Fantastic experience: Visited Guy's today and saw Andrew for a filling replacement, excellent service, I can't tell it's been done

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at this practice for decades. Although I have praised the staff on each visit for the excellent standard of professionalism and care they have provided, I have never written a review before. I joined the patient list for Fiona shortly after she arrived at the practice and have been with her ever since. In summary she is brilliant. She has a very calm and reassuring manner, an engaging personality, highly knowledgeable and very professional. As for the Hygenist(s), I have had care from a number over the years and all have been very good. Friendly and professional, striking an effective balance between encouragement and chastisement for me to maintain an effective oral routine using inter dental tools and general brushing techniques. The practice has invested in its infrastructure in recent years recently completing a makeover of the reception, waiting area and individual surgery rooms. The decor looks more modern, clean and welcoming. Surgery rooms have had upgraded equipment, upgraded IT systems and big wall mounted displays. All to deliver the best quality dental treatment. I have no experience of any other dental practices for over 36 years to compare with. If you have read my review to this point, you will know why :-)

Fantastic experience: I have been a customer of Guys Dental Practice for around 30 years - and have always been very happy with the quality of care from Fiona Traynor. In addition, I have more recently undergone some specialist treatment, carried out by Dr. Parveen Chana and have been delighted with the results she has achieved. A word also for hygienist, Charlotte who provides an excellent air polishing service. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: I have to be honest and say I’m not a big fan of dentists due to previous experiences with NHS dentist , however since been private with Guys and having Jasmin as my dentist I’m much happier and confident any work will be carried out to the highest standard with minimal stress . Jasmin explains anything needed to be done in a simple way and carries out work to the highest professional standard. Lovely facilities , reception and waiting room . Best dentist I have ever had .

Fantastic experience: I'm super fearful of dentits I always have been. If my parents hadn't forced me (thanks) to.go.as a child and throughout my education I'd probably not be going today despite the massive and.obvious importance. Thankfully I found Fiona here at Guy's who has almost completely eliminated my fears. She's so considerate and so conscious of the patient's disposition. I'm fortunate enough to say I've been a regular for many years and I'm now entering my early 50s. Highly recommend Fiona!!

Fantastic experience: Chereth is my hygienist at Guys dental practice. I've been a patient of hers for over 15 years now. Chereth cleans my teeth on a regular basis and pays great attention to detail, offering me expert advice on how to keep my teeth clean and my gums healthy. I would thoroughly recommend her professional care.

Fantastic experience: I moved to Guys Dental Practice a few years ago having been disappointed with the frequent turnover of dentists at my previous practice. I registered with Andrew Kalli who from the start was very competent and professional. He gives me good advice regarding dental treatment and always carries out dentistry work thoroughly. Both my husband and daughter joined Guys approximately a year after me and they now see Andrew for all their dental check ups and treatments. Last year Andrew dealt very well with a particularly difficult situation involving an extraction following my daughter’s accident. He explained a complicated process in easy to understand language which helped her through an anxious time. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Whist very anxious at going to my dentist yesterday, they were wonderful and very understanding of my melt down for which I was very grateful.

Negative experience: Been a nhs patient here for 30 years but just been told that I can no longer be and will have to go private. No reason given. Disgusted. I am now left in total agony as I don't have any money.

Positive experience: I had problems with a previous dental surgery in the same area. I was seen by Andrew who has amazing customer care and knew how to keep me calm. From start to finish he was professional, answered all my questions and I felt at ease, I was happy with the end result. I would recommend this dental surgery.

Fantastic experience: I had what turned out to be a rather difficult tooth to pull on wednesday the 27th June at 11.20. I say the date and ti e in hope the correct dentust gets recognition as i was a little to wobbly to remember names. She made ne feel very comfortable. And did a proffesional job. And i am a pain in the ass in any type of nedical situation. Thankyou Guys dentist.

Fantastic experience: As I have a medical condition which means my gums and teeth are extremely sensitive and fragile, I was nervous about finding a decent dentist in this area as I've just moved here. Tried another one here and it was a disaster. Found Guy's. Thank goodness. Excellent clinically and I didn't have a breakdown having treatment. '
