Hampton House Dental Practice

Fantastic experience: 10/10 My care has been exceptional! Had to have all 3 of my white fillings replaced as well as a deep clean. Ailish Redmond and her dental assistant were superb. Kind, caring and professional but more than that, my treatment was gentle with minimal discomfort. There was no sense of rushing. I was constantly asked if I was ok and to just raise my hand if I required them to stop for a moment. This has probably been one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. I felt in safe hands and trusted their judgment and advice. I would highly recommend.

Negative experience: I visited this practice on Monday asked them if they did Root Canal treatment. Was told by a very grumpy receptionist that they did but only for their patients. No attempt to sign me up as a patient and she turned away my business.

Fantastic experience: Visited Hampton House again today for another of many visits over my 10 years plus with the practice. As always a far from unpleasant experience. Thank you too Mr. Kidy and all the staff for your excellent service and treatment.

Fantastic experience: Have been a patient for a few years now. Such friendly receptionists and loved my regular dentist, who was gentle with me. Recently I had awful toothache and was able to make an emergency appointment that morning. I saw a dentist I had never seen before, he works Tuesdays and Thursdays. The advice and treatment I have received from him has been brilliant, I felt he really cared for me. I don’t believe a private dentist could have treated me better! I dread going to the dentist but this practice are brilliant. Thoroughly recommend. Everyone dreads the visit to the dentist, but if you have to go, you couldn’t be in better hands

Fantastic experience: Ive been suffering weeks with infected tooth , today was day to have bottom back removed . Was very scared as pain had years ago after another removed. But today Jason removed with no pain when he said done i was shook how that no pain.?? I would highly recommend this dentist they are so kind helpful and caring. Ive to have another romoved soon ( due to years and on going chemo taken toll on teeth ) im not scared any more . Big thanks to all.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Hampton House too highly. We have been patients since we moved to the Lutterworth area 10 years ago and every dentist we have seen has been exceptional. The reception staff and the dental nurses make you feel at ease and we feel lucky to have such an amazing practice on our doorstep. Particularly we’d like to mention Anisha, who is wonderful & considerate and goes above and beyond with her care and compassion. Thank you all

Fantastic experience: We have been with Hampton House since being recommended to them on first arriving in Leicester 30 yrs ago. Mr Kiddy has been our family Dentist for as long as I can remember.. He has taken exceptional care of all of us and his advice and treatment has been of the highest order and very gratefully received. We have never had an unpleasant experience. As youngsters the boys were always happy to go and still use the practice as adults. Our eldest, who has Downs Syndrome will happily take himself independently for treatment. The staff are always efficient and friendly and we are always welcomed by name and regular check ups and treatments are prompted and reminded by text. We are very fortunate to have found such a good practice. We would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Fantastic experience: I had a new type of filling yesterday that needed no anaesthetic or drilling. Quick and painless. Very impressed. I was nervous beforehand, thinking I probably needed a tooth extraction. So - happy day!

Fantastic experience: All the staff are very friendly, and the team is really flexible to help solve problems. I had some emergency work done today to help with a problematic tooth, they got me in at very short notice, it took 2 fully trained professionals more than half an hour to fix and it only cost me £25. Fantastic service. I never write reviews but I thought the Hampton house team deserved a mention.

Fantastic experience: Hampton House have been our family dentists for over thirty years, my wife and I, children and now our grandchildren. Never less than excellent overall. Polite, professional and efficient administrative and dentists who really care in our experience. They have a difficult job trying to balance the demands placed upon them, but they have always managed to accommodate my family in an appropriate way. Well done to all the staff and a big thank you.

Fantastic experience: 1st time to a dentist in years due to a phobia the dentist has just removed two roots. the calmness and gentility of the lady dentist was so professional. I was put at ease and made to feel so calm 100% recommend this dentist to anyone. thankyou again to the staff

Fantastic experience: Great Dentist! Saw Sofia today really helpful and thorough. The surgery were great with both myself and my husband all through COVID. Reception staff also great too. Husband also saw Mr Kidy today April 2023 for root canal and had excellent treatment as always

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Hampton House for dental treatment for more than 30 years – always looked after with care and attention to detail. It’s easy to organise appointments with the helpful reception team and, even though I’m generally nervous about visiting the dentist (after awful experience elsewhere), the dentist and assistant make visits to “that chair” stress free.

Fantastic experience: Finally registered at a dentist in Lutterworth after being on all the waiting lists for many years and I’m very happy we landed at this one. Sofia (I hope that’s her name) was very nice and calming, she was amazing with my 2 year old which is all I could ask for. Efficient and friendly! Thank you

Fantastic experience: My daughter had an accident at school knocking her baby tooth almost out, as my normal dentist could not fit her in till the following day. As it was quite urgent Hampton House said they would see her as an emergency even tho she was with another dentist practice. Could not fault them putting the health of my daughter first

Negative experience: I have been on a 'waiting list' since 2018. I was registered initially, missed my first appointment, missed my second because I had to take my daughter to hospital and when I went to phone to explain they had already struck me off. Phoned May '21 to ask where I was in the waiting list to be told the waiting list is a paper folder in an office away from front desk. In this day and age, to not have an automated system to process waiting patients when there is such a backlog due to covid is beyond abysmal.

Positive experience: Good dentist practice

Positive experience: Usually an excellent practice, but have had numerous problems with their admin, resulting in me recieve a fine, for treatment which was paid for on the day, and letters sent to family members who haven't been registered at the practice for over 5 years.

Fantastic experience: Great practice. Been coming here for years. Always friendly and seen on time, if not early. My dentist is Mr Burgess, whom is every good, from check-ups to tooth pulling.
