But this dentist is the best ever especially Dr Joshi and the lady. He always talks to us and makes us laugh. I was so scared to go but I went and now I will always go to him.

Positive experience: Great service from Dr Joshi and his friendly staff. As ever, taken a little late as the dentist always seems busy but explained lost fillings to the dentist. I went for private fillings as they seem to last a bit longer than NHS fillings, which tend to fall out after a couple of months, then a clean up at the end of the appointment. Must say though in these tight times that £390 private v £72 NHS is quite a difference. Oh well, soft diet of beans on toast for rest of month to balance the budget.

Fantastic experience: Really appreciate the team and especially Dr Nilesh! We were late because of a mix-up on my end, but he still accomodated us with no problem. Dr Nilesh took his time explaining everything to me and my five-year-old (who had a lot of questions!), making sure we were both comfortable. He even did an X-ray just to reassure me that everything was fine. I always leave here feeling looked after and happy. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Rang yesterday morning for a check up for both my daughters, receptionist got me straight in for later on in the day and also gave me multiple options to chose from for later on in the week. She also booked me in for my own check up for the following day at a convenient time for myself. I can honestly say iv never had a bad experience with this dentist, coming from someone who struggles with anxiety and has children who also struggle with anxiety Dr Joshi every time with out fail always makes us feel at ease. He pops out between clinics to greet us in the waiting area and reassures us we won’t be waiting long which we never are. He’s so calming when he talks to us and just has such a nice relaxing energy that is always very welcoming. When it comes to teeth Dr Joshi and his assistant Riddhi, they go above and beyond to make sure they always have us leaving the seat happy and the level of care for our teeth is just outstanding. Dentist visits as a child was a big fear of mine and being a client of Dr Joshi for over 15 years he has completely cleared my anxiety and fear of the dentist. The passion this team show when it comes to taking care of oral health is exceptional, dr Joshi advised me on how I can access further oral care advise and treatment. I highly recommend this dentist.

Fantastic experience: Lovely dentist and lovely nurse lynzie. They are very friendly. The dentist doesn't make you feel judged or uncomfortable. I know going to the dentists can feel alittle wary, but this team is very welcoming :) There tends to be the receptionist coming in and out during your appointment just as a heads up! I am sure if you ask for privacy they'd be more than happy to give that!

Negative experience: This is the worst dentist ever. Its rubbish. If there was a 0 stars option i would select it. Their fillings are the worst quality. They use that so that it can fall 2 hours later so people can book another appointment and they can earn money. I am never going again
