Negative experience: Appointment changed at last min, no email confirmation, then blamed for their error. Reception staff abusive. Also had constant issues with workmanship. One star is actually more then they deserve

Fantastic experience: Both my boys had their braces from here and absolutely lovely orthodontists and always so friendly and supportive throughout the time . Strongly recommend them .

Fantastic experience: I Have only positive things to say about Central orthodontist in Tamworth. Both my kids was referred here by our dentist for braces. And both completed treatments here my son in 2022 and my daughter recently 2026. Both now have perfect teeth. Professional, friendly and helpful I would recommend them. I found Rachel the dentist and the dental nurse Charlene and the receptionist very friendly and helpful whenever I had any questions about anything. Infact all the staff have been amazing and thank you so much for everything you do. I don't think people understand how hard it is to find good dentist and the difference it makes to children when their teeth are perfect.

Negative experience: Absolutely ridiculous. Have had my braces pushed back a whole extra month because I still had a small gap which has still not closed up was supposed to be getting them off and my appointment got cancelled at 9am it took until 9am for someone to contact me which is ridiculously last minute when someone has a busy schedule and they claim there is nobody who can go into the clinic today which is absolutely diabolical very unreliant and a big shame as I had a much different view on this orthodontist before this situation has occured.

Negative experience: Staff seemed friendly, but not happy with the fact that despite my 14 year old daughter has been told for years she will need braces but had to wait for her adult teeth to come in. We was told at her appointment that she doesn’t qualify for nhs ones, Was told it was classed as cosmetic so we would have to pay £2500. It’s really knocked her confidence as she has been waiting years and was hoping she was finally on the path to having her teeth sorted. I feel like they are only interested in private patients who can afford these prices.

Negative experience: Came here back in 2016 as a 16 year old for an appointment to look of I needed braces. The dentist decided I don't (despite even still being told by other dentists to this day that I do) he said I wasn't eligible to get them on the NHS and rudely asked me if I had 1.5k at 16? I said no ofcourse I don't and his reaction was well I guess you can't have braces then. I should have spoken up about this years ago, and it really knocked my confidence with going to the dentist. Go somewhere else and avoid this place. Disgusting customer service from the orthopedic practitioners.

Fantastic experience: I have finally completed my 2 year treatment plan with Central Ortho Tamworth and would like to say a well deserved thankyou to the team for an excellent service... and of course my new straight teeth! Special mentions go to Carlene and Rach for the treatment, help (...changing my bands at short notice when I stained them green on more than 1 occasion!) and advice. Also to Lynn on reception who always managed to fit me in within my short lunchbreak! Thankyou all so much! X

Fantastic experience: Finished my treatment in some years that went by in a flash. From my first appointment to my last I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Fantastic experience: Went to see Rachel last Monday to see if my daughter was eligible for NHS treatment, sadly she doesn't meet the criteria at this time. Rachel was very helpful and was really caring towards my daughter who suffers with anxiety. We were welcomed by reception who had excellent covid procedures in place, it was all quite daunting for my daughter the receptionists picked up on this really made an effort to calm her.

Fantastic experience: Couldnt be better!! The staff are lovely people - always friendly...easy to book appointments. Very clean and pleasant environment. Waiting times were better than any of my friends experiences...definitely recommend you! Thank you for all you're doing :)

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been seeing Rachel for a while now for her brace and she is always so friendly and very professional. She always makes my daughter feel at ease and always answers any questions I have. The difference in my daughters teeth is amazing.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing staff, my daughter has been going here for approx 2 years, her brace has been taken off and she’s had a fixed wire on the bottom to help retain the great results. They promised her she’d soon forget it was even there, she had already! 2nd visit in the week to collect retainers for night. We’ll miss going? Each and the team have been fantastic, thanks again so much for all your care and attention.

Negative experience: After waiting 6 months for my first appointment, I went there to get braces, not only did I have to wait longer than my appointment time, but when my teeth were examined the female orthodontist stated I was in no need for braces even though it was blatant my teeth are crowded and cause me pain. Haven’t heard anything else from them in over a year- not even a next appointment booking.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had a very thorough check from female orthodontist , very attentive reception staff going above and beyond . The orthodontist explained all procedures and rationales .I wasn't able to attend with my daughter but the feedback via my daughter meant she understood and was happy / comfortable.

Positive experience: A place to send your children to. Attentive staff and great out patient support. Braces and subsequent support are a speciality.
