on a Saturday morning and went out of her way to find the cause of my toothache. She was so patient with me and gave me lots of advice to avoid the problem reoccurring. Fantastic experience: I have been receiving dental implant treatment from Dr Ali Abdellatif for many years following him from Devonshire Place to his current position in Regency House . The treatment has always been exemplary. Since moving to St.Albans he has kept up with the latest techniques and equipment and the procedures have become more comfortable . The staff have always been most helpfull and it is hard to believe one could get better treatment anywhere which is why I still travel from South London .

Fantastic experience: To cut a very long story short, it took you under an hour to resolve a tricky root canal. My usual dentist had referred me to a hospital and advised that the chances of it being successful were low. Once the numbness wore off, i didn't even need any pain killers or antibiotics. Fantastic experience: I came to see Sintija initially as somewhat of a second opinion. I had, according to my previous dentist, “brown staining on my bottom teeth that would dissipate with time” - I was not convinced by this. Sintija examined my teeth and explained that this was calculus, not staining, and that it should be removed. In under an hour she had completely restored my dental health, even showing me the calculus/plaque she removed as she progressed. A year later my oral health is the best it has ever been. Sintija also makes sure I understand how to properly manage areas I have been missing between appointments, showing me where I have gone wrong and how best to adjust my technique. She is easily the best hygienist I have ever engaged and could not recommend her more - definitely book in with her.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ali is simply the best! I was dentist-averse until I met him. Just under 2 years ago he gave me a full set of amazing implants. I've moved away from St Albans since, but I still make a thousand mile round-trip from the Scottish Highlands to see him whenever I have a checkup. Fantastic experience: I have been with Regency House Dental Clinic for 2 years and I'm very happy with their service from the beginning to the end. Their receptionists are extremely polite, their booking system is effective and they send you reminders for your appointments. As regards the dentists and hygienist, I have been very happy with them. They have always communicated clearly before and after the procedure and they were even able to explain and correct some issue caused by perhaps a less experienced dentist from another place. I'm also impressed with the high-tech they use and in fact also the very reasonable cost of their services. I can recommend them to anyone looking for a great dentist/dental hygienist!

I was able to get an appointment to have my teeth cleaned the next day. This surgery performs miracles, therefore! 3. The receptionist I made the booking with had a sense of humour. 4. The receptionist on the day also had a sense of humour. 5. They serve tea and coffee. Unheard of! 6. It's right in the town centre so very easy to get to and right next to the bus stops. 7. The dentist who cleaned my teeth did a really good job and was a nice person, as was her assistant. 8. They aren't the cheapest in the market place but they are worth EVERY penny! 9. Dr Natasha was able to see me on the same day and I am so pleased - her manner is fantastic, very kind, gentle. When I first visited them I had SEVERE dental anxiety but that has now significantly reduced! I also see Cynthia the Hygienist, she is truly fantastic!! Both my children are also patients along with other family members whom all have never been happier with their teeth & the service they receive at Regency!
