Fantastic experience: I've recently joined the clinic and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The staff is so professional, thorough, kind and attentive. I’ve been looking for a dentist I can stick to for a while now and I think I found my place! The clinic offers a full range of treatments at the highest level and has a modern feel to it. Fantastic experience: I haven’t been to a hygienist for years because of a painful experience which put me off, but after reading the reviews on here, I decided to book and so glad that I did. The team here are great, Hilary on reception is welcoming and Sally and Jess put me at ease when I told them I was nervous. They took their time with me and Sally took photos of my teeth then explained and showed how to brush and floss the areas that I have missed. I can honestly say that having my teeth cleaned was actually relaxing and painless. Sally was very reassuring and gentle and I’m very happy with the results of my clean teeth. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: The team at Ocean Village Dr Pat, Jess and Lorraine are all lovely, very caring, and you are treated really well, and feel really really cared for while at the practice. Everything lovely and clean, makes me feel very safe to be treated here. Also Dr Pat takes lots of photos during procedure and explains everything after the treatment is complete by showing you the photos and explaining what she has done. I will be back next month to see Sally the hygienist who is also lovely and looks after me well while in her care. An absolutely amazing place, highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I was very nervous about going to the dentist, especially to get a hygiene appointment as I haven’t been to the dentist since I was a child. Sally, Leah and Jess were all amazing from the moment I walked into the clinic. I felt instantly comfortable when speaking with Sally and she guided me on what to do to keep my teeth and gums healthy moving forward. I had great conversations with all three whilst being in the clinic! If I wasn’t moving to Australia I would go back in a heartbeat

We had appointments as a family and I was so impressed with the care and attention they took with us all, especially my son who is usually very anxious at the dentists. He actually really enjoyed his visit and is even keen to go back! I had composite bonding with Dr Pat who is so knowledgeable and explains everything to you wonderfully. She took so much attention to detail to get a really lovely natural result and took so much care in listening to what I wanted to achieve. Sally, Lorraine and Jess were also so welcoming, professional and made my appointments there extra special. It’s the best experience I have ever had at a dentist’s surgery and the only one we will go to now. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

Fantastic experience: Perfect in every way! I was going on a transatlantic trip and low and behold, I felt a nervy feeling in a tooth. I needed an emergency appointment as I was sailing the next day and not a lot you can do at sea for seven days! I phoned the clinic and Dr Campbell actually offered to come in early the next day so that I could be seen. I got sorted and could leave for my trip with peace of mind thanks to Ocean Village Dental. I’m a bit of a nervous patient but I can honestly say that never have I felt so comfortable, welcome and at ease when visiting a dentist. Everyone was professional and truly cared about their patients. I am actually looking forward to returning to sort out some other tooth issues. Fantastic experience: I recently had composite bonding done and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Dr Pat is extremely knowledgeable and a perfectionist. She has created beautiful, natural results. Just what i wanted. The consultation from start to finish was extremely furrow. The whole team, Dr Pat, Lorranie and Jess provided excellent service from start to finish — friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. Fantastic experience: So happy i found this dental clinic. I have Tourette Syndrome and I have been made to feel very awkward by Dentists in the past by them huffing at me and not seeming to understand I can't help my movements. All the staff at Ocean Village Dental Clinic are so friendly and understanding I never feel even slightly anxious about my visits. I couldn't recommend enough, 5 stars.

Having just returned to see Pat and Sally for a routine check-up and 'clean' yesterday, I left once again with an overwhelming sense of relief and gratitude. Dentists are not my 'go-to' destination of choice, however, the entire OVDC team dealt with my anxiety in the most gracious, courteous and professional manner. So much so, I am going back in 3 months for another check-up safe in the knowledge that they really do "get it"! Thank you ladies ❤. Exceptional customer care and service. Fantastic experience: Typically anxiety prone when thinking of anything dental related, Sally and Jess were the perfect remedy who made me feel at ease right away. As a new client, I’d already heard great things about this clinic, but after getting to experience it first hand I certainly know why. I went in for an airflow treatment, which went smoothly, and I was informed of all the aftercare and next steps. Sally checked in on me multiple times during the treatment to make sure I’m alright which I thought was very thoughtful. I’ve already booked in my second session! Highly recommend. She went through my X-rays with me and explained the photos she’d taken, which made everything really easy to understand. Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked into the practice, I was greeted by such a warm and cheerful environment that I almost forgot I was at the dentist! Jess on reception was so friendly and welcoming — she instantly put me at ease. Pat and Becky were absolutely brilliant. Fantastic experience: After not visiting the dentist for way too long I decided to go to Ocean Village Dental Clinical after my Mum’s great experience. From the second I stepped into their immaculate clinic as a nervous patient the experience was brilliant. Dr Pat took me through the treatment I needed and put me at ease - giving me options, prognosis with no scaremongering. I’ve spent many hours in the dentist chair since and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. No longer does this feel like the dreaded trip to the dentist, now it’s a trip to see Pat and Sally to get my teeth looked at. Thanks to Pat, Sally, Jess and Hilary for a brilliant experience (and some hilarious dental chair chat!) and for sorting my teeth out. I don’t know why you would use any other dental clinic!

Fantastic experience: I had a problem with my implants which were 15 years old which and had become loose. After calling many dentists with little luck I was called Ocean village Dental. The very helpful receptionist managed to give me an emergency appointment the same day. The treatment was fantastic and within an hour everything was back to normal. Fantastic experience: I know this might sound weird to some but if you know me, you know I hate going to the dentists, but I LOVE going to Ocean Village Dental Clinic. I have a gum disease issue so I need to see a hygienist every 3 months and let me tell you, I have been ‘shopping’ everywhere until, I have met Sally and Lorraine. They are just the best! They calm my nerves, make me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. They also have done a really amazing job in looking after my teeth and gums. Not only that, Sally always reminds me on the correct techniques on interdental flossing and correct brushing techniques to help me look after my gums. I love love seeing them and that’s a really big thing for me.

Fantastic experience: I’d just like to preface this with; I'm a real coward when it comes to going to the dentist! Childhood experience, scarred for life etc. etc. Oh, and i very very rarely bother to give anyone a review. Life's too busy, everything's pretty much average everywhere. You know the drill. BUT, on this occasion i really felt compelled to. Anyway, after some vital dental treatment went seriously awry elsewhere, i contacted Ocean Village for an emergency appointment, pretty much sure i wouldn't get a same day appointment & now in serious distress. Honestly, i don't remember ever receiving such incredible customer service anywhere. They went out of their way to move things about to fit me in & even stayed late to finish my treatment! Pat, the dentist put me at ease, talked me through everything & the whole process was as near pain free as its possible to be! Thank you so much Pat! Dentists are a bit like hairdressers, you find one you like, and you stay with them forever. But after this experience I'm moving permanently across to Ocean village, even though it’s quite a commute. Thank you everyone at Ocean village for looking after me. In the nicest possible way, i hope i don't see you to soon :)

The pricing was really good too and they’re upfront with the costs. They’re now my regular dentists. Pat, Jess, Sally Lorraine and Hillary are masters of their craft. Despite moving out of the area I still come back here for the great service provided!

Fantastic experience: Sally is a wonderful hygienist ... extremely good and professional at her job, very personable and warm and always makes sure I am not in any discomfort, couldn't ask for more! She was ably assisted in my visit yesterday by the lovely Jess, and Hilary at the front desk, both friendly and put you at your ease. Sally and Pat (dentist) set up their business 3 years ago - I had been a customer at a previous dentist in Salisbury and followed them to Southampton, even though it is a long journey for me ... they are that good! Go to see them ... you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I had seen Sally and Pat at an old practice before they moved to Ocean Village. Whilst the practice isn’t the most local to me, they are 100% worth the journey. They have very clearly thrown everything into their independent practice and it shows. All the staff are completely customer focused and want to provide a personal experience. I get terrible anxiety from any dental work but Pat is the best dentist I’ve ever had. She explains everything she’s doing, offers alternatives like cheaper or faster options if she can, she’s beyond patient with me, never making me feel silly. Sally is equally lovely. She knows how hard I find being in the chair, but talks through everything and puts me ease. Comfort always comes first. I cannot recommend the practice enough.

Fantastic experience: I use to hate my 6 monthly hygiene visits before I found Sally and Jess at Ocean Village Dental. They are really caring and gentle and genuinely concerned about your comfort whilst in the chair. It is great to sit there and watch Jess make herself laugh over totally random stuff. The rest of the team are great as well and just as genuine and professional. Reena is very thorough and makes a point of explaining what is going on and what she has found during routine examinations. Leah and Lorraine provide outstanding support and go out of their way to ensure your comfort and ease. Best dentist I have found in many years!

Fantastic experience: My wife’s front tooth cap broke into many pieces 12 hours before boarding a cruise in Southampton, UK. As Californians we were lost as to what to do. While on board the train from Waterloo to Southampton I found Ocean Village Dental Clinic on line. Upon arrival in Southampton I called them and they said if we could get there in 20 minutes they could fit us in. There receptionist, Hilary, was waiting for us in the parking lot! 90 minutes later my wife walked out with a perfectly matched, temporary crown that looked great. She was able to smile for all our trip photos. The integrity and compassion of Dr. Campbell and her team was amazing. To help a total stranger from another country with this issue was incredible. Fantastic experience: Moving to Southampton 8 months ago, finding a good dentist was a top priority and, frankly, a source of concern. For years, I required many dental procedures that were often less than fully successful. Consequently, I adopted a lack of confidence in the dental treatment that I could receive. It has been a blessing finding the Ocean Village Dental Clinic. I have received the most professional, and yet extremely friendly and supportive care that I have ever experienced in a dental practice. The quality of service at Ocean Village Dental has turned a concern into relief that I have found such a talented and caring group of individuals to help me with my dental issues. In the time I have visited the Clinic, I have had teeth cleaning and whitening with Sally, as well as restorative composite bonding with Dr. Reena Irvinn, assisted by Lorraine. The impressive skill level of these team members is obvious, and the entire team are such a warm group who go above and beyond to provide the highest level of service. They have made me feel so well taken care of that I now look forward to going to the dentist. Fantastic experience: I’m usually very nervous when having any fillings as I don’t relish the swallowing of the water and debris, and worry about feeling pain. However, Pat was amazing this morning with my two fillings. She reassured me every step of the way as to what to expect etc and used a piece of equipment that kept the fluid / debris out of my mouth (thank you Pat), and my treatment was totally painless. Pat showed me before and after photos of my teeth that had been worked on, which was helpful in understanding my treatment process. Everyone was friendly and respectful, highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Seems strange to write these words but what a great experience I had going to a dentist. I was in need of emergency dental treatment for an infected tooth, after a search online and reading some reviews i decided to contact Ocean Village Dental clinic. Definitely one of the best decisions i have made in many years. From the receptionist Jess to the awesome Dr Patricia Campbell and her assistant I was made to feel at ease straight away. Everything was explained clearly and there was no pressure to proceed with any unnecessary treatment. Given the fact that I was going to be leaving the country in a few days for several months, We decided the best course of action was to remove the tooth, I didn't feel a thing unlike another tooth removal I had in the past with a different dentist. The clinic is located in a great location and looks very modern and welcoming. I cannot recommend them enough and they will be my new Dental practice from now on. If you are looking for a dentist then don't look any further you won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: I am so glad that I have found Pat and her amazing team. I’ve had many issues over the years with differing dentists. However Pat is an outstanding dentist. Pat explains every part of the process, I’ve never experienced any pain in any treatment (which I have with other dentists) even the injection was pain free! She is very knowledge and passionate about dentistry and has the latest techniques. I have just finished my treatment plan and Pat has been amazing through the whole process. I was able to see before and after photos of every treatment. I cannot recommend Pat highly enough and glad I’ve finally found a fabulous dentist (only taken 35 years!) the clinic is also really modern, clean and a pleasure to visit. The prices are also very reasonable as well. 5 Star *****

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! The ladies there are super lovely and the dentist very reassuring and great at explaining things. Today I had my crown re-cemented and decay removed from underneath - throughout the process the ladies made me feel at ease. Afterwards we discussed my treatment plan and I'll definitely be coming back to complete the full treatment!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely Astounding!!! I haven't been to the dentist for approximately 10 years, and I had some quite rare and painful dental problems. I popped over to the dentist during the day and spoke to Jessica on reception who was so lovely and organised an emergency appointment the next day. The next day I had an appointment with Pat and Maddy who are so so nice. They explained everything in exactly the right way and in enough depth so I could understand it all. I then had a hygeinist appointment with Sally who made me feel at ease during my cleaning appointment and also recommended some techniques that work a lot better than what I was doing before. Yesterday I had a molar extraction which I was a bit worried about, but Pat and Maddy made me feel completely safe and comfortable during the appointment and about the aftercare needed. I feel great today and barely even needed any pain medication afterwards!!! 5 stars!!! I have recommended Ocean Village Dental Clinic to everyone in my workplace and I will continue to rave about it!!!
