Fantastic experience: Tina is an excellent hygienist. My mouth feels so clean afterwards it's a shame to have to eat again!

Negative experience: The clerical staff on the desk can be discourteous and liberal with patient confidentiality. Might I suggest better courtesy with patients?

Fantastic experience: I’m not the type of person to write reviews, however after a 4 year period of going through illness, a tough pregnancy and suffering postpartum I suddenly developed a phobia of going to the dentist & worrying what they would say or do, & just thinking the worst case scenario. however i finally ended all my fear last week, Dr Anthony Barnes put me at total ease as soon as I got into the room. He took the time to listen to my fears and was constantly reassuring me, let this be your sign to go to the dentist if you haven’t been for a while it may not be as scary as you think especially this dental clinic. Definitely has a more homely vibe and way less clinical and scary than any dentist I’ve ever been thankyou so much to the staff who were very friendly and Dr Barnes for putting up with me. And I’m actually looking forward to my hygienist appointment & follow up in the next couple weeks. Thankyou so much!

Fantastic experience: Took my 9 year old son here as he’d had an accident and snapped his tooth. Our usual dentist wanted to leave him and said there’s not much they can do. My son was really distressed and embarrassed about his broken tooth. I contacted PBA and got an appointment for a few days later. They fixed his tooth there and then and the dentist was brilliant at explaining exactly what he was doing and the tools he was using, which helped my son feel calm and relaxed. We are now going to be moving the whole family over to this practice.

Fantastic experience: I'm attending this dentist on Monday to see Dr Prince Thomas one of the only dentists I've ever trusted. I had a terrible experience in the past and I've been terrified since. Dr Thomas is so caring and understanding. Still really nervous but now I'm I great hands.

Positive experience: Went for check up and was advised to book hygienist, when paying at reception I was advised that very busy hygienist actually had a window that day rather than wait several weeks. I appreciated this and accepted.

This is something I never normally feel at a dentists. The skill and professionalism of all the staff was evident, particularly Dr Thomas, and the location itself was cheery. It felt like the old days of dentistry have been thankfully dispelled. A good refreshing change. I have since been back and again a great experience. The hygienist Sarah and her assisstant were both very professional and know their job inside out and back to front. I cannot express how good this practice is. All I can do is say that if you need a dentist you won't do better than going to PBA.

My Dentist, Mr Peers gave my teeth a thorough examination together with taking X-rays and took the time to explain everything to me. I have just been for my first Dental Hygienist appointment today with Sara who was beyond fantastic!!! Sara was really gentle and has given my teeth the most wonderful clean.
