Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked in, every single concern I had was listened to with genuine care and patience. They took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and never once made me feel rushed or dismissed.Being pregnant was my biggest stress, but they went above and beyond to talk me through how my pregnancy might affect my treatment, explaining everything clearly and reassuring me at every step. It was so comforting to know that both my wellbeing and my baby’s wellbeing were their top priority. You can truly tell that they care deeply about their patients, not just their teeth. I felt safe, supported, and looked after the entire time. I’m so grateful for the kindness and professionalism I received. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth extracted a year ago and it was done by Kiranjit. She was amazing. Made me feel so comfortable and was patient with me. Couple days ago I messaged Casa dental again regarding another tooth that needs extraction. They talked me through it and I told them I’ve had a tooth taken out at casa before but the lady was amazing and I couldn’t remember her name. So they took my details and found on the system it was Kiranjit and got me booked in with her asap. Kiranjit again did my extraction today and I did not feel a thing! I was nervous due to the things I seen online and people feeling pain as it was a top tooth and I thought it would hurt more injecting into the pallete but Honestly Kiranjit did everything to make me feel comfortable. Before I knew it it was over and done with! Pain free :) The receptionists are so lovely too. Always welcoming you with a big smile. They gave clear explanations as to what they were going to do and the outcome. I felt fully included with the whole process. I would recommend this practice

Fantastic experience: Dental Appointment Review I had a recent visit to the dentist that was surprisingly positive, considering I was experiencing a lot of discomfort. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and expedited the check-in process. I was called in for my appointment within just a day or so as this is not even my dentist, which was a relief given my condition. The dentist was highly professional and attentive. They took the time to listen to my concerns, assessed my pain swiftly, and explained each step of the treatment process clearly. Even while I was suffering, I felt reassured by their confident and calm demeanour. The clinic was well-maintained, creating a comfortable atmosphere. Despite my circumstances, I felt well looked after—both in terms of my physical comfort and emotional support. The staff continuously checked in on me throughout the procedure. Overall, my experience at the dentist's office was commendable. They managed to address my immediate needs promptly while ensuring I felt cared for. The follow up of after care the next day was commendable. It's great to know that even in pain, receiving quality dental care is possible. Thankyou Terry.

Fantastic experience: I am a very nervous dental patient but Andrew at Casa done a great job explaining everything as we went offering optional choices of treatment. He eventually did a great job with a replacement front tooth which is completely undetectable. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else now.

Negative experience: Since Casa have taken over this Dental practice the quality of care and service is extremely poor! Been at this practice from a child but unfortunately since all the changes I'm leaving. New Receptionist didn't even acknowledge I'd arrived, poor knowledge of service all they do is push implants, as a denplan user was told today I'm not fully private patient so not a priority! So I'm finding a new practice. If I could give a 0, I would I keep getting emails from you even though I left the practice! So shows the level of patient effort you make..simply take me off your mailing lists as I have found a professional practice now, and just to clarify your receptionist did say denplan wasn't private and she was too busy trying to impress the work man than deal with waiting patients.

Fantastic experience: Being a nervous patient with previous bad experience with dentists, I have put off alot of my dental work for far too long. However I have had alot of work done over the last few months by Andrew who is an amazing dentist, very calming, welcoming and professional.

Fantastic experience: About a month ago, I had an emergency wisdom tooth extraction at this clinic. The appointment booking and the speed of service were good. However, I feel that I was charged an excessively high amount. I paid £50 just to reserve the appointment, and then £300 at the clinic for the extraction itself. Whenever I tell people that I paid £300 for having one tooth removed, they are very surprised. In my opinion, this is a very high price. A friend of mine had a tooth extracted in Glasgow at a private clinic similar to this one and paid only £17. I really do not understand why I was charged £300 for removing a single tooth. To me, this fee seems unreasonably high.

Fantastic experience: Recently had two full crowns and a repair to my lower back teeth.Two zirconium crowns and an inner quarter repair to another tooth on the same two trips,two weeks apart.Superb work ,effort and final fitting from Andrew the dentist.Also superb aftercare from the hygienist and and staff.Excellant effort from all.Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: As someone who fears dentists I have not had regular check ups. A front tooth became wobbly and painful so had no choice but to seek dental care The receptionist Daniel is exceptional friendly, polite, professional. The dentist and dental nurses are also amazing. Had my tooth taken out and I can honestly say my dental fear has gone. The dentist talked me through everything, took scans and photos so i could see exactly what needed doing and why he was patient and even managed to do the dental injection so it caused minimal discomfort .

Positive experience: Friendly receptionist. Friendly dentist however I found him too interrogating, pushy and making me explain myself twice in one sitting about an issue that I'd made perfectly crystal clear the first time, it was as if he didn't believe me the first time. I couldn't wait to away from him. Wasn't entirely happy with the way he descaled my teeth either I hope I get someone different next time. Over all though I genuinely am happy with the service that I have received prior to my last appointment.

I came to casa dental absolutely terrified of the dentist, after my first visit with Tom I knew I was ready to get all the work done. Over weeks I had multiple appointments always with Tom and towards the end I was looking forward to going. All the staff were incredible, reception team were always happy to greet me and talk about anything. Tom was amazing, listening to my every need and helping however he could. My teeth have never looked or felt better. I will forever be going to casa dental as it truly has changed my belief around the dentist and I look forward to seeing the whole team at my check up in a few months time.

Fantastic experience: Came in extremely anxious to get a clean with Dr Tom Linley and as soon as I sat in the chair he put my nerves at ease and talked me through clearly all the information I needed to know. He paused multiple times during the clean to check in that I was okay and okay enough to continue, to which I did ask for him to stop at one point for a break and he allowed me all the time I needed. Amazing Dr and highly recommend. I then brought my 8 months old son in for a dental check with Dr Andrew and he was so patient and kind to my baby. Checked what he needed and was very reassuring, again giving me all the information I needed. After all was done he let my little boy sit in the chair on his own and gave him a sticker

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service from start to finish. I had a bit of an impulse urge to improve my teeth as I turned 40. Aimee really tried to make this happen for me, and Casa Dental and Thomas crafted 4 x composite veneers two weeks after my first enquiry. I went back and ended up having 2 added (to make up the front 6) and they are perfect. Actually, they aren't perfect, ie: fake Hollywood smile, and that's EXACTLY what I wanted. Work colleagues haven't noticed I've 'had my teeth done' but have commented I look good/refreshed etc,. Thank you Casa for the confidence boost I needed to smile through my 40th and beyond!

Positive experience: Today I had my 6 month checkup and I feel that the dentist didn’t spend enough time doing my examination, after what felt like a quick flick around my teeth there was a brief inspection of my gums and I was on my way out. In the past it has taken fifteen to twenty minutes with other dentists and feel that is how long it should take!

Fantastic experience: Having been unable to find many dentists, I contacted Casa Dental for an urgent appointment due to a wisdom tooth issue. They responded rapidly, booked me in and their communication was impeccable. On the day of the appointment, the practice was clean, the staff were friendly and professional and the dental practitioner, Tom, was calming and very knowledgeable and talked me through everything he did. He explained my options, broke down the why of what he was doing and kept me well informed throughout the appointment. I will definitely be signing up to be one of their patients for any dental needs going forward. Your dentistry needs couldn’t be in better hands.

Negative experience: My son is sick i called to cancel appointment they still charge me £20 No change date or anything just want money from you. My 2 year old was there 2 times none of doctors did look into his teeth or help at all. Money grabbing place and unprofessional doctors don't go there

Fantastic experience: Today I went to Casa Dental for a check up. I saw a new dentist Katerina. She was very nice and explained what I needed to do has my gums were inflamed. She also arranged for me to see her again in 3weeks to see if my gums have improved. This I thought was very good Hopefully my gums will have improved when I return for my appointment . I've never been very good with dentists and they picked up on that and put me at ease. Negative experience: 35 years bin with this prsctice and its gone right down hill, never see the same dentist anymore, cant appointment to see regular hygienist and to top it off the dentist today checked my teeth for the grand total of 30seconds, and apparently he was the owner now aswell, utter joke. There's no wonder the practice gets worse and worse each time I go

Fantastic experience: I had a consultation today. Really informative and a good break down of treatments required. The longevity of my teeth was a key area of interest. A smart and strategic plan was arranged to obtain the cosmetic results I also want. I will obtain a second price for the work mentioned above as this is a must in most aspects of purchasing, but I will more than likely use Casa Dental based on the consultation provided.

Fantastic experience: Quick and prompt service, pricey but no complaint on the service given. Maybe I should have asked for antibiotic for the infected pain.
