Fantastic experience: Me and my 2 children see Akash for our check ups and he is so amazing at making us feel at ease and comfortable. My daughter was very scared when we first went but now she is excited to visit the dentist!!! He is so patient which has made a task I normally hated doing stress free. He is an asset to acorn dental :-)

Negative experience: Check their trust pilot reviews and do not go by the Google ones. This dentist is only after your money. You ask for a scale and Polish for your 6 monthly checks and I've been told my teeth are fine, but she gladly recommended their hygienist which costs £70!

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience with the entire team. My hygienist Shaheena was professional, gentle, and made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment. The nurse Beenish were caring, attentive, and very supportive, ensuring everything went smoothly. The receptionists were friendly and welcoming, making the whole visit seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend this amazing team for their outstanding care and professionalism!

Fantastic experience: I have had treatment since 2019 both as an NHS and private patient. The issues were complex. However Manoj, Raj and all the team from hygienist to receptionists at all branches have been absolutely brilliant. The work was intense, but everyone was immensely polite and professional. I would like to thank them for their support as I think I was a difficult patient! I would recommend this dental practice without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had great experiences with Dr Raj for my dental appointments, he did a terrific job on my composite fillings and getting my teeth whitened. Miki has also been amazing for my dental hygiene appointments and helped me keep up with my dental health. The reception staff are also nice and welcoming.

Negative experience: White receptionists especially the one with glasses are racist, rude and unprofessional didn’t allow me to park outside and then were laughing about it. Then they deliberately did not allow me to be seen on time like they have some personal vendetta against me made me wait nearly 40 minutes to see the dentist really bad experience and poor care

Fantastic experience: We were recommended to use Dr Dipesh Parmar for my daughter’s composite bonding following 3 years of braces. We are beyond thrilled with the treatment that she received. From the moment we walked in to the clinic, we were made to feel welcome and at ease. Dipesh Parmar is very highly skilled and has a keen eye for detail. He genuinely cares about his patients and sculpted the composite to match the rest of my daughter’s teeth. She’s never smiled with her teeth before, but she now has a smile to show off and be proud of and this is all thanks to Dipesh! I would recommend him to absolutely anyone for their dental treatment.

Fantastic experience: After nearly completing my Invisalign treatment elsewhere and spending months researching my next steps, I came across Dr. Chirag (dr.chiggs) on Instagram - and I’m so glad I did. His work instantly stood out, so I booked a consultation at Acorn Dental, and I haven’t looked back since! Dr. Chirag is incredibly professional, attentive, and truly listened to what I wanted. He clearly explained all of my options and guided me through the whitening process before perfecting my smile with composite bonding. Fantastic experience: I underwent periodontal regeneration surgery with Dr. Raj was in November 2024, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The surgery itself was surprisingly manageable, with minimal discomfort post surgery. I was able to eat normally after a couple of weeks, and the pain was virtually zero. I highly recommend Dr. Raj to anyone considering periodontal surgery, this not only due to his technical ability but how friendly and helpful he is. Before I forget, I would also like to talk about Miki and how, over the years, she has helped me make sure that my gums are healthy and free of gum disease with her extremely skills hands and advice. Finally, a special mention of the amazing staff at Acorn Dental and how well treated I have felt over the years.

Fantastic experience: I don’t usually leave reviews but on this occasion, I wanted to do it. I was lucky to come across ‘Acorn Dental’. And from my very 1st appointment, I could not ask for a better service. The 3 girls at the reception Shan, Jennie & Aliya are so helpful, polite and are always very professional anytime I speak to them, whether this is over the phone or by face to face. I had severe on-going tooth ache and decided to take my tooth out, and between the 3 girls, they managed to fit me in with Dr Zunezo Sadiq. Dr Zunezo Sadiq was Absolutely brilliant, and I can confidently say, he is very good at his job. Dr Zunezo Sadiq had to take my teeth out, he explained to me exactly what he was going to be doing, was calm and very reassuring. I was so surprised when he said he had already taken my tooth out and showed me the tooth, even explained to me why I was in so much pain. I didn’t know what to say to him apart from just saying ‘thank you’. I believe in ‘giving credit where credit is due’. I would like the management to appreciate that staff they have at ‘Acorn Dental’, and that the staff’s should all be praised for how well they all do their job. (management should give all staff at Acorn Dental £100 voucher and bit more to Dr Zunezo Sadiq lol)

Fantastic experience: I can only speak highly of an Acorn Dental. I’ve been visiting this dentist for years and have never been disappointed. The dentist who I currently see is called Leanne Chapman, and she hasn’t fantastic way of dealing with patients. Even the receptionists are great and friendly, especially Shannon who is professional, polite, and always engages in conversation should I feel like I’m in a chatty mood and there is no one else waiting to be seen.

Fantastic experience: I visited Acorn Dental Practice today and was impressed with the service once again. Jenny at reception has always been polite and welcoming on each visit. It was my first time seeing the hygienist, Shaheen, who was thorough with the cleaning and offered helpful tips to maintain good oral hygiene. Sara, the dental assistant, was also very pleasant and kind. I usually see Dr Zunezo Sadiq, who has always been incredibly helpful and kind patiently answering all my questions. I’m always impressed with the care at this practice and would happily visit again.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely first class dentists, from the well-spoken and Kurdish receptionists to the dentist who go out of their way to help you and talk to you and tell you everything, after being severely let down by another local dentist I came to these for help and all I can say is I'm glad I was let down because this dentist is absolutely the best I've ever been to, I would recommend them to all. Fantastic experience: I had to have a tooth removed and a couple of fillings which I was dreading because of previous poor experiences with dentists, and suffering with general anxiety disorder. Was able to register as an NHS patient with Acorn. Leanne the general dentist put me at my ease and was so gentle and helpful in every respect that I found the experience positive which I just wanted to share.

Fantastic experience: I seen Dr Leanne who is new yesterday she was very lovely and didn’t make me feel rushed and gave me great tips and advice. Today I unfortunately had to come again due to extreme wisdom tooth pain, when I called up Jennie was so helpful and compassionate and luckily I got an appointment for today as I have been crying in pain! Fantastic experience: This wonderful dentist was recommended to me from another dentist it was the best decision I ever made. I first came to Accorn Dental in 2016 to enquire about dental implants I must admit I was abit nervous to have the procedure. But Mr Parmar reassured me that I would be fine, finally after 8 years due to me been anxious and going through the change. I had finally bucked up the courage to get my implants done. And has Mr Parmar reassured me that I would be fine and I was, the nurses and Mr Parmar made me feel relaxed and comfortable and kept asking if I was ok through the procedure. Through extraction and implant procedure, my daughter is a patient here has well she has autism and she has always been made to feel relaxed and comfortable. She absolutely adores this Dental Practice, they surely are the best. The receptionist are warm and welcoming kind and caring, and so are all the dentists and hygienist all very professional. And a personal thank you to Mr Parmar for your patience and understanding over the years most appreciated.

Fantastic experience: I came to the dentist Zunezo today for a lost filling, my tooth was very sensitive and the dentist did a treatment and the sensitivity gone. The nurses Sara and Bisma they were helpful.

Fantastic experience: I first came to acorn dental 3 years ago after having terrible dental experiences with several nhs dentist across Birmingham. All I can say is it is by far the best dentist I have visited. I had a phobia of the dentist until I visited here. The receptionists, dental nurses and finally the dentists are all amazing. Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this dentistry! I had composite bonding carried out by Dr Dipesh Parmar. From my first appointment, both him and his dental nurse Ellese have been kind and professional. I attended the surgery as I wasn’t happy with my previous composite bonding due to it being obvious/discoloured. However my teeth are perfect now, you can't tell that my tooth was ever chipped! If you’re looking for a skilled & talented dentist, then Dr Dipesh is your guy.

Negative experience: I may not have a degree but I have the most important value of life experiences and skills, a family and children. I've been reading the reviews a lot of positive feedback and a few negative. Everyone is entitled to an opinion. I can't help but this are NHS patients treated differently to paying patients? Are under sixteens treated differently to adults and again paying customers? We come to Thai dentist regularly and for many years. They're lovely people including the receptionist. If one regular receptionist isn't at the practice we would know and I would ask. Feel like family.

Fantastic experience: Implant - front tooth When I was told I would need an implant, I felt extremely anxious especially as it was my front tooth. I couldn’t have been in safer hands. The procedure was carried out by Manoj Parmar and he explained everything and put my nerves at ease, as did his dental nurses who were so lovely. I was in the dentist chair for just over 2 hours. Manoj also created a temporary implant for me on the same day, so I didn’t have a gap where my front tooth was, and I was over the moon with it. The next phase of my treatment was carried out by Dipesh Parmar and his lovely dental nurse Elise. I had whitening treatment before my permanent implant was made. After my whitening treatment had been completed, I then had impressions done and then had photos taken by Hiten Parmar at Fine Art Labs to get the correct shade for my permanent implant. I never once felt rushed and he really took his time to take as many photos as possible to get the shade right. I have now had my permanent implant fitted and I am so pleased with the end result and the shade is perfect. I feel so much more confident now with my smile and I have Acorns Dental Practice to thank for that. A huge thank you to Manoj, Dipesh, Raj,Hiten and all the dental nurses involved in my treatment and a big thank you to the lovely receptionists who are all so friendly and have been great at keeping me calm. What a fabulous team you all are.

Negative experience: I have been a patient at this practice for over 15 years and over time I have seen the ethics of this practice change. No respect or value for their NHS patients, just looking to make money. The last few appointments have been near impossible to get. I managed to get in for an emergency appointment for severe wisdom tooth pain and told I was too late as I arrived less than 5 mins late to the appointment. I had clearly been bumped for a private paying customer. Absolutely awful service the last few times from the receptionist up to the actual dentist you see for the best past of a 3 minute “checkup”. Will be looking for a different dental practice now.

Fantastic experience: I recently had complex dental implant surgery at 69 years. My treatment was brilliantly executed by Manoj and his mighty team, and at all times I felt very well cared for, listened to and understood. Dr Parmar explained the whole process to me verbally and visually which was very reassuring. Any concerns were immediately addressed. During the initial four hour long surgery, Jane, the practice manager accompanied me which was unexpected but deeply helpful. This dental practice go out of their way to help their patients. Fantastic experience: It’s been a while since my last scale and polish but Shaheena thoroughly cleaned my teeth and they feel amazing again. She took her time and was very careful. Along with the great help from Nurse Sharon I felt completely comfortable and at ease. I also got some good advice on my next steps and hope to see them both for my follow up appointment in the next 4 months.

Fantastic experience: I broke my tooth during a boxing sparring accident and required an urgent root canal treatment and to stick back on the part of my tooth that fell out. I was able to get an emergency appointment with Raj on a Sunday morning as they understood I wanted to get this fixed asap. Raj was extremely kind, talkative and made the surgery very comfortable. Sharron, the nurse, was also very kind and efficient. Overall, my teeth look exactly like how they previously were despite the serious nature of the injury. Would recommend them to anyone who has any teeth problems.

Fantastic experience: Posting on behalf of my Mother - who had the most fantastic experience with Raj for a new partial denture. She had a terrible experience in the NHS with an awful quality denture (but I do appreciate the resource constraints) so she went for a private consultation to see if anything better could be done. Fantastic experience: I was recommended to go to Dr. Parmar when considering composite/invisalign. I had a huge phobia of dentists when I started going 18 months ago but was determined to get over it. The team at Acorn are fantastic. Dipesh, the nursing staff, hygienists (and Deb & Jodie running the show ) - I honestly haven’t met a staff member I haven’t loved. My teeth are now all finished and I will never go anywhere else. Fantastic experience: Very professional staff. I've had a root canal and some fillings done by Dr Raj and I'm very happy with the results. Appointments are flexible and you always get reminders. I can't speak to how cheap or expensive it is compared to other dentistries, but I think the prices are fair.

Fantastic experience: Acorn Dental were recommended to me, as I had to have a bone graft and dental implants. I've always been a bit nervous at the dentist due to bad experiences as a child, but Manoj and the team (Naz, Ellise & Evie) put me right at ease from the beginning and supported me every step of the way. I was also very impressed with the work and advice of Kelly the hygienist, and I must mention the friendly admin/reception staff (Jayne, Jodie, Debbie and Rosie), who always made me feel calm, reassured and valued as a patient. The treatment and service I got was second to none, and I want to say a massive thank you to everyone involved. I will certainly be recommending your services to my family and friends!

Negative experience: Over priced lack professionalism, quoted me £30,000 for completing full dental treatment, The Asian women dentist is probably the worst dentist I have seen sh made dentures twice, I have had full upper and lower top quality Bridges made and fitted £2400, plus flights only £75 return flight and hotels all done or 8 days. Better off going abroad and a have holidays don't believe 5 stars reviews they are complete lies

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient at acorn dental for the past 15 years and I've always received excellent treatments, especially difficult ones, originally I went there with a broken front tooth and was seen on the spot and ended up with a perfect cap that I still have. Recently I had root canal treatment on a back tooth and a crown fitted by Dr Raj Shah that he managed to do it on a very little tooth left. I think this guy can do anything

Fantastic experience: January 2021 I was recommended by a friend to join her dental practise after some previous bad experiences leaving me very anxious. I have never felt quite so comfortable with a dentist. Dr Raj Shah has such a gentle manner about him. I had to have 3 teeth repaired and one removed. Usually I’ve experienced pain on dental injections but with him I felt nothing. Throughout the 2 hour treatment he kept stopping to enquire if I was ok and comfortable. He’s extremely reassuring and has rebuilt my confidence in dentists. Added to the fact that the rest of the dental team are warm and friendly makes this the best dental practise I have ever been with. February 2023. I have just finished the whitening treatment with Raj and I can’t recommend it enough. As a 54 year old woman I thought I was past the chance of having white teeth again but I’m so pleased with the results. Raj was as always professional, reassuring and always there if needed. I had very minimal discomfort with sensitivity and was able to eat and drink whatever I wanted without it affecting the final result. Thank you as always to Raj and the amazing Acorn team

Fantastic experience: I don’t usually leave reviews but my recent experience has compelled me to do so, this is my journey, it’s a long one but worth the read! I hadn’t seen a dentist for over 5 yrs as I am very nervous of the dentist. My brother had already had dental implants here and convinced me to visit Acorn Dental, Dr Parma who he had used. At my first meeting I was tearful, shaking and anxious, within 10 mins of meeting Dr Parma, I felt relaxed and reassured by him. He said that I would only ever be treated by him and the Dental assistant, Sheyma, throughout the process and that they would use the same treatment room on each visit. Dr Parma is patient and understanding, he explained the process to me step by step, treating me at the pace which suited me. Dr Parma asked me what my expectations were of the procedure, I told him that I wanted my dental implants to look as natural as my original teeth, I am overjoyed with the results, this has boosted my self confidence and I am smiling at every given opportunity .I have now completed the process and have perfect teeth, they are so natural looking, I constantly receive compliments “you have very nice teeth”. THE TEAM: dental nurse, Sheyma, she was caring, supportive and reassured me at every stage. Receptionist: Jen & Shan, absolutely lovely, from the minute you enter the door they were helpful and full of smiles, they would do anything for you. Hygienist: Micki, a gentle softly spoken lady who explains everything, I will always have Micki as my hygienist. Overall, my experience was outstanding, Dr Parma and his team did an excellent job, I would thoroughly recommend him and the Acorn Dental Practice, you are guaranteed to have the best experience with satisfactory results.

Fantastic experience: I came into Acorn Dental as a nervous and insecure patient, looking for a solution for my teeth. Dr Raj Shah, and his lovely dental nurse, Heba found a solution to my problem instantly. They recommended composite bonding as a solution. Fantastic experience: Had the best experience at Acorn Dental! I got two treatments; whitening and composite fillings. The whitening process was explained clearly and was super easy to follow. Amazing results and still look so natural Dr. Dipesh Parmer did my fillings and did the most amazing job with them, he is a true perfectionist! You can tell the dentists here are passionate about their work. It's also worth mentioning that I initially wanted to get composites done on my front teeth (purely for cosmetic reasons) but Dr. Parmer advised against it as he said I didn't need them and the whitening will most likely give me the results I want. So you know the dentists here will give you an unbiased opinion instead of just taking your money. I'm really happy I didn't do the composite as the whitening was enough to give me the look I wanted I recommend Acorn Dental to everyone, it's worth every penny Full of professional staff and great customer service

Both myself, my husband and son are all patients here and we are always really happy with the service and treatments we receive. My husband has recently had a filling done by Raj and he reckons it's the best filling he's ever had. Over the years I have seen Manoj, Dipesh and Raj and I've always had the best service recently seeing Raj and Inayah. All of the staff are always really friendly and helpful which makes it almost a pleasure to go to the dentist!
