Fantastic experience: This is a great dental practice! I had one of my big back teeth prepared for a crown today. It was an hour long appointment and I was dreading it. The dentist made me so comfortable and the appointment, drilling and all was nowhere near as bad as I thought it would be. Thank you High Oaks Dentisits!

Fantastic experience: No matter how much the Dentist chair may fill you with dread, Rishi and team explain everything simply and clearly, and put you at ease (well, as much as is possible!). I had to have 2hrs work on a couple of teeth, and despite the horrible injections at the start, I was so relaxed that I even fell asleep at one point !

Fantastic experience: I recently visited with all four of my children. From the second we walked into the room, the dentist was so friendly and made all the children feel at ease. She was so professional and thorough. I left feeling like ‘what a lovely person’ as my middle child can be anxious in new environments and she was beaming with her Elsa sticker! Fantastic experience: Excellent Dentist. I cannot fault them at all. The receptionist is a very friendly and caring person. The female dentist makes you feel relaxed and chats to you like you are her friend and her assistant is very funny and makes you laugh. You can never fear the dentist when you are in the hands of all the staff at High Oaks dentist.

So want do you do,I called High Oaks the was no automated system I actually got though to a human, the lady was amazing. I was asked if I was near by I said ten minutes and was told to come down. Once there she was seen within 10 minutes. Dentist was amazing. We were assured that everything was okay and things were progress naturally what an experience best experience of my life for a dentist appointment.

He was absolutely correct . The consultation was brilliant and kind. I felt safe and not judged because of the poor state of my teeth. Being judged was perhaps my biggest worry. It was a 1st rate experience in a modern, friendly and kind dental practice. Totally recommended and deserving of five stars.

Fantastic experience: I was pleased to be offered a cancellation for dental hygiene, as I had had to cancel an earlier one. Communication was very good for this. The receptionist was very pleasant, I was seen punctually, and my dental hygienist, Lucy Murray, was her usual charming, efficient and professional self.

Negative experience: Standards seem to have slipped. My last few appointments have always been around 30 mins late. Dentist needs to explain things better.

Fantastic experience: Staff here are super nice, and put me at ease for the procedure. For the first time ever (and I've had a lot of dentist visits with different dentists over many years), I had a local where I did not feel the needle at all.

Positive experience: Absolutely great treatment but I would think that as my appointment was for 9am that the professional would be ready and not just getting the room and implements ready. Tardiness is not acceptable to me the paying customer.

Fantastic experience: Always happy with High Oaks. Everytime I go I have a good experience. Very friendly front of surgery staff and my dentist is very calm, friendly and explains everything very well to help relieve any anxiousness. My children also had a wonderful first experience there, the dentist was so brilliant with them both (our family have two dentists we see between us.. both brilliant!) The surgery is always very clean too!

Fantastic experience: The school visit that we received was out of this world. The ladies were unbelievable with the children, making them feel more confident about going to the dentist and what dental hygiene actually meant. We got to play games, listen to a story and then received a lovely goody bag with our own took the usb and toothpaste in. Fantastic experience: I had lots of questions about dental implants and gum disease. Both the dentist and the hygienist explained to me about my teeth/gum conditions well in a easy-to-understand manner. The actual treatments were good as well. The only thing I wished is to be treated on NHS, not privately (I was teaching overseas for a few years and not qualified).
