Fantastic experience: Great dental practice, I’m near the end of my teeth straightening treatment after a year, using the Spark invisible aligners, Trishan was gentle, friendly and responsible throughout the whole journey, and I’m very happy with the final result. Shout out to Mairgani the hygienist who did an incredible job with the air flow stain removal for me. I had heavy tea stains at the back of my teeth, Mairgani did a very thorough job and removed most of them for me, thank you!

Negative experience: PLEASE BE AWARE before booking as a new patient. Take note that the lack of availability of appointments is due to the limited working hours of the dentist. Look first at their opening hours. The dentist I booked in with works only one day. Think about what you may do if you have an emergency. When treatment is identified, you may have to wait a long time, they run a cancellation list but as cancelled appointments go on online, they may not get to this. I waited a month for an appointment that I booked - I actually needed two appointments which I booked separately only to find out one had not actually been booked. Based on the experience I cancelled the second appointment and have gone elsewhere. If I had known that this was going to be my experience I would have saved a new patient appointment and a month waiting for treatment. The manager took a month to respond no apology, just defensive and no return of any wasted money. So please be aware. The unprofessional approach to service so no doubt will lead to a petty response I am sure but we will see.

Fantastic experience: As someone who has been very fearful at the dentist due to very bad experiences, Trishan has a very calming and friendly approach. He is very experienced and highly qualified in his job and explains everything so it’s understood and puts you at ease. I had historical issues with anaesthesia not working properly, we explored my situation and he used Intraosseous anesthesia which solved the issue. I am now less fearful of the dentist and have complete trust in him and any work which needs to be completed in the future.

I contacted Park Dental Practice, feeling nervous about both the procedure and the potential costs, as it had been over a decade since my last dental visit. However, Sofia at Park Dental was excellent. They conducted a thorough examination, including x-rays, and clearly explained all treatment options and costs. I was given a flexible appointment plan, allowing me to proceed at my own pace. My first two appointments have been positive, with courteous and professional staff. Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend the Park Dental Clinic. The facilities are high quality and modern with easy parking, and the staff are warm and welcoming. Having not seen a dentist for several years, I recently had a whole treatment plan including a full dental examination, cleaning, whitening and composite bonding on four top teeth to close small gaps and repair a filling and a small chip. After whitening to my preferred shade using a take-home, tray administered system (takes about 2 weeks), the composite bonding was applied, which perfectly matched the new colour/shade. I’m particularly happy that the technique doesn’t compromise the integrity of my natural teeth. Throughout, the care, knowledge and professionalism of my dentist, Sophia, was excellent.

Fantastic experience: If I could give 10 stars, I would. Before coming to Park Dental, I hadn't been to see a dentist in 7 years because I'd had so many bad experiences that I was terrified of the thought. But when my toothache was becoming unbearable I began looking into dentists that were known for being good with nervous patients - thank goodness I found this place! Every member of staff has been so kind, welcoming, and reassuring, that I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. My dentist, Sophia, was (and is) more than happy for the appointments to go at my pace so that I didn't (and don't) get overwhelmed, she's incredibly knowledgeable too, and I won't be seeing another dentist until she is no longer working. I've even become comfortable enough to have teeth extracted or filled with her because I know that she has my best interests at heart and will do what she can to make me as comfortable as possible for any procedures. I don't think I'll ever be excited about going to the dentist, but I can't recommend this place highly enough if, like me, you've been putting off a dentist visit because of previous bad experiences. Going here was the best decision I could have made for my dental health.

After becoming very dubious about NHS treatment with my previous dentists I decided to go to Park Dental for my dental health. Upon first entering you are greeted with a very clean, warm and welcoming reception where you are greeted with politeness and courtesy. My dentist Mr Trishan Malhi is exceptional. He is very thorough and very, very professional, and actually shows you any issues that you may have and how to combat it - This is something that my previous dentists have failed miserably in. The professionalism and courtesy from the team at Park Dental is something that every dental surgery should strive for - On a side note, I had some treatment yesterday and they actually phoned me up to see how I was. I was actually very touched by this. I know that I have already mention it but honestly, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: What an amazing dentist! After being told by my current dentist that my request for an emergency appointment would take 6 days for the next appointment. I was under a huge pain, unable to sleep or eat I was keen to find someone to help! I contacted The park Dental Clinic. They where able to see me at 5:30pm and after 30 minutes they where able to provide a temporary filling. They were helpful and not trying to take advantage of my situation! I would highly recommend them! I am waiting to see what my current dentist does but I am planning to switch from my NHS dentist to someone who will be there when I need it the most! The staff and the dentist are great and very friendly!

I needed to get my tooth fixed in time for my graduation and they were able to treat me despite the short time frame. Fantastic experience: Went in when I had a filling fall out (fitted by a different dentist >20 years ago) and they were great. They got me an appointment the same day. Sophia, the dentist who I saw. Was great, explained everything really well and was very reassuring. The tooth ended up needing to be removed, which she was able to do straight away. I was given after care instructions and was told that if I have any problems I can come back any time. Much appreciated. Thanks again :) Only two minor things that may want fixing: - When you call the surgery and are put on hold, it tells you you are on hold and in position X and that you can wait for someone to answer your call, but after around 3 minutes, it hangs up on you. Not a big deal, I called back a couple of times and got through. - I got a text message asking me to place a review, it takes you to a page with a "Review us on google button" but clicking that button takes you to a 404 page.

The process was very smooth and quick despite it being a tricky molar and the dentist was ever so kind. She's explained all the steps to me and made sure I was comfortable. Walked out of the appointment pain free while making jokes about the tooth with the dentist. 11/10 great times, will absolutely be booking more appointments with this dentist.

Fantastic experience: I originally went to Park Dental Clinic for a small front tooth cosmetic filling my dentist at the time didnt feel comfortable doing. Dr Saduera was just amazing, she made me feel comfortable straight away. My original dentist said they didn't want to do it and if they did it would only last a few months. Nearly 2 years later, with Dr Saduera, and still looking amazing. The Team is so lovely, I've never really liked visits to the dentist, but now they truly are a joy! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend, in fact I already have, I wouldn't go anywhere else now.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended, lovely five star staff who make you feel welcome and safe. I have had my front four teeth replaced with dental implants & crowns by Dr Osman and felt no pain during the procedure. He is a consummate professional, with a great personality so I felt totally relaxed but also safe whilst in the chair. Supported by an amazing empathetic dental nurse Monika, who was by my side with reassurance and kindness throughout the appointments. I feel so much more confident now I’m happy with my smile.

Negative experience: I had a composite veneer put on by this place and I don't what they did but it seems that the quality of the veneer was very poor. 2 months down the line it is already chipping and discolouring. I've had previous veneers done which have lasted me well over 6 years now. Would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: My daughter Amy has had braces fitted with Dr Kenny and we cannot believe the transformation in her smile and in her confidence and it literally only took several months! I underwent composite bonding and teeth whitening with Dr Harpreet Saduera and Monika and the results were beyond expectations.
