Very calm and gentle and makes you feel at ease through out. To anyone that Is struggling with treatment and worried about going private because of the worry of cost. Don't be ! Fantastic experience: I would like to say that everyone is extremely polite and attentive. They always explain clearly what type of procedure is needed and what the best option is for each case. I am still at the beginning of my treatment, but I am already very happy with the work that has been done.

Fantastic experience: All the staff at North Street Dental are friendly, welcoming and polite. I have been going there for 66 years, since I was 3! I feel like I am meeting friends when I attend my appointments. One of the dental nurses Anne has worked there a long time and I enjoy having a catch-up with her. We have both seen many changes through the years; the premises are beautifully kept and very up to date but the one thing that hasn't changed are the wonderful staff.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this dentist for almost 3 years now, and I can't recommend them more, I have had numerous different types of work done from extractions, implants, root canal work to 6 monthly check ups and hygienist checks. These guys are the best!

Fantastic experience: I attended this dental practice for the first time today after several recommendations. I am 74 year old lady who has always attended the dentist every 6 months since the age of 14. Sadly I had become disillusioned with my NHS practice. I have become quite nervous over the years due to some poor treatments but as soon as I walked into North Street I felt safe and comfortable. My dentist was excellent. He listened to my concerns and offered several working solutions to my problems. I was show my X rays and was given comprehensive explanation of results and a care plan. I was given a full breakdown of costs and a timetable to get the work done. There was no pressure to get anything done but I am so looking forward to it that I’ve decided to start immediately. Best thing I’ve done to join this practice. Thanks to all the lovely friendly staff.

Saw Owen he asked me what questions I had , I had a few things that had been worrying me, he listened and then gave me a thorough mouth examination, explaining what he was doing all the time. Fantastic experience: I made the decision to go to the Denture Clinic as I felt I couldn't put up with not being able to eat properly any longer, with some back teeth missing and a problem with my front teeth eating some foods was becoming a real problem, it's been quite a journey and I have always felt comfortable and at ease, all the Staff are lovely, very friendly and helpful, Owain and Steven are amazing i couldn't wish for better service.

Fantastic experience: Went to north street dentist after 12 months of heartache because no other dentist could get a bottom denture to fit Steve explained that I would need two implant to retain a bottom denture went for my ct scan today and saw owein he explained the procedure and I am now booked in for may cant recommend this dental surgery highly enough and can't wait to regain my smile

Fantastic experience: Excellent Service telephoned yesterday with a problem and saw Owen this morning.

Negative experience: I would give zero stars if it was possible. I went today to re-glue my bridge back into place, which I thought was a simple procedure. However, the dentist somehow glued it the wrong way round & didn't even realise until it had set and I was unable to close my mouth. She then broke my tooth trying to get the bridge off before finally being able to do it successfully. There was zero compassion or understanding and I left in tears. I now have a shattered tooth underneath my bridge which will cause me future problems. I came here after hearing their advertisements on the radio about how amazing the care is. After experiencing it I am absolutely disgusted and would advise anybody else to avoid using North Street unless it is an utter emergency.

Negative experience: A mixed up booking, and now a sickness. 2 holidays booked and wasted. You would think this was a free service, that throwing away a customer who will be spending stupid amounts of money for implants is acceptable!!

After I was seen by both Owain and Steven I came away with all the information I needed to make an informed decision as to which course of action was best for me. Dr Resham always takes interest in the girls and has lovely conversations with them whilst always giving them advice on looking after their teeth. I'm aware that most people would think "well you are paying for the service" but sometimes even when you do pay you don't always get that good customer service and care but here you do! Plus the girls love receiving their free mini toothpastes and stickers!
