Negative experience: Anybody answering the phone today?

Negative experience: Instead of mouthwash they gave me coffee, raw.

Fantastic experience: Had my tooth extraction here on Thursday under sedation. Never felt a thing. Most compassionate dentists and receptionists I have ever come across, thank you so much. You don't need to worry about the treatment if you come here

Negative experience: Just called after 3.5 years of waiting to see a dentist with you guys. 3.5 years for a referral is a ridiculous amount of time to wait when you need tooth surgery. Called today to speak to someone and the lady was so rude to me. I am going to now see if I can be referred somewhere else who are useful competent and have manners

Fantastic experience: As such an extremely nervous patient, my dentist referred me here to have all my treatment fone under sedation! Honestly it's been amazing being able to relax and get the treatment I needed. Vicky and the staff all all lovely, calming and helpful.. I would highly recommend to speak to your dentist for a referral if you are really scared of the dentist.. they reassure you and nearly all my treatment has been done, 1 more sppointmant for me then thats it, I'm just so happy my dentist sent me there..

Fantastic experience: Can I say thank you to the person that has answered 2 calls from me recently. Her attitude is very approachable reassuring and she sounds a very cheery person. She has been willing to help to her best ability during my phone calls. Unfortunately this is not a response that we often get from health care providers in these days of heavy workload and stress. We'll done and thanks to this lady. Unfortunately I did not get her name

Negative experience: Dreadful treatment of 7 year old girl. Impatient and unwilling dentist. Made a simple process a traumatic event and refused to continue. Hope they’re ashamed of themselves for terrifying a child.

Negative experience: Just avoid anyone who names themselves a saint ..horrid little place never helped made things worse. Had to travel to nother town to get a decent dentist.

Negative experience: i’ve been trying to get through on the phone for the past 3 days to get an appointment and they don’t answer and been on phone for ages. when i do get through i’m being told theres no appointments and told me to ring and stay on the line but can’t stay on the line for hours as people got things to do. thought being an emergency dentist would be able get through

Negative experience: Appalling service. Unwilling to help sick patients. Spent 2.5 hours on the phone trying to get through when I finally got through they were useless and did nothing other than told me to speak to my dentist when they reopen.

Negative experience: Sack whoever answered the phone to me, spoke to me like dirt then hung up after waiting 45 minutes, disgusting.

Negative experience: Apsolute waste of time an Emergency Dentist is when they wont see you. My own dentist cant fit me in until Monday as they only have 1 dentist working, but the Emergency dentist wont see me because I can get an appointment at my own dentist on Monday.... well that's fine then I'll just sit in agony until Monday then when no pain relief helps, what's the point in an Emergency Dentist then? I was on hold for an hour an 20 minutes to be told that aswel, thanks for nothing.

Fantastic experience: Unfortunately for me my lower molar needed extracting and I was referred here to get it done. I was nervous as I have had a tooth extracted before which was quite traumatic. However, Samatha the Oral surgeon and her assistant Jackie were so professional and friendly they put my mind at ease and reassured me through the whole process. Probably the nicest dentists i've come across. Thank you!

Negative experience: Absolutely disgusting that I can't get an answer when in agony and waited over 1hr 5 minutes on the phone. Don't bother trying to call just wait till your own dentist is open. Shameful service for those paying taxes and can't get access.

Negative experience: It's not open on a Saturday, just drove there locked and shuttered up, not sure it's open at all, shouldn't be called an 24 hour emergency dentist, the search and pain goes on, would go 50/50 with any legal person to sue them for false advertising

Negative experience: If its the one I am thinking of they are unwilling to help even if your in agony out of hours and say go to your own dentist but happy to take out of hours tax payers money

Fantastic experience: I was referred here for the tricky, but necessary extraction of two teeth,and I was very nervous. I needn’t have worried as the experience was much pleasanter than other simpler procedures I’ve had (including after treatment cleaning with a freezing cold water jet, ouch!!) Samantha,the oral surgeon was efficient, informative and ultra professional as were all the staff I came into contact with. I did have a sedative as the treatment was likely to be awkward, but from my point of view it was over very quickly and with a minimum of fuss and no discomfort whatsoever. I highly recommend this clinic and wish all my dental treatment could be this good!
