Fantastic experience: I had a consultation at Top Medical Clinic with Dr. Magdalena Fiolna (Gynaecologist) and was very impressed with the whole experience. The receptionist was extremely polite and kind, which made me feel welcome right away. Dr. Fiolna was outstanding – highly professional, with excellent communication and explanation skills. She took the time to listen and made everything clear and easy to understand. I felt very comfortable and well looked after. Thank you very much – I highly recommend this clinic!

Negative experience: Daje jedna gwiazdkę ponieważ-. Czekalam na wizyte u endokrynologa który jak sie okazalo wyjechał na długi urlop odwołując wszystkie zaplanowane wizyty..które myślę że jako lekarz powinien był odbyć bo jak wiadomo na takie wizyty nie czeka sie krótko...czekalam z ogromną nadzieją licząc na pomoc ale jak widać nie każdy lekarz jest z powołania..Pani z którą rozmawialam bardzo uprzejma za co dziękuję

Fantastic experience: Dr Olga Gonta is so professional, she did the ultrasound scans carefully and patiently explained the baby growth signs, I have seen her 3 times during my first trimester, she prescribed me the medicine I needed and gave me reassurance. I will recommend her to everyone.

Negative experience: Crown failed after 17 months i understand the warranty is 12 months so i contacted the clinic and been told that technician Schmidt no longer works there , however ive been offered a new crown with significantly increased costs and very minimal discount despite my previous experience. Wouldn't recommend

Najbardziej jednak chciałabym napisać kilka słów o Pani doktor Ewie Goncikowskiej. Jest profesjonalistką w swojej dziedzinie, już na pierwszej wizycie znalazła przyczynę moich problemów, gdzie wcześniej inny ginekolog nie widział nic niepokojącego na USG. Pani doktor jest niezwykle empatyczna, rzeczowa i wszystko świetnie wyjaśnia. Bardzo się cieszę że trafiłam na Panią doktor i teraz wiem na czym stoję. Negative experience: Zero profesjonalizmu, wizyta przekładana kilkukrotnie, nie otrzymacie tam pomocy, nie zwrócą pieniędzy, manager nie reaguje na skargi. Poszukajcie lekarzy gdzie indziej.

Zmienione leki na astme,naprawde rzetelny wywiad i badanie,bardzo sympatyczna osoba. Jestem pod ogromnym wrazeniem. Juz po tygodniu czuje sie znakomicie. Negative experience: The reception staff are welcoming, the clinic is presented well. My partner had an appointment with the dermatologist, we walked into the dermatologists room together and she asked who I was to which I explained his fiancée, she then said I had to leave and when I asked why she said incase she needs to ask him something. My partner, the patient explained that would be fine for me to stay but she refused so I left. She is impolite and inconsiderate to the patient who had obviously asked me to attend the appointment with him to which I had taken a day off work to ensure we could make it together. She should consider that he asked me to come for a reason and she did not even ask. Very unpleasant experience for us both unfortunately.

Positive experience: The facilities were very nice. Receptionist very nice. Although I would not recommend seeing Dr Wichman. He only took subjective and looked at blood tests. Did not do objective examination. Did not want to listen to my symptoms was only interested in my blood results. Was patronising telling me off for not speaking polish to my 2,5yr old. Assumed that I didn't work as I have small child. Was very disrespectful about my profession. Said that my exhaustion is due to working too much.

Negative experience: The service received by the Reception staff at this Clinic was awful! I have never experienced such rudeness, not interested in offering a service but collecting your money up front. I paid a deposit to be treated for a dental condition, the dentist was 45minutes late and the reception staff on the day could not tell me how long will I be wating. As I had no indication on when will be seen, I asked them to change the appointment to see the dentist following week. The following week comes and I had to change the time of my appointment due to a change on work schedule. I called the reception staff and I was told they need to take more money of me if I wanted to make changes to my appointment. I refuse to pay more money in advance and asked to cancel my appointment. I was then told was not allowed to cancel my appointment and they will be keeping my deposit, even I was doing the appointment change the day before. No money back & No Dental work being provided. I strongly suggest you don't use Top Medical Clinic as you will be disappointed and they should be called BOTTOM Medical Clinic.

Fantastic experience: Hello, my name is S Adamczyk and I had an appointment at Top Medical Clinic with Mr Andrei Gonta. I found out a very professional and helpful visit. I have some issues with my right hip which needs to be replaced in December. He explained everything with top class very experienced manner. We decided to a steroid injection and he did it with very safety and again very professional way. I think the treatment started to work. I can without any doubt recommend Dr Gonta, I am sure he will have a very successful career. Good luck!

Negative experience: The clinic reorganised the appointment three times and left me waiting 45 minutes for the appointment on one of these times (at which point I left as my break was 1 hour not 1hr 45). When I finally got to have the appointment the booked service was not available. I tried to explain my frustration with this and the staff were not polite at all and told me to complain to the manager. Horrible experience and will not return.

Negative experience: Wizyta była z wzrastającym paznokciem lekarz obciął troszkę gdzie to samo mogłam zrobić w gabinecie z pedicure. Zapłaciłam kupę kasy i nie chcą zwrócić bo po 3 tyg paznokiec znów się wzrastał. Zaoferowali zdjęcie paznokcia gdzie zabieg jest bardzo inwazyjny i paznokiec nie odrasta odmówiłam. Kasy dalej nie oddali! ZŁODZIEJE i tyle!!!!

Fantastic experience: Miła obsługa na recepcji, a najlepszy lekarz, jakiego spotkałam w Londynie, to dr Jarosław Jarmusz. Wspaniały chirurg o szerokiej specjalizacji, także GP, ale najważniejsze, że jako jeden z niewielu ma "ludzkie" podejście do pacjentów, a nie traktuje ich jak maszynkę do zarabiania pieniędzy (co niestety zauważyłam u innej "specjalistki" z tej przychodni). Dzięki doktorowi Jarmuszowi mogę tę klinikę polecić każdemu, kto potrzebuje profesjonalnego lekarza pierwszego kontaktu czy chirurga do wykonania drobnych zabiegów.
