Fantastic experience: The two young ladies that gave me treatment this morning were excellent. I struggle with dentists, have issues with gag reflex, but I can say categorically this is the best treatment I have received in 50 yrs and many dentists, they are both an absolute credit to both themselves and the business.

Fantastic experience: I am not a lover of going to the dentist, and experienced some bad ones over the years. But Mr Amir always tells me what he is going to do, before doing it and always says just raise a hand at any time and he will stop.

Positive experience: I love this place. Clean, quiet with the most professional staff ever. Dr Amir (?), I think that is his name is the best. Very kind, letting me know what he was doing at every stage and willing to give me a break if it became too intense. My dad was my first dentist and since I stopped going to him, Dr Amir is the second dentist ever in the U.K. to make me feel comfortable. I trust him totally.

I’m a very nervous patient, and my Dentist went above and beyond to make me feel at ease and reduce my stress levels. The service and high quality of his work is unbelievable. I can honestly say that I would never go to a different Dentist, and the amazing job that he has done on my teeth has put the biggest smile on my face.

Fantastic experience: Let’s be real no one wants to go to the dentist for fun but when you have to go you want friendly efficient staff and a dentist you can feel confident in and my experience over the years is that that’s exactly what you get at the Fitzwilliam Dental practice. Fantastic experience: I had to see the dentist because of having tooth ache and the set up to see the dentist is spot on with the keeping sterile to actually seeing the dentist everything is kept sterile the staff could not be more helpful to put you at ease ready for your treatment . Since I posted this first part of this message I been back to the dentist for checkups and I am still very pleased with the service I broke my false teeth and the quality and service at making sure that I got them back in good condition and time was brilliant thank you again Fitzwilliam street Dental Care Since first posting my review I have paid regular visits, too the dentist for check ups and they have not failed; to be very helpful all considerate I can't praise them enough

Fantastic experience: I continue to award Fitzwilliam Street Dental Care top marks. I have attended here for over 30 years. In that time it changed hands but I have to say my treatments continue to be carried out in a professional manner. It is a clean environment and staff are a lovely team. So !!

Negative experience: My partner was signed up as an NHS patient and diligently attended appointments, then during covid this practice cancelled her appointments saying they would contact her when they could reschedule, they didn't, then when she called them they said she had been deregistered as an NHS patient and would have to sign up as private. I am currently undergoing cancer care and rehabilitation live locally and unable to travel distances, they are unwilling to assist on the NHS but happy to have me as a private patient. Lovely to know they "care" about people (sick)

Fantastic experience: I am a very nervous patient when it comes to the dentist. I had some very bad experiences with a dentist called Mr Wilson I was very young . But with Fitzwilliam Street Dental Care I never have that feeling of dread and sickening feeling in the pit of my stomach. The dentist I see is Amir Arif and I cannot praise him and the team enough. All I can say you are in very good and caring and put you in a calm relaxed experience.

Fantastic experience: I have had a tooth removed and a false one on a pallet put back in. Kate my dentist who I saw is very friendly listens to your opinions and does her best to give you the best service I’ve still to go back and have adjusted as the gums shrink but I’m sure it will look great once it’s all done. It has given me the confidence to smile again .

Fantastic experience: The receptionist was very pleasant when first entering the practice. The dentist and her assistant were also pleasant. The dentist asked me if i had any problems with my teeth. I hadn’t. When checking my teeth the dentist said on my tongue it had a mark and she would like me to have a check up on it in case it was some form of cancer. This was because I had a cancer operation on top of my head about 4 years ago. I had a biopsy operation on my tongue and the result was clear. Thank to the dentist.

As soon as you walk in those on reception make you feel so welcome and will put even a nervous dentist goer at ease. The whole space is clean and modern. Dr Ruparelia is one of the most skilled, caring and knowledgeable doctors I’ve come across. He took the time to explain everything clearly to me using terminology I could easily understand. Scheduling was easy, and I felt well cared for throughout. Highly recommend! My go to place for my oral care!
