Fantastic experience: Extremely pleased with my Invisalign treatment results. The dentists and all staff are friendly and very informative and guided me every step of the way. I would definitely recommend this practice for treatment.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have attended this practice for years and they have always been so kind and attentive to both of us. Whether it be for routine check ups or emergency fillings etc. They are always willing to put the extra effort in to fit us in and the work performed by the dentists is really remarkable. They clearly want you to feel comfortable and they work so hard. We see Joe and Dimpi who are both so professional. The reception staff are so wonderful they always make us feel so comfortable in the surgery. Its like an old, cozy family surgery with all the technical knowledge and skill of a cutting edge clinic. We would always recommend this surgery.

Fantastic experience: Amazing dentists. I was very nervous due to my brace coming off today from another orthodontist. My gums were very inflamed and sore and I saw joe the dentist. He referred me to a hygienist for a deep clean and gave me an xray and a checkup with no added cost due to it being a hygienist job. He managed to book me in the same day within minutes to the hygienist. Becky and Laura then deep cleaned my teeth and took really good care of my swollen gums. I didn’t feel any pain. The end result was amazing my teeth were spotless and the stains were removed from my braces. All staff were lovely. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Lutterworth Dental Practice for quite a few years and I can wholeheartedly recommend them. The staff are lovely - the ladies on reception are cheerful, approachable and very helpful. Our dentist Shaminda is excellent - friendly, professional and I have always been happy with the dental work I have received. She is also really considerate with my daughter who has learning disabilities and manages to put her ease. I recently had to change appointments due to hospitalisation - the practice were understanding and went out of their way to support me and arrange alternative convenient appointments for me. The recently refurbished premises are bright, clean and welcoming. An all-round excellent practice.

Fantastic experience: Been attending Lutterworth dental practice for close to a year now and my experiences have been greatly positive. As somebody who was very nervous of dentistry due to a bad past experience, the practice has been very patient and reassuring to me and delivered outstanding work. Fantastic experience: Super quick and friendly service

Negative experience: Saw the hygienist didn’t clean my teeth properly still had some stuff stuck to my teeth and then went to see the dentist and was there for 4 mins in total but he only look inside my mouth for about less than 60 secs and my bill came to £112.40. Not happy at all.

Fantastic experience: I would like to express my sincere thanks to the entire team at the practice. The ladies at reception are exceptionally kind, polite and always willing to help. From the very first contact, you feel welcomed, listened to and well looked after. I would especially like to highlight how very pleased I am with my dentist, Dr Bismah Khan, and the dental nurse who works with her. They make a wonderful team – professional, caring, patient and reassuring. Everything is explained to me clearly and calmly, and throughout my treatment I feel completely safe and confident in their care. Each visit is far less stressful than I would normally expect, thanks to their professionalism and genuine kindness. I would happily recommend this practice to anyone looking for high-quality dental care combined with a truly caring and supportive approach.

Fantastic experience: The best Dentist around. They squeezed my dad in with a tooth ache, even when they were very busy. One of the owners did overtime for him. I had a filling they didn’t charge me for, they said it was covered under warranty. Both owners are as friendly as the rest of their staff. The two cheeky, lovely ladies on reception you can have a laugh with. These guys have your comfort and best interests at heart. Keep up the good work. ❤️

Fantastic experience: Needed a crown fitted, Dr Dimpi Panchal was my dentist, intial visit for prep & impression work was explained each step of the process. 2 weeks later returned to have crown fitted, everything went well. Dimpi performed a fantastic job with great support from the dental nurse (sorry didn't get her name) Thank you. The reception team very polite, welcoming, friendly and chatty. Good vibes and banter from all of the staff again thank you all.

Positive experience: I lodged a concern/complaint through the practice's own system but received no response at all despite contacting them a second time. I subsequently had to call the practice again to try and illicit a response. I am currently waiting to see if one is provided.

We made a good choice when we signed with them after relocating to Leicestershire. ********************************** Lovely people, just joined after moving up here. But very happy with all of them. Visit to the Dentist yesterday, always a worry after 2 years locked down, but Doctor Shaminder was absolutely lovely and could not have been more kind and reassuring. And a good long hygienist session today with Hannah, she too was so gentle, without doubt the best hygiene session ever for me. Very happy with our new dental practice.

The dentist was the best, kindest and most thorough dentist I have ever met. I've got some treatment coming up following my checkup and if it was anything like today I've got nothing to worry about. I've had a really bad run with dentists in my life time. This practice has helped me see it's not all that bad! Great work everybody!

Fantastic experience: I hadn't been to the dentist for a while, covid ect, but found I had an infection on one of my teeth, I was seen very quickly, and a fast follow up treatment once the infection was gone, I was very nervous about my extraction, but it was all for nothing! I was put at ease explained every procedure and reassured at every step of the way, my fears were not warented at all, very kind and caring people throughout the whole practice from a lovely warm greeting to my after care explained by the dentist I left feeling very much the better thank you very much

Positive experience: The receptionist was very pleasant today. The waiting room is dreary and old fashioned put the TV or the radio on to give it some kind of life! It’s in desperate need of a lick of paint. The dentist was lovely as always.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this practice now for several years. My dentist is Dr Lidder. I am an anxious patient having had quite a lot of work at other practices prior to this one. I can say that Dr Lidder has been excellent in terms of my care and treatment and at putting me at ease, he is a genuinely nice guy too which is a bonus. I have had large fillings and two crowns done here and the experience has been a lot more tolerable than I had imagined in my anxious state. Dr Lidder always recognises my fears and takes care to carry out his work as painlessly as possible. He is a skilled dentist who have recommended to family and friends. Other staff have also been courteous and professional. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Friendly reception, usually close to time with appointments and still providing NHS care.

Negative experience: Contacted the practice as a new patient for an emergency dental appointment. Very clearly expressed that I am a private patient and require to be seen urgency. The receptionist made sure to tell me they do not except NHS patients (I have already said I am private). Then the receptionist proceeded to tell me how busy the practice is 5 times over! I think I understood the first time she said it. She also was not able to give timescales until she felt she said they were busy 5 times and only then offered me an initial assessment in September. I do not require an initial assessment. I required an emergency appointment. Overall, really silly conversation and no understanding from the receptionist. Another PRIVATE dental practice are able to see me the next day as they seem to understand the nature of an emergency dental appointment.

Fantastic experience: I am scared of the dentist and have severe anxiety but the lady I saw was fantastic she mended my front tooth in no time and she was good at putting me at ease always dreaded the dentist till I went today but now I know there there to help me .fantastic service

The treatment my family and I have received has always been excellent - sensitive, thorough and kind. I have no hesitation in commending the Practice, and only left because I moved 180 miles away! I am so happy, over the moon is an understatement every step of the way he has been open and honest about my options, let me make decisions about the treatment I opt for with no pressure and always gives full explanations. He has been kind and caring and really understood how I was feeling and how my confidence was affected. I think he has excelled himself with my teeth and I really can't thank him and his team enough. Negative experience: 1 star for the reception staff who book you in at 2pm. No warning on the phone that you have to come late for your appointment because they are using the waiting room as a canteen area. So these dinner times need to be placed upon Google. 5 stars for the dentist's and dental nurses.

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth extracted this morning, the practice were exemplary in their H&S and social distancing and made me feel welcome and at ease. The dentist was wonderful and took the tooth out easily. She explained everything and really helped me to be at ease. I am generally anxious about dentists and they all made me feel safe and comfortable. Thank you so much, I am pain free and happy.

Fantastic experience: I have had a lot work on my teeth over the last few years & am more that pleased with what I have had done. The icing on the cake was on Friday 21st when I had 2 veneers on my front teeth which I am over the moon with. I can't thank Dr Lidder & his team enough. I feel more confident about smiling as before I felt as though I had no front teeth. Thank you so much you've made your patient very happy.

Fantastic experience: I had to have a tooth extraction and was very nervous about it as i had never had a procedure like it, but i was just flapping over nothing !! the guys here put me at ease and reasurancre i got was second to none, and i got a replacement tooth made aswell ! Absolutely fantastic ! The fit was perfect and it gave me back my smile ! Im forever thankfull . I would highly recommend the whole team at lutterworth dental practice brilliant #smilesomuchithurts!
