Fantastic experience: Have been using this practice for over 20 years and have only ever had perfect service. Had a wisdom tooth removed today by Leeanne. She explained everything step by step and took the tooth out with no problems. All of the staff are friendly and professional.

Fantastic experience: I came to see Dr Abita for a routine check-up and to sort out a couple of dental issues that had been bothering me for some time. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely at ease. She explained everything clearly, took her time, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. Her skill and attention to detail really stood out, and the way she handles patients shows how much she genuinely cares about their wellbeing. Overall, she’s an excellent dentist, and I’m very pleased with the care I received. I wish her continued success in her career.

Positive experience: Thankyou. Heartfelt thanks to my dentist this morning. I'm very happy with my treatment plan now, she talked me through my options and listened to my concerns. I've every confidence in her Reception staff are very warm and welcoming, too. I do struggle with the NHS new regulations, and the box ticking that they require these days. It's very frustrating, and unnecessarily time consuming .

Fantastic experience: Outstanding practice, with superb dentists, and friendly staff- been happy patient here ~40 years. Had many passed repair broken teeth. Their star implantologist, Sheka Bhuva, recently completed 4 complex dental implants and a front bridge to replace these. Her outstanding implant skills/knowhow, kind/friendly advice/approach, with her expert assistant, completed this successfully, overcoming challenges en route!.

Positive experience: I have been going to this surgery for years and it is excellent. My only problem is with the new signing in procedure. It takes ages and all of my relevant info is already there, on screen. All they need to ask is: “Are there any changes?” Simples.

Fantastic experience: A good experience, despite having to attend for a small filling. All staff (reception, nurse and dentist) were very friendly and efficient. Another appointment with Mr Bhuva to replace a broken cap was equally good. Excellent service from him and all the staff.

Negative experience: Zero star , they advertise X Ray included for new patient exam , when I went to my app I found out they don't have the big machine and the dentist said she will do 2 of the small x ray , she ended up taking 3 of them because at the end I asked about decay in the back that she did not notice

Fantastic experience: I have had the same dentist for 40 years (Girish Bhuva) initially at his practice in Pinner and at Leverstock Green since 2014. He and his team have been excellent throughout those 40 years. The set up at Leverstock Green is very efficient and consultations & and dental procedures are carried out to a very high standard, as was the case today.

Negative experience: Called a while ago as my son has turned 18 and wanted an NHS dentist. The receptionist was extremely rude. He won't be going there.

The consultation was both on time, and very efficiently conducted by the same dentist I've had for over five years. Additionally, the staff at the reception area are always very friendly, making the whole experience great.

Fantastic experience: Historically, I hated going to see hygienists; I found them uncaring, and the visits were always painful. Yesterday, I visited the hygienist (Daisy) at this practice instead. I can honestly say Daisy has since changed my mindset; she is friendly, polite, caring and explains everything she is doing. She numbed the area so there was no pain, and she was very methodical when cleaning my teeth which now feel and look amazing!! I will highly recommend Daisy to all my family and friends....and to anyone out there who hates seeing Hygienists, then I can't recommend Daisy enough. The receptionist was very friendly too!

Fantastic experience: Lovely staff they are all very friendly and professional, I used to be frightened to go the Dentist not any more, I’ve been put at ease and talked through any procedure that I’m going to have. I had a filling about a year ago and I never even felt the needle go into my gums.

Fantastic experience: I always get a very good service from the reception to the attending dentist and their dental nurses. Always do beyond their duties, very courteous, understanding and professional.

Fantastic experience: Ive been going to Leverstock Green Dental surgery for many years and the reception staff are always friendly and welcoming and happy to help! The dentists are professional, courteous and general gentle when it comes to more than a checkup. The only down side is the location as there are two sets of steps to get to the dentist and then possibly more steps to go up to one of the 1st floor consultation rooms. If you’re like me however, you can get over the steps knowing you will have a good experience.

Positive experience: My dentist was very professional and did a good job. My only frustration is the new screen you have to use to enter in all your details. It took me over 10 minutes to fill everything in, I'm glad I got there early. But if there was anyone behind me running late I would have held them up and I would have felt a lot of pressure to be quick as there's only a screen for everyone. With the old system of filling in the details on paper I wasn't holding anyone up when doing it. It would be better if there were more screens for everyone so I wouldn't be holding anyone up.

I have only one complaint: the four flights of stairs to reach the door. However, that being said it's a 5 from me.

Positive experience: Losing another tooth is bad enough, it was not a bad one, only loose after all, less to eat with, but then paying £73 to have it taken away was a skock and it took approx 20 minutes. An expensive tooth gone. I was hoping it came loose naturally but it never happened unfortunately. The waiting area was very drafty and cold The door could not be closed, it remained open.
