Positive experience: Denisit was very welcoming explained the condition of my teeth ad any treatment needed Explained reference Hygienist Even after I had put in my notes I dont wish to see a hygienist after a couple of bad experiences other then that Denisit was very gentle ad caring and I didn't have to wait long to see the Denisit

Fantastic experience: My Dentist has treated me and my family for over 30 years now as NHS patients. We have been seen regularly for checkups and have had good treatment throughout. The staff and dentists are polite and professional at all times, and make you feel at ease when attending for treatment. Your treatment if needed is explained to you and you can ask questions if you don't understand anything. I would recommend the his dental practice.

So glad I saw him dancing on FB , he is taking me through my treatment step by step and I'm feeling pretty good about being back in the chair ( and having Cantonese practice with a chap from HK who works there too!

Fantastic experience: On 26/06/25 ..I arrived at the Bognor Regis in severe pain due to an abscess..The receptionist was exceptionally helpful and got me seen by dentist within 10 minutes ..Ashley and his nurse Lauren wasted no time in making me feel comfortable and relaxed before ..during ..and after treatment ..and I left the surgery .. relieved and pain free ..for which I am extremely grateful As a long term patient...I am always happy with the service I receive via reception and dentist ..but yesterday due to the severity of the pain I was in the whole team worked to ensure I was treated as promptly ..and efficiently to relieve me of any pain and anxiety ..Thank you to you all

Negative experience: Waited 15 mins to see the dentist. No explanations or apologies. It's as if it is normal.. no one said " thank you for waiting" There were no patents in with the dentist at the time.

Fantastic experience: The dentist I had was a friendly person. He has been doing my UDC for the last few months, and has been paitent and understanding with my ongoing condition. He has always been available to help me. The support worker is also lovely and easy to work with

Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending My Dentist Bognor for the last two years or so. My former dentists found no issues despite numerous revisits with abscesses occurring every 6 months or so. I came with a long standing (6 years) (I’m also a nervous patient) root canal issue which after some x rays and upon very close examination became clear that the original root canal treatment still had a tiny curved root. I’m happy to say Vasileios Giannoulis and his assistant resolved to rectify the issue within two visits and removed the remaining root . I am now 6 months down the line completely pain free. All available options were clearly explained to me with associated costs and likelihood of outcomes Thanks to their professionalism , tenacity and patience I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Positive experience: I am a NHS patient - the NHS don’t do implants, it’s considered “a vanity”… I booked for an “implant”, but was told that I had to have a general inspection, then when I pointed out that I only wanted an implant, I then had to undergo a further chat! YES the people are very professional, but why do we have to pay for an inspection and THEN the fee to see the “implant specialist”. The rest I get via the NHS. Private dentistry is seemingly for the rich or those on BUPA irvDen Plan.

Fantastic experience: I had to go for a checkup yesterday due to some pain I had been having for about a week. Due to pain I had to have a wisdom tooth removed as it had already previosuly been filled and was not repairable. I was offered the choice of having it there and then or done later. There was no point putting it off so I went ahead with it to get it removed. Having a tooth out it's something nobody wants to go through but I must say the dentist and his assistant were absolutely first class at putting me at ease and making the process as comfortable as possible. Everything was explained carefully and considerately by my dentist so I left with no unanswered questions. Thanks to all the staff who I have always found to be kind and helpful.

Positive experience: Disappointed that I had still had some bits of tooth left in my gum from a tooth extraction a couple of weeks ago. If I hadn’t of had kept this appointment, I don’t know when I would have been able to see a dentist. That said, the dentist I was very friendly and explained everything he was doing and at the end of the application gave me advice on preventing gum disease etc.

Negative experience: I had took out my wisdom teeth i wasn’t register and i paid what’s the emergency £125 the took out my tooth and piece of teeth is left inside I can see clearly the tooth and my claim i have to pay £127 more , unfortunately they don’t care about peoples health they’re just thinking about taking money from people, they are unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: Well let me tell you about my experience, After years of being absolutely petrified of the dentist I finely made an appointment for a broken tooth that couldn't wait any longer, the day started ok but as soon as I got to the dentist I went into full blown panic, I walked in and straight back out, I composed myself and went in, tried to fill out the forms but I was trying to concentrate on my breathing, I got called in and went into panic again, straight away I tried to explain what was happening and Ashley took control of the situation, he calmed me, spoke to me in a gentle manner along with his assistant and explained everything to me very calmly, he waited for me to calm and breath, I can not explain properly in words how much that helped me, I was able to let him to what he needed to do all the time with both of them being calm around me and keeping me at ease, I can't thank them enough for how they treated me yesterday

Negative experience: Just had an appointment with a female dentist and I felt extremely judged. I know I have a lot of problems with my teeth, but the way I was made to feel infront of other staff was absolutely outrageous. I now feel extremely embarrassed about my teeth and am very anxious about going back. Which is a shame because the male i saw before was brilliant. NO ONE!!! SHOULD BE MADE TO FEEL THAT WAY ABOUT GETTING THERE TEETH LOOKED AT!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Fantastic experience: This was a trip to the dentist nobody would look forward to. Today I had a large molar extraction. This large old tooth was causing so much trouble and couldn’t be saved. I can honestly say that apart from the anaesthetic injection there was absolutely no pain or discomfort throughout the procedure. And even the injection was minimal discomfort. Fantastic experience: I came to get a tooth removed. The dentist was lovely and communicated with me while he removed the tooth. He gave extra injections when I said I was hypermobile as that means my body processes the injections quicker so was glad to be accommodated.

Positive experience: I have received excellent treatment and care from various clinicians over the past 10 months. My teeth are now looking much better and the discomfort I was experiencing has now gone. I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for the cost involved.

I he neglected my teeth / visiting a dentist since Covid, and this place made me feel less anxious, I walked out of there with a smile on my face knowing I could eat something solid. They fitted me in nhs which is great! Lots of work to be done let’s hope I can find a nhs dentist as amazing as these.!
