Fantastic experience: Had such a positive experience today! All the team were amazing. As a pregnant patient, they took all the necessary precautions to ensure I was safe and put me at ease. The receptionist Ellie is amazing and such a warm, friendly welcome to the practise. Definitely recommend this place!!

Fantastic experience: Was a bit nervous seeing another dentist as I usually see zina, but I had my check up with Faijas Kandiyil what a lovely and pleasant dentist would definitely recommend him. Had a hygienist appointment the next day which was with Faijas Kandiyil I have got to say that was the best hygienist experience I have ever had very polite made you feel at ease and very thorough. Let's hope this dentist is here to stay

Fantastic experience: Used Peartree dental for the first time, the dentist was great and informative of different options, no pressure to take on another service or have any additional work as experienced in other dentists receptionist were very helpful and informative see you in 6 months!

Positive experience: Very good, welcoming and helpful. One criticism it would be better if I could understand more clearly what the dentist was saying, hard to understand because of the heavy accent.

Negative experience: Having spent 300pounds plus for dentures that are faulty and unusable,and told that nothing can be done(dentist has now left the business),I am not satisfied (who would be?).

Fantastic experience: Lovely reception staff, always so friendly and helpful. Mamood is a brilliant dentist, so welcoming, reassuring and fantastic at his job and Sandra, the dental nurse is lovely. This is a great dental practice and I feel very lucky to belong to it. Thanks very much guys!

Fantastic experience: Woke up this morning with a broken tooth, so I phoned the dentist the first chance I had at 9.30. They got me in at 12.30 for a temporary filling. Brilliant, although I have got to wait until September for the main filling.

Fantastic experience: Always feel very welcome when I come to the dentist the reception staff are so polite and friendly I can always get in when I call them even for emergency appt my dentist is from Iran and can honestly say he is the best dentist I’ve seen I wouldn’t change my dentist again . He so friendly and make you feel comfortable at all times he talks through everything for you so you know you understand everything . Thank you for always making us as a family feel welcome

Fantastic experience: I joined the practice about a month ago. I was offered an appointment very quickly as I had an issue that needed urgently looking at. The name of the dentist I saw is Faijas. What a lovely man and brilliant dentist. Thorough, polite and very caring (nervous patient) . I returned for treatment today and I can’t recommend this practice enough. All the staff are polite, helpful and very personable. Faijas did excellent work and really put me at ease. A big shout out for the dental nurse in attendance too. 5 stars thank you. Michelle

Positive experience: You can't fault the staff here. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with smiles. Although one young lady was sat with one of her legs under her bum. Not particularly professional. The surgery is clean. Although, not all the equipment works. I'm not sure who I saw, but he and his nurse were pleasant enough. However, I was given a partial denture that doesn't fit. Both the dentist and myself got bored trying to make it perfect. Now I have to buy glue to keep my denture in. This is not the dentist fault, it's the level of service and time the technician gets to make on NHS work. Another area the Government are failing. Only the rich are allowed good teeth. The building however, is small and tired. There is no parking, which made me anxious as a disabled person. I can walk but not very far. I certainly can't climb the narrow stairs to the upstairs surgeries. They've made the best of an old building in a busy road.

Negative experience: Rude and inappropriate dentist, not a good experience, very unprofessional manner.

Fantastic experience: Went in for my second visit yesterday to have a (perfectly administered) filing by the wonderful Ammar and his lovely dental assistant. All the staff are friendly, extremely professional and efficient and I was in an out within 25 minutes. So extremely happy and lucky to have found this dental practice and it strikes me an exceptionally run business especially regarding bookings and reminders. Faultless service and lovely warm staff. Fantastic experience: It is so hard to find an NHS dentist, but Peartree dental care offers this service. The surgery was clean and staff helpful. I had my first dental examination this morning, knowing that I am to have quite an extensive amount of treatment. My dentist Mr Almaleki put me at ease straight away, although its going to take several visits to get my teeth sorted out. I am looking forward to being able to eat and smile again.

Positive experience: 15 minutes appointment. I had my teeth examined, scale but not polished. The dentist told me I would have to see an hygienist for that. When I received my email receipt, it clearly stated, polishing was included in the price of £27.40. I was told last year I would have to pay extra for the hygienist treatment. So, I didn't get what I paid for!

Fantastic experience: Need a filing which I was apprehensive about as hadn’t had one in years,was put at ease by dentist and his assistant,didn’t even feel the anaesthetic and the whole procedure was pain free.They are vey helpful as I had to cancel my previous appointment as I was sick and they were great at rebooking another at a later date

Fantastic experience: I visited the Hygienist today and the service was excellent, met by a lovely lady on reception and then shortly after called up to see the hygienist, he was very professional and explained what he was doing. Very happy with today and booked back in for another session in May next year.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at the practice for almost 40 years, I visited yesterday and was given good reassurance that my elderly teeth had no issues. My appointment was with Ammar , a new dentist to myself. He was very thorough. The reception team are so helpful friendly and obliging when booking appointments,( lovely in person too, ) and rescheduled me conveniently when a family circumstance arise at late notice. The only downpoint is the loss of the quick descale during the routine inspection. I haven’t experienced this since the days of Mr Creedon.

Fantastic experience: This is the second time I had an appointment with Mr Faijas Kandiyil. It was worth the money I paid for. I had a hygiene appointment which cost £74. I would highly recommend everyone to visit Mr Faijas Kandiyil. He was very delicate when cleaning my teeth. I felt no pain and was relaxed the whole time. He was so thorough too. I really appreciate the effort he puts in. I left with my mouth and teeth feeling so clean and fresh. I feel happy to come back every 6 months because I loved every moment of it and I feel like it was worth my money. Thank you so much. Keep up the good work.

Fantastic experience: My appointment was on time. The dentist was reassuring, kind and polite. Very good interpersonal skills. I felt at ease throughout the inspection (despite being apprehensive to start with!) The receptionists were welcoming and efficient. Have been coming to Peartree for years. Totally recommend this dentist and this practice.

Fantastic experience: Can't fault ammar , he lets you know exactly what the plan is in advance . I can honestly say felt no pain whatsoever for my filling and only minor irritation with a descale. Also his assistant very helpful with a nice manor. Thanks guys for as good an experience going to the dentist gets. Update ........ Positive experience: Had to phone for an emergency appointment this morning and was fitted in without too much trouble. Saw different dentist to my normal one but he was lovely. Prescribed with antibiotics which hopefully will sort me out. In and out of appointment before allotted time so very pleased.

Fantastic experience: Although I have a check up appointment in a month’s time, I called to see if they could fit me in on an emergency appointment. They did for less than an hour later. The receptionists are very helpful and friendly, and the dentist was excellent, and diagnosed the problem immediately. I have been with this practice for some time and have always had excellent treatment.

Fantastic experience: Both myself and my wife had appointments at Peartree Dental Practice today. The Reception staff, Zina the Dentist and her assistant were all exceptional in terms of courtesy, professionalism and service, all scoring 5 stars !!! The appointments were both on time and we came away feeling very happy with the way that things went and the advice that we were given. We are looking forward to our next visit!!!!!

Fantastic experience: All staff were courteous and clear on instructions from reception to dentist. Felt very at ease, even though I am not a lover of dental work. Now I feel less concern regarding my follow up appointments.

Fantastic experience: I saw Faijas the Hygienist today and am very happy with how clean my teeth now feel. He is a lovely man who checked regularly that I was ok, as the sonic cleaning device can hit very sensitive areas of the gum. It was his calm friendly nature and attention to detail that impressed me the most down to gently wiping away the water on my face at regular intervals. This is the first time I've experienced this. I felt very looked after. I hope he stays

Fantastic experience: The staff are absolutely amazing, and the dentist does a wonderful job with calmness and a gentle touch. The only suggestion I have is regarding charges. It would be helpful if patients were informed of the cost for fillings or any other treatments before proceeding, as some of us don’t visit the dentist often and may not be familiar with the pricing. You’re all doing a fantastic job—thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: My husband has just had a checkup..with me in attendance as he has Alzheimer's, carried out satisfactory by the dentist and dental nurse was a joy!

Positive experience: Staff are very professional and efficient all about doing there work and well as they can in the time they have . Unfortunately they do not have any time of the personal attention to people around them when coming into the reception. Would love to see more attention to the people around them. This would make this Group even more special.

Positive experience: I had 2nd routine check up appointment (with the same dentist)for my 8 year old. (As a parent i expected)The dentist didn't explain correct brushing technique, nor encourage her the importance of brushing. What was the point of going if dentist can't spare JUST a minute to encourage a child. (I explained the dentist as a parent we are trying to make her under the importance of correct brushing technique but he completely ignored what I was talking).Complete disappointment.
