Fantastic experience: Ben done a full new front bridge that was, off centre and I cannot say how amazing my new one is. Painless experience. My children both absolutely love going to the dentist due to bens positive and friendly attitude with them both. Thank you

Negative experience: Rang and was trying to let receptionist know my problem with my teeth she cut me short and just said name , I told her my name then she said appointment. Is such and such Which I thought was very very rude she didn't want to know my problem got no time for explanation she just wanted to book appointment then put phone down am going to go a different practice who actually listen.

Fantastic experience: been going for years i see Jill she's great if your nervous etc great dentist and the receptionists are lovely lasses too.

Negative experience: This dentist is absolutely disgusting. I have been going here for years and because I’ve missed a few appointments they have unregistered me, I have had numerous fillings over the last few years and every single filling has fell out. I have rang to get an emergency appointment as my teeth are causing me so much pain and hassle and have been told I can’t have an emergency appointment. They are absolutely pathetic and absolutely disgusting!!! Would not recommend going here or making this your regular dentist.

Fantastic experience: The people at this this dentist are so very nice and even though I know ime hard work at times they have always helped me definitely the best dentist in gateshead by far

Fantastic experience: Been terrified of dentist for years and putting off seeing, but due to very painful toothache bit the bullet and saw Ben today. He was very kind and gentle and talked me through everything and I felt no pain at all during extraction, I will be going to dentist regularly now thank you Ben. (I am an NHS patient)

Negative experience: Missed an appointment because they gave me the wrong date N they wouldn't let me come bk + my tooth fell out after one day.......don't get the man evey one said to get the woman...but yeah please don't get HIM.⚡️☢️ ............that's even if you go... Go somewhere else if I was you...

Fantastic experience: I am terrified of dentist went here today to have a tooth out could praise them enough from the reception staff to dental nurse and dentist was so good took her time and I didn't feel a thing by far the best dentist I've been too highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Used for years i see Ben always and he is ACE would highly recomend him and coworkers as the best. Just seen him tonight sore tooth no messing about true honest advice job done. Would not go any where els for my self of children 5 stars place is worth 6+ hands down.

Fantastic experience: Lovely dentist. I’ve been coming here for a while now. I see Ben. He’s lovely, he’s so patient because I’m always so nervous! But during procedures if I need to have a moment, he lets me and reassures me. There is no rush. He takes his time and is just very friendly. He explains everything thoroughly. He’s also great with my two children as well. Thank you Ben.

Negative experience: I went to see Ben dentist for first time the man had me in tears his attitude stank treated me so bad that he’s scared me to go bk again he treated me like dirt think was because I’m a nhs patient will Neva go bk there n don’t recommend anyone who is not a paying patient I suffer mental health issues and he done nothing but stress me and had me in tears so mr Ben the dentist here’s one older lady that won’t b bk to see you thanks for nothing in fact a had a fit as an epileptic n think it was due to the stress and upset he coused me I still panic two weeks later when I think abt it

Fantastic experience: Would recommend this surgery to anyone, staff are lively and ben has alit of patience and explains fully everything he is doing, I have total faith in this dentist and would nit go anywhere else, highly recommend for any nervous people
