Negative experience: Really bad experience, went for a check up in October for a broken tooth as I was in pain. When I seen the dentist it was worded to me as in I need to opt for private care. I spoke With my family when I gotten home who advised I should have been given the option. I called back and got it changed to NHS. My appointment remained the same and to go ahead on the 12/12/2025. Just a couple of days before my appointment was due to go ahead, I get a phone call to advise the dentist was only self employed and has now left the surgery. “Don’t worry though we can get you in for an emergency examination for an additional cost. And then should be able to treat you some time in February.” Paying for the first examination I was advised this happens all the time, all dentists are self employed. You will need to pay for another examination as another dentist cannot use this. I’ve been left out of pocket, with nothing resolved and now In need of finding another dental practice. Complete waste of time and feel ripped off. If I remained on private care I bet there would of been no issue.

Fantastic experience: I am a.nervous patient at the dentist and had never met Darius before, but he was incredibly gentle and encouraging throughout the consultation. The nurse was also very helpful too. I would recommend the Revive centre to all, especially anyone like me who is the least bit nervous!!

Fantastic experience: Just been to see Rajdeep who is very kind, patient and compassionate. He's very clear and detailed on dental treatments without sounding confusing or overwhelming and answered all questions in the same manner. Would also like to mention the receptionists on the phone and in person who are very polite and friendly. The practice and treatment room is also very clean and smelt sterile.

Fantastic experience: Attended Revive Dental Practice for the first time after being referred by my own Practice for a tooth extraction. I was quite nervous and was dreading it. However, I needn’t have worried because the dentist was superb! He was so lovely & friendly and yet professional too - the perfect combination. He immediately put me at ease in such a calming & gentle way. He explained exactly what to expect and before I knew it, I’d had the injections and my tooth was out!! Yes the injections hurt a bit, but they’re over & done with in just a few seconds! The actual tooth extraction didn’t hurt at all! The whole experience was so super quick & efficient, delivered by a lovely charming dentist. Thankyou very much indeed. 5* service I totally recommend.

Fantastic experience: At present the dentist and his assistant are as good or better than those I have experienced in the past. Experienced, caring and puts the patients needs first. Just hope the practice keeps them. Too often they move on to private practice and on your next visit find you are being treated by someone just out of short trousers.

Negative experience: I have never been as appallingly treated in my life as I was at this dentist. Was with previous dentist for many years without a problem, until they went private. Thought I'd got lucky when I got appmt at Revive. When I walked into the surgery, the dentist didn't say hello, introduce himself or anything like that. He just asked me what I weighed. Now I am a large lady but was NEVER asked about my weight by my previous dentist. I was rather taken aback to say the least, but told him my weight, and he immediately said he couldn't treat ne because I was too heavy for the chair. I just sat on the end of the chair and he hasd a very quick glimpse at my front teeth only. Said I needed an extraction but he wouldn't do it gevause he said again that I was too heavy for the chair - I might be heavy but I've never broken a chair yet. I felt so humiliated. He gave me a prescription for antibiotics and said I would need to get the work done at community hospital. Then he turned his back and I realised that it was his way of saying he'd done with me. I could have cried outside the door, I was humiliated but also angry - what gives him the right to treat me in such a way?! Even the dental nurse who was walking me back to the reception (as I have mobility problems) said she was extremely shocked and appalled by his behaviour and was going to report him. I have apparently been referred to a community hospital but no idea which one, and so am left still waiting with a painful tooth and no idea when or where I will get treated. People like this man should not be allowed to practice.

Fantastic experience: Cannot fault the current dentist I see at revive, he's thorough very polite and to be honest me nor my daughter bother or stress about going. My daughter had her very first filling in 21 years, she has additional needs and it took her to the age of 13 to have a blood test. The dentist made it so easy and explained things very well and the procedure went very well. So thankyou very much.

Negative experience: Absolute waste of time. After researching the service's this practice offered. ( Dental sedation). Spoke at length with reception staff before booking that this service was available. Was advised that I would need an assessment appointment, this dentist would then refer to the practice specialist dentist. This assessment appointment cost me £130.00, just to be told that this service was not available. I only left 1 star because no stars is not an option.

Fantastic experience: Been today for an extraction of my upper left wisdom tooth. I have a huge dental and needle phobia so was petrified! Chris and his dental nurse were incredible. The procedure was explained well and they were fantastic with me. It was so fast and pain free and I honestly feel so happy with how it went. Would absolutely recommend to anyone!
