Fantastic experience: Thankyou Thornhill dental practice ! Firstly when walking through the door you are immediately greeted by the friendly and welcoming reception staff. They will always try to accommodate with appointments that suit. I’ve been coming to this dental surgery for over 20 years now. Prior to coming here, I had such anxiety about visiting the dentist, which thankfully now I’ve overcome with the support of Dr Khana. Dentist Khana has over the years helped me overcome my apprehension, his kind and gentle nature whilst always listening has resulted in me being able to undertake a lot of dental work. Procedures are clearly explained enabling informed decision making. I’m over the moon with the results. This has given me self-confidence and the ability to proudly smile. During my treatment the dental nurses are always on hand and are so caring and attentive. Dr. Khana also sees my Foster children and they all look forward to coming to see him and even get a sticker afterwards. !! Thank you so much to you all. We are so very grateful and I would highly recommend.

When I was a child I had a bad experience at a Dentist so for years I was always very reluctant to attend a Dentist on a regular basis. When I reached my 50s I had to go to a dentist for treatment so I chose Thornhill Dental Practice. I've been going for a number of years now and that is only because this Dental Practice is amazing ! My Dentist is empathetic, gentle and always happy. He's always chatty which distracts me from any fears I may have and explains fully any treatment I may need to have. My husband also attends this Practice as does my 86 year old Mum who is also a nervous patient. Thank you Thornhill Dental Practice wish we'd come to you earlier !!

Fantastic experience: I was referred for a tooth removal, and I just wanted to say how impressed and grateful I am for the care I received. My tooth had curved roots, which made things a bit more complex, but the dentist was incredibly thorough and explained everything clearly while constantly checking that I was okay throughout the procedure. The lovely dental nurse was also so kind and attentive, making sure I was comfortable the whole time. I really appreciated how professional and reassuring they both were — it made a nerve-wracking experience so much easier. Thank you both for your excellent care.

Fantastic experience: I went to Thornhill dental practice as I had a complicated extraction. The morning of the extraction I was so nervous, I needn’t have been as the dentist I seen reassured me and explained every little detail regarding the extraction. I felt very relaxed and the whole procedure was pain free with no complications and he continued to reassure throughout the whole procedure. I would highly recommend this dental Practice it is a 5 star services and this guy really knows his stuff he is so professional and very gentle and you will be in very safe hands.

Despite dealing with another emergency at the practice the surgeon still treated my son with care and was clearly very experienced and skilled. He did a fantastic jib of explaining the procedure aswell.

Fantastic experience: I was called in on a cancellation to have two teeth removed by Mr Manek. An Oral Surgery Specialist! I am extremely nervous when it comes to anything dental!! However, the practice have extremely friendly staff who made my visit as pleasant as possible. Mr Manek was very reassuring as well as being a very friendly and professional man. He explained exactly what was to happen as well as what I have to do for after care. He and his assistant, Jill, were confident and reassuring to me throughout the visit. And to keep me relaxed they threw in a joke or two. Very much appreciated, thank you. The procedures went extremely well. I hope my after care will do them justice! I feel extremely lucky on how I was looked after. I can't thank them all, enough.

Fantastic experience: I was referred here for an extraction deemed too difficult for my regular dentist. The surgeon is very good at helping anxious patients to relax and highly skilled. I hardly felt the first injection at all, and even the one into the roof of my mouth was less painful than usual. The whole process took less than half an hour, including form-filling, waiting for the anaesthetic to kick in, and waiting to check whether the gauze pad had stopped the bleeding.

Fantastic experience: My 10 year old came for tooth extraction and although he was worried and it is not a nice experience to go through, both the dentist and dental nurse helped make it more comfortable. The dentist talked him through every step, giving him time when he needed to process it. He explained it in a way that he understood and kept his distracted through the whole process. The dental nurse went above and beyond to give support to my son through it all, holding his hand and giving reassurance.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to this practice for an extraction and as a very anxious patient I was dreading it. The dentist Manu and dental nurse Gill were absolutely amazing! A full explanation of what was going to happen before, during and after. They spoke to me throughout the injections (my worst part) and through the extraction itself. Everything was fully explained throughout, which is very rare!! I cannot recommend them highly enough! Although I’m now a tooth less they have restored my belief that not all dentists are bad. You 2 made an experience so very much better than I’ve ever experienced. I cannot thank you enough for everything

She was so scared and worried at first, but the dentist reassured her it wasn't going to hurt a lot. The assistant was really nice. Very friendly dentist and staff. Had the injection and was told to sit in the waiting room. 10 minutes later I was back in the surgery having them out. A bit of pushing and pulling but no pain. Fantastic experience: I had the BEST experience at Thornhill Dental Surgery today, I saw the Oral Surgeon (who only works Mondays & Tuesdays for extractions), who was removing a tooth for me. As someone who is utterly terrified and has only got extractions under sedation before, I was super anxious but he immediately put my nerves at ease (all with his nurse Jill) He explained everything exceptionally well, was surprisingly gentle given the circumstances and got my tooth out with ease. If I could give him 10 stars I would, he is amazing. 100% recommend this surgery.
