Negative experience: Excellent dentistry The receptionist needs to learn that when a patient has just had treatment- which i am sure it will mention on the computer??? They might not be easy to understand!! I needed another 30 minute appointment!!!

Fantastic experience: Excellent service today for my Appointment, had an appointment today from Dr Brammer due to a large filing coming out and the tooth breaking.Thorough, reassuring giving me confidence in my dental hygiene. Gave me the options to fix it and now booked in for next stage in work. Now had the next stage of work and am delighted, I couldn't have imagined a better outcome. I have no hesitation in recommending them and doubt that you'll find a better practice.

Fantastic experience: All the staff at Kerry Crescent Dental Practice are supremely well organised, efficient and generally cheerful. Although it's now a 60 mile drive back to Calne it's worth it to retain the lovely Ewa as my NHS dentist.

Positive experience: Very efficient, amicable staff and first class treatment. Still amazed that one has to book a year in advance for a checkup but have to accept that this is the way the world is now. Not happy with only option to pay being by card, but, likewise, such is life nowadays.

Fantastic experience: I'm always impressed and grateful to this dental practice for the excellent service they provide. The receptionists are always friendly and helpful, making one feel welcome. The admin is exceptional, making appointments easily, sending reminders and willing to at least try to change appointments when necessary. I feel particularly fortunate to have had the excellent services of Dr Ewa Pacanowska for several years now, helping to maintain a fairly good set of teeth despite my age. She has always been friendly and helpful despite her considerable volume of work, always showing attention to detail, kindness, minimising discomfort and providing great results.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Fraines dentists in Calne for around 6 years. Always a good experience when I’ve been there from Dr Patricia. I am fortunate to be an NHS patient. They offer a wide range of options and I have benefitted so much. I would recommend them for any dental work …… though be prepared for a wait as they are popular and booked up for months ahead.

Positive experience: Thank you again for treating me like a human being. The appointment was a little late but not by much and I received an apology. I was listened to and I think the dentist and her assistant are excellent. I get some follow up advice on how to look after my teeth. Thank fully my teeth aren't in need of too much treatment but regular appointments like this encourage me to look after my teeth. I am so glad that Kerry Crescent still offers NHS treatment. I am on a low income and probably couldn't afford to pay a monthly fee for private work.

Fantastic experience: Excellent response to week end loss of crown and fears of extraction as I take Warfarin under prescription. Offered appointment as soon as I rang but I could only get in on next day-Tuesday- as long journey from home. On Tuesday am Elaine repaired everything painlessly. Thanks to all concerned. Fantastic experience: I've been at Kerry Crescent for 12 years now, they have always been helpful. At the beginning of this month, I had a crown come out , due to eating a toffee :⁠-⁠( Although I needed it put back in, it wasn't an emergency as I had no pain but they were able to see me 8 days later. Thankfully the dentist was able to cement my old crown back on and noticed a filling had come out too, which she filled at the same time. Thanks to all the staff at Kerry Crescent.

Fantastic experience: I had my check up on Mon 17th Mar and was told that the crown at front had cracked. It was only hanging on by a thread, so Elaine made an appointment for the Wed to have a temporary crown in place while the actual crown was being made. The crown that broke was 51 years old. New crown fitted on 7th April and everything ok so far. Elaine and staff are always friendly, polite and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I’s now 65yrs so a ‘senior’ patient. As with every other visit in the last 7-8 years, the reception staff are always polite, helpful, respectful and friendly. Always very timely with appointment reminders. I’ve personally never had long waits in surgery. The dentist Patricia (Spanish lady) and her assistant were excellent, happy to answer any queries or concerns, very considerate to your anxieties, very reassuring and making visits ‘almost’ a pleasure! I’ll be back (in another year)

Positive experience: Lovely attentive receptionist staff, friendly and efficient. My dentist and dental nurse were amazing and talked me through everything. Dentist was excellent when giving me a scale and polish ( I get a bit nervous when having this done usually). Dental nurse great with the suction - didn't cause me to cough or have to stop once. No pain felt atool and teeth feel much cleaner and fresher. I feel lucky to even be able to have a local dentist given the country's dental circumstances at the moment. Really felt cared for. Fantastic experience: I am always greeted with a smile from my dentist at Kerry Crescent Dental Practice. I was not kept waiting long and after my treatment they very kindly called a taxi for me. Always treated kindly as I am a somewhat nervous patient.

Fantastic experience: I was treated very fairly today given I got the time of my appointment wrong and was 20 minutes late but still seen by Elaine. I don’t see this practice trying to make money out of me but being very fair and proportionate in their advice and treatment.
