Haydock Dental Practice

Negative experience: I used to attend this dentist many years ago but left and went private. The dentist I seen David miller had zero people skills. I always felt anxious, he appeared abruptost of the times as if very moody huffing and puffing. The manger at that time ws ridiculous too always out back smoking stinking of cigs. I just hope it's a better place now with the new dentists. I quit because of the dentist as I was having panic attacks before going. He had no customer care skills. The dentist I go to now re so calm kind and reassuring.

Fantastic experience: The practice I attend in parr was closed and had not got back to me. After they had closed and i had appointment the next day. Which unfortunately no one was there. Your receptionist Amy was really lovely and had written them and email for me, reassured me that I wouldnt lose my place at my dentist thankyou for the help.

Fantastic experience: By far the best dentist in the area. I was a really nervous to go to the dentist putting it off for many years due to bad teeth. I reluctantly went to haydock dental practice and within 6 months Ahmed and kath had me back smiling. Cant thank them enough and was really reassuring through the whole process and made me comfortable going to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: I’m absolutely terrified of dentists, I get so anxious going. However, after just two visits here I already feel much more at ease, and significantly calmer. The dentist is lovely and explains things to you very clearly, and his assistant is lovely too. The staff at the reception are very friendly and welcoming. The appointment wait time is good too, you never have to wait too long for an appointment. I would strongly recommend this dentist for anyone that struggles going to the dentist. You will honestly not struggle after you’ve been here a few times!

They go into preventative measures a lot more than any other dentists I've been to, in a compassionate way. Particularly impressed with Ahmed and Megan today, who did a fantastic job with my X-Rays, my examination and putting you at ease. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Dr Miller has been great and understands my fear of dentists due to a bad experience elsewhere. He is honest and gives good practical advice. He has helped build up my confidence and trust and I now have no worries with having dental treatment and Iwould not like to go elsewhere. Just been back to the same place today and seen by a new dentist and dental nurse who were both amazing, made me feel relaxed, explained what they was doing and was lovely and chatty. Would love for them both to stay longterm.

Fantastic experience: i would like to thank all the staff for looking after me and the Dr who did my teeth what a good job he did fantastic and my family are very please with my new teeth and i was in pain for 2 days and he booked me in to see him and now everything is fine now > thanks to him < very good Dr and very friendly and funny very good dentist you should visit and the staff are very good and friendly and look after you so thank you to all the staff my marks 10 / 10 thanks again Ian

Negative experience: Awful practice, run by one very arrogant dentist and one clueless manager. Speaks to their dental nurses like rubbish and humiliates them in front of patients. Also, throws sharp objects at them which are contaminated with blood. This place should be shut down.

Negative experience: my husband was sent there after ringing 111 not a good experience the dentist on duty needs to go on a training course to learn some people skills and manners

Negative experience: This practise is hurrendous called to join as NHS just before new year advised specifically to call for my partner that needs help staff member advised to call 3/1/23 to sign up, phoned today to be told to call back in April practise doesn't know what it's doing and you want to trust them with your teeth no chance.

Negative experience: Got told to call from the nhs as a dental emergency, as I have what I believe to be an abcess, the receptionist explained that they're not taking new patients, fair enough, but she was extremely rude and spoke down to me straight from saying hello, just horrific when someone is in pain and don't really need anything like that to make their mood worse

Fantastic experience: David is the best dentist I have ever come across, he explains everything to you and is so friendly. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Fantastic experience: After 20 year's having a denture and needing to remove it to eat and sleep ,I spoke to Mr Miller about alternatives he advised me to have a bridge took his advice had it done.Best decision I made had no problems in 7 years would recommend anyone to have one much better than dentures.
