Fantastic experience: Brilliant service, I’m quite an anxious person going to the dentist after my last practice I had an anxiety attack and they pinned my head down, the dentist I had since coming here has been foot perfect went through the process and procedures amazingly prescribed me what I need for my dental hygiene care and the lady who did the X-rays/scans of my teeth to get a denture fitted was amazing and looked after me. I got my denture fitted today after losing a tooth a few years back to a nasty infection that went to the roots. I can finally feel confident in myself smile again

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service. Receptionists were both extremely professional, kind and helpful. Also both the Dentist and his assistant treated me with respect, kindness and were very communicative. My treatment was just a filling however before the Dentist did anything he asked if I wanted numbing and made sure I was ok with every part of the procedure.

Negative experience: They are listed as taking NHS patients. When you inquire they say they do take on NHS patients when availability allows. They are currently taking private patients so, availability clearly does allow. Yet, when you make that appeal to them they get very defensive. Start talking over you. Then raising their voice while talking over you. And project that you are raising your voice (when you are not. And are quite calmly challenging their hypocrisy - which they don't like) and then hang the phone up on you. So, not only are they falsely registered as taking NHS patients (Most likely to make themselves appear more compassionate and charitable). But, they are rude to those in unfavourable circumstances in life to not be able to afford private dental care. At least, the "Rushden Dental Centre" was kind and offered me free filling kit and were not inconsiderate when telling me they can only offer me emergency or private care. This is not a place I would endorse even once I have finished my studies and am back to doing well enough in life to afford my own dental care.
Apologies for any inconvenience. Our website does state that we are accepting new NHS patients where availability allows, these are offered subject to capacity and are limited in numbers. Private appointments are offered outside of our contractual NHS commitments and do not have any bearing on availability for NHS appointments.
Unfortunately, NHS appointments are in extremely high demand at the moment and our dentist’s diaries are fully booked. Please be assured we are working hard to increase our NHS appointment capacity.

I was called in very quick after arrival no long waiting, the staff were very friendly yet still professional. Fantastic experience: Gorgeous practice with the best staff I’ve come across in a dental practice. The PM is always willing to help if you have any issues and the reception staff are very welcoming. Would highly recommend to anyone who lives around the area to join the practice - the Dentists/Hygienist will look after you during your journey. They aren’t taking on NHS patients at the moment but if you decide to join Privately you are most welcome.

Fantastic experience: Firstly, I am a pensioner & not well off. 2 years or so ago I broke my dentures, they were still usable but had to stick in with denture adhesive. I saw Janice Fleming for a checkup as my previous dentist had left. Anyway nothing needed doing to my own teeth, but she sent my dentures away for repair for me, after having been told by my previous dentist that they couldn't be repaired. They came back 6 days later but we're too tight, one quick visit & Janice fixed them for me. The repair by the way was around £28, but covered by the NHS. Janice & her assistant are both very pleasant and extremely helpful, also always with a smile. I feel very lucky to have such a good dentist.

Negative experience: Used to be an OK practice until they started splitting my family's appointments on different days, times and changing them again. Not easy when you have two kids and school. Then not having any appointments after school hours because "our dentist doesn't do after school hours" so I had to book in the half term. And then to top it off, being told that myself, I have to now pay private rates and no longer NHS, yet my partner did not have to. When I inquired about it I got told "we did give you a leaflet" ..what was Isupposed to do.. pick? I never chose to go private so why did they kick me off the NHS?! Recommend to avoid, certainly not my dentist.

Positive experience: My wife & I visited this morning, (never something we look forward to) reception staff were pleasant & we went in on time to see Janice, (2nd time we've seen her) what a lovely lady (&a very professional dentist she is) even gave us 'brownie points ' as we had filled in our medical history as a txt, this saving her time, very pleasant assistant too.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time having a check up here and the staff were fantastic, the receptionist were happy and settled the tone and mood from the beginning, the assisting staff were polite and happy, she was called Ash, the dentist who inspected my teeth was professional but also happy to chat and keep you at ease. Negative experience: NHS website shows this practice is currently taking on patients, no option on the website other than to fill in a general enquiry for a callback. On Monday I get an enthusiastic call asking what treatment options I'm interested in. I say NHS and the guy goes "Oh, nevermind" and hangs up!! Honestly so rude, don't even deserve any business.
Our website does state 'accepting new patients', and I can confirm that we are accepting NHS patients at the practice. However, new patient appointments are offered subject to capacity and are limited in number. Regrettably we cannot offer an NHS space to everyone who contacts us each day requiring care. Please keep in touch with us over the coming months as we work hard to expand our new patient NHS capacity.

Fantastic experience: Second time I've seen Simrat to have my teeth cleaned and polished, both times she's been excellent, done a great job and been very nice and helpful to me, I'd highly recommend her I must also mention her dental nurse Aeryn, who was equally excellent. I told her afterwards that in the past I've often felt like I was drowning despite the suction being on, whereas she was so good, it was never an issue, I think she's been the best I've ever had

Fantastic experience: Only been once so far for my son’s first dental check. Was efficient, quick, but reassuring. My son felt so comfortable and didn’t get scared at all. He sat freely on the chair and cooperated well. To add to that, our appointment was supposed to be in another 2 months but we got a call saying they had availability sooner so we got that. I can’t fault them.

Positive experience: Much better than in the past! On time, the dentist much more relaxed and not under extreme pressure as before. The only complaint I have is I am paying £49 for the next appointment which isn’t until next March. I think that is unreasonable.
