Fantastic experience: I am a new patient here and I have been so impressed. My meeting with the dentist was amazing and she was so gentle and understanding. I then saw the hygienist (Grace Portilla) who was so incredible. She was very understanding at how nervous I was and took the time to explain everything and check I was ok throughout. Amazing service throughout and I am very thankful.

Positive experience: This Practice had got better but that caring Dentist now can be a deceptive Socialist suggesting expensive procedures as neccessary fully aware even when you tell them of your limited budget... Dentists USED TO clean/descale.as part of a checkup...!!!!! Oral health has declined over the years as the NHS fails to check the tide in spiraling dental costs and this practice could well be mindful of that fact whilst dealing with some LESS WELL OFF patients.

Fantastic experience: After a run of cancelled appointments and a not-so-great experience at a Crawley dentist, we brought our 3-year-old to Holbrook Dental Surgery to see Dr. Jacob Davidson — and wow, what a difference! He was so kind, patient, and genuinely great with her and has a lovely energy about him. She left smiling and saying she loved the dentist and looking forward to coming back. Negative experience: Receptionist really nice polite professional but dentists push for a expensive sell even if you say you cant afford it ? and they do not give you a permanent filling until you get what ever they want done first then wonder why you keep coming back for another filling because the temporary filling drops out or wears down really they should go with the customers wishes after giving their expert advice surely its up to the customer how much they can afford and what they can have done and the customers choice what filling they want? also the fillings done on me have not looked like a tooth more a hurried result not every one can pay for something thats the price of a second hand car on one tooth? and im told i need several done? ( no chance ) on my wages lol

Fantastic experience: After not having been to the dentist for 15 years , I made an appointment with Holbrook Dental and saw Roza Anawachagul. Roza was amazing. She talked me through the procedure. I never felt any pain at all. She made me feel relaxed and at ease and before I knew it, I was out of the chair and my filling was done. I felt extremely anxious before my appointment but after my experience yesterday, I feel at ease for my next appointment and I will now go for a checkup and a hygiene appointment every 6 months.

First impressions are very good and the practice was very modern. clean and all the reception team seemed friendly and happy to assist with any queries.

Fantastic experience: I am so grateful to Dr Jacob Davidson and the team at Holbrook Dental Surgery. I am new to to the UK having recently moved to Horsham, and needed to find a dentist urgently. The friendly receptionists accommodated me and I was able to see a dentist, Dr Davidson, the very next day. I am an extremely nervous dental patient and even more so having to go to a new dentist in a new country. From the outset Dr Davidson put me at ease and was gentle right throughout the procedure of having to have a crown fitted. Huge thanks!

Fantastic experience: I'm not a big fan of going to the dentist, but Dr. B. Garcia makes me feel so welcome, she gives me great advice and does not judge. She is gentle and warm to talk to and subsequently, I feel very at ease about going to the dentist now. Dr. B. Garcia is the reason I give Holbrook Dental Practise 5 stars. That said, the reception team and dental nurses are also very friendly and I am always able to book an appointment and never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen or sort paperwork.

I am quite nervous at the dentist but my own Dentist, Hootan and Shervin who carried out my Invisalign treatment are really kind and caring and made me feel comfortable constantly checking in with me during treatment. Your receptionists are always friendly, welcoming and accommodating both to making and cancelling appointments. Your hygienist is extremely thorough, giving sound advice regarding cleaning and gum care. The dentist I have just seen is superb - professional, kind and gentle (particularly reassuring for anxious patients like myself) and every procedure was explained carefully and thoroughly so I knew what was happening during my treatment. The dental nurses are excellent too - all in all a very positive experience and, again, I thoroughly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: This has been my dentist since I moved into the area about 15 years ago and I'm very happy with them. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Things kept going smoothly through lockdowns when I had a dental emergency. My only complaint from years ago was that timing was often off and I'd have a 15-20 minute wait after arriving on-time for my appointment but in the last few years this has been sorted and I've been seen in good time after arriving.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Holbrook dental surgery has been faultless. I would highly recomend them to anyone looking for a Friendly, professional and punctual practice. The receptionists are extremely efficiant, the dental nurses are friendly and smiley, and the dentists incredibly professional. They really make you feel like you are in safe hands. I recently had a wisdom tooth out, which was causing lots of pain, they arranged for me to pay privately for a surgeon to come in on a Saturday and remove the tooth. It was quick, painless and the aftercare was great. 5 stars all round!!

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience having Invisalign done with Dr Bakhtiari. He consistently went above and beyond to make sure my treatment was as easy and effective as possible. I have a difficult schedule to fit appointments into, but he always found a time that was convenient for me - even when I suddenly shortened the timeframe I had to complete the treatment due moving abroad. The reception team are super helpful and friendly - after the first visit I didn’t even need to say my name when I got there as they remembered me which gave the whole experience a nice personal feeling. I really cannot recommend this practice enough- never thought I’d enjoy the dentist this much (and not just because I now get so many compliments on my teeth)!

Fantastic experience: I brought my 14 year old daughter into the practice for a hygiene clean after her brace removal. Receptionist greeted us professionally and thoroughly asking me to complete a medical form for my daughter. Vince was fantastic very professional asking questions and making my daughter feel at ease. She was elated with the finish look removing tea stains, making them whiter and feeling so much better. Thank you so much to all the team. Will keep my daughter on track of cleaning but, wouldn’t hesitate to book her back in if needs be.

I went in for dental extraction last week as a private patient and they fit me in so quickly and made the whole process smooth, despite my anxieties. Also had a very good appointment with the hygienist. I’ll be moving to this dentist!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant service and a very professional care. I went there for normal check-up and to find out about Invisalign treatment. After the check-up , the whole Invisalign procedure and all the options were explained to me with great detail, nothing was rushed, despite going over my appointment. At no point did I feel like anything was being sold to me. I was even advised to hold back on some treatments as it wasn’t necessary. I’ll definity recommend Holbrook to friends and colleagues. Fantastic experience: I've been very impressed with this dental practice, having had mixed experience of others in Horsham over many years. They provide excellent care both from the dentists and hygienist and do a good job of keeping me informed by phone and email. Also their fees are reasonable and they don't seem to promote unnecessary treatments or over-frequent visits. Lastly they have been especially careful about our safety during the pandemic, while continuing to provide that great service. All told, I've been very happy with the service I received.

Having attended today to have a filling fixed the practice has clearly worked very hard to provide a COVID secure environment. I would like to express my thanks to Dr Shirvin Bakhtiarai for his excellent dental services. A relaxing and professional environment. Each step of treatment was clearly explained and varying dental options offered were clearly laid out. Unlike some dental practices, I did not feel I was being encouraged to go for more expensive options eg white filling over amalgam filling. Overall I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to others.

Fantastic experience: I have been with this practice for many years and have found the newer team now running the practice to be excellent. I have just had crown and root canal treatment and found the care shown by Shahla and Dennis to be excellent with both processes being nowhere near as bad as urban myths perpetuate. A mention too for reception who are helpful and cheerful. I particularly appreciated the follow up call recieved today to check on how the Crown had settled in.

They have good Covid-19 social distancing measures in place and all the staff were very friendly as always. The service is excellent and the dentists listen to the patients and explain fully all about each treatment process. This establishment comes highly recommended.
