Fantastic experience: My wife needed extensive dental work entailing removal of her natural teeth and having dentures made specially for her , at her first consultation she explained what she wanted and saw a gentleman called Andrew who explained all the procedures and what was involved , she also saw other consultant dentist who were in the practice so had a wide choice Of all the options available ,she chose the one best suited for her,,, impressions were taken and an appointment made to remove the existing teeth and fit the dentures , this was carried out this week , and what a PERFECT SET OF TEETH THEY MADE if I didn’t know I would say they were her. Natural teeth absolutely perfect , this is certainly a top company for any dental work ( I’m next ) highly recommend them ...

Negative experience: I tried to call to book as a new patient. No answer. When I eventually did get through (on the 4th or 5th try) the receptionist was very rude and unhelpful. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Dear Anna, we are sorry to hear of your experience. We set ourselves very high standards and have hundreds of new patients join our clinic each year, so we are surprised to hear of your recent experience which is not in line with our usual practice. Negative experience: Poor quality temporary dentures, top denture was made too thin and broke twice. Expensive for the poor quality of the final product Helpful staff. Poor quality dental technician. Not recommended
Dear Mr Innes, sorry to hear about your feelings. Our Denture Technician has invited you back and as advised, temporary dentures are not to be substituted for permanent (we believe you have had these temporary dentures for 4 months now). We would very much like to complete your treatment and discuss any feedback you have as we pride ourselves on the quality of our service and this is very much not the usual response from our patients. We hope to gain a better outcome for you and shall contact you shortly to resume and complete treatment.
Fantastic experience: My wife and I have at last found a good dentist. Can highly recommend them
